一种汽车轮毂涂料喷涂的方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及汽车零部件加工技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车轮毂涂料喷涂的方法。
背景技术:
轮毂又叫轮圈、轱辘、胎铃,是轮胎内廓支撑轮胎的圆桶形的、中心装在轴上的金属部件。轮毂根据直径、宽度、成型方式、材料不同种类繁多。
普通车型的轮毂在外观上考虑的较少,散热性好是一项基本要求,工艺上基本采用烤漆处理,即先喷涂然后电烤,成本比较经济而且颜色靓丽、保持时间长久,即使车辆报废了,轮毂的颜色依旧不变。很多大众车型轮毂表面处理工艺都是烤漆,如桑塔纳2000、夏利俊雅、时代骄子、东南菱帅或是本田奥德赛。一些时尚前卫、动感十足的彩色轮毂运用的也是烤漆技术。这类轮毂价格适中,规格齐全。
电镀轮毂又分电镀银、水电镀和纯电镀等类型。电镀银和水电镀轮毂虽然色泽鲜亮生动,但是保持时间较短,所以价格相对便宜,为很多追求新鲜感的年轻人所喜欢,市场价格在300元-500元之间。纯电镀轮毂,如上海通用产的大别克GL8原厂配套的就是纯电镀轮毂,色泽保持时间长久,可说是质优价高。中高档轿车如广本、奥迪多选用纯电镀轮毂,价格大约800—900元。
而轿车的轮毂是非常重要的,而一般情况下的轮毂的喷涂是很麻烦的,往往需要经过一次又一次的喷涂、打磨,会浪费大量时间,这样生产周期就会加长,增加制造成本。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷提供一种方法合理、操作方便、节省时间的一种汽车轮毂涂料喷涂的方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种汽车轮毂涂料喷涂的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
步骤一、清洁设备:在工作之前将所需要使用的设备进行清洁,保证工作质量;
步骤二、固定轮毂:将成型后的轮毂在设备上固定良好,不要触碰到需要喷涂的地方,在轮毂的孔洞中使用橡胶与设备进行隔离,保证轮毂不会磨损;
步骤三、进行喷涂:
Ⅰ在喷涂之前在轮毂的外侧涂刷一层连接料,并且自然晾晒300分钟,然后用保鲜膜覆盖60分钟;
Ⅱ将保鲜膜取下后用砂纸进行轻微的打磨;
Ⅲ对轮毂进行喷涂,每次喷涂120分钟之后,都用砂纸打磨一次,重复3-4次;
Ⅳ待喷涂完成后180分钟后用保鲜膜对轮毂进行覆盖,并且放置在阳光下暴晒120分钟,然后取下保鲜膜将轮毂放在烘干设备中用常规的方法烘烤;
步骤四、轮毂检测:烘烤后的轮毂取出并且进行检测,不符合要求就继续进行步骤三,直到符合标准;
所述连接料由以下重量份的材料制成,
改性环氧树脂4份、纳米凹凸棒土0.5份、木质素磺酸1份、羧甲基纤维素钠1.5份、钛白粉5份、硅灰石粉6份、磷酸二氢铝1份、三甲基羟乙基乙二胺2份;
包括以下制备步骤,
Ⅰ将上述的材料放在干燥、通风的地方静置5个小时;
Ⅱ将Ⅰ中的材料放在设备中按照常规的方法进行粉碎、搅拌、混合,工作时间为1.5个小时;
Ⅲ将搅拌后的材料取出放在蒸笼中熏蒸1个小时;
Ⅳ将熏蒸后的材料取出并且添加材料总量的1/3的蒸馏水并且搅拌0.5个小时即可。
本发明的有益效果为:Ⅰ步骤简单、操作方便;
Ⅱ材料成本不高,节省经济;
Ⅲ操作需要的工作人员相对较少,节省人力成本;
Ⅳ反复操作的喷涂效果更加的良好。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面进一步阐述本发明。
一种汽车轮毂涂料喷涂的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
步骤一、清洁设备:在工作之前将所需要使用的设备进行清洁,保证工作质量;
步骤二、固定轮毂:将成型后的轮毂在设备上固定良好,不要触碰到需要喷涂的地方,在轮毂的孔洞中使用橡胶与设备进行隔离,保证轮毂不会磨损;
步骤三、进行喷涂:
Ⅰ在喷涂之前在轮毂的外侧涂刷一层连接料,并且自然晾晒300分钟,然后用保鲜膜覆盖60分钟;
Ⅱ将保鲜膜取下后用砂纸进行轻微的打磨;
Ⅲ对轮毂进行喷涂,每次喷涂120分钟之后,都用砂纸打磨一次,重复3-4次;

步骤一、清洁设备:在工作之前将所需要使用的设备进行清洁,保证工作质量;
步骤二、固定轮毂:将成型后的轮毂在设备上固定良好,不要触碰到需要喷涂的地方,在轮毂的孔洞中使用橡胶与设备进行隔离,保证轮毂不会磨损;
步骤三、进行喷涂:
Ⅰ在喷涂之前在轮毂的外侧涂刷一层连接料,并且自然晾晒300分钟,然后用保鲜膜覆盖60分钟;
