本发明公开了一种摇臂支座的加工方法,涉及机械加工技术领域,使用一种摇臂支座铣夹具对摇臂支座进行加工,该摇臂支座铣夹具包括有装在底板上的平台,所述平台的两端滑动安装有两个V型块,所述V型块的两侧设有滑轨,两个所述V型块的开口相对设置,在每个所述V型块的外端设有顶紧螺钉,所述顶紧螺钉通过安装支板装在所述底板上;在所述平台的上方通过螺栓装有两块压板;其加工步骤包括:A、安装夹具;B、安装工件;C、铣槽;D、卸下摇臂支座。与现有技术相比,本发明使用摇臂支座铣夹具来装夹摇臂支座进行铣槽加工,一次可以装夹两个摇臂支座,摇臂支座装夹简单方便,生产效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工技术领域,尤其是一种用于摇臂支座铣槽加工的方法。
背景技术
如图1、图2所示的摇臂支座8,包括有托板801和环形支板802,环形支板802设有向下伸出的连接板,连接板与托板801呈直角连接,托板801的自由端设有卡接槽。由于没有专用的摇臂支座铣夹具来装夹摇臂支座进行加工,在对摇臂支座的托板进行铣槽加工时,摇臂支座装夹困难,生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种摇臂支座的加工方法,以解决对摇臂支座的托板进行铣槽加工时,摇臂支座装夹困难,生产效率低的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种摇臂支座的加工方法,该摇臂支座包括有托板和环形支板,所述环形支板设有向下伸出的连接板,所述连接板与所述托板呈直角连接,所述托板的自由端设有卡接槽;使用一种摇臂支座铣夹具对摇臂支座进行加工,该摇臂支座铣夹具包括有装在底板上的平台,所述平台的两端滑动安装有两个V型块,所述V型块的两侧设有滑轨,两个所述V型块的开口相对设置,在每个所述V型块的外端设有顶紧螺钉,所述顶紧螺钉通过安装支板装在所述底板上;在所述平台的上方通过螺栓装有两块压板;
其加工步骤包括:
A、安装夹具:将所述摇臂支座铣夹具安装在铣床上;
B、安装工件:将两个所述摇臂支座的环形支板放置在所述平台上,两个所述托板相贴紧,装两块所述压板,并扭紧螺母和所述顶紧螺钉;
C、铣槽:启动铣床,依次对两个所述摇臂支座的托板上卡接槽进行加工;
D、卸下摇臂支座:加工完成后,松开螺母和所述顶紧螺钉,取下两块所述压板,取出两个所述摇臂支座即完成加工。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本发明使用摇臂支座铣夹具来装夹摇臂支座进行铣槽加工,一次可以装夹两个摇臂支座,摇臂支座装夹简单方便,生产效率高,降低劳动强度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
如图1、图2所示的摇臂支座8包括有托板801和环形支板802,环形支板802设有向下伸出的连接板,连接板与托板801呈直角连接,托板801的自由端设有卡接槽,该卡接槽为待加工槽。
如图3、图4所示的一种摇臂支座铣夹具,包括有装在底板1上的平台2,平台2的两端滑动安装有两个V型块5,在V型块5的两侧装有滑轨6,两个V型块5的开口相对设置,在每个V型块5的外端装有顶紧螺钉4,顶紧螺钉4通过安装支板3装在底板1上;在平台2的上方通过螺栓装有两块压板7。
具体步骤如下:
A、安装夹具:将摇臂支座铣夹具安装在铣床上;
B、安装工件:将两个摇臂支座8的环形支板802放置在平台2上,两个托板801相贴紧,装两块压板7,并扭紧螺母和顶紧螺钉4;
C、铣槽:启动铣床,依次对两个摇臂支座8的托板801上卡接槽进行加工;
D、卸下摇臂支座:加工完成后,松开螺母和顶紧螺钉4,取下两块压板7,取出两个摇臂支座8即完成加工。

1.一种摇臂支座的加工方法,其特征在于:该摇臂支座(8)包括有托板(801)和环形支板(802),所述环形支板(802)设有向下伸出的连接板,所述连接板与所述托板(801)呈直角连接,所述托板(801)的自由端设有卡接槽;使用一种摇臂支座铣夹具对摇臂支座进行加工,该摇臂支座铣夹具包括有装在底板(1)上的平台(2),所述平台(2)的两端滑动安装有两个V型块(5),所述V型块(5)的两侧设有滑轨(6),两个所述V型块(5)的开口相对设置,在每个所述V型块(5)的外端设有顶紧螺钉(4),所述顶紧螺钉(4)通过安装支板(3)装在所述底板(1)上;在所述平台(2)的上方通过螺栓装有两块压板(7);
其加工步骤包括:
A、安装夹具:将所述摇臂支座铣夹具安装在铣床上;
B、安装工件:将两个所述摇臂支座(8)的环形支板(802)放置在所述平台(2)上,两个所述托板(801)相贴紧,装两块所述压板(7),并扭紧螺母和所述顶紧螺钉(4);
C、铣槽:启动铣床,依次对两个所述摇臂支座(8)的托板(801)上卡接槽进行加工;
D、卸下摇臂支座:加工完成后,松开螺母和所述顶紧螺钉(4),取下两块所述压板(7),取出两个所述摇臂支座(8)即完成加工。
