一种在C型钢喷漆的过程中省时省力、可大大提高生产效率、降低喷漆工人劳动强度、减小占地面积、降低用工成本的C型钢喷漆、晾晒、码垛一体机,包括喷漆机,喷气机内的喷嘴是由一个水平布置在喷漆室中心的双头喷嘴、多个设置在喷漆室内壁上并分别指向喷漆室中心的单头喷嘴构成;在喷漆室的进料端和出料端设置对应的进料输送机、出料输送机,在出料输送机上设置指向一侧的转运推杆,在转运推杆指向侧设置垂直于出料输送机的晾晒机,晾晒机是由两个左右对称布置的晾晒输送机、分别设置在对应晾晒输送机出料端的滑落管构成;在滑落管的出料端设置码垛装置,码垛装置是由设置在滑落管内底端的伸缩杆和设置在伸缩杆出料端的码垛架构成。

技术领域
本发明涉及C型钢喷漆设备,特别是C型钢喷漆、晾晒、码垛一体机。
背景技术
C型钢是钢结构建筑、工业产品的重要型材,为防止在其使用过程中受雨水、空气等侵蚀,需要将C型钢喷漆保护处理。由于C型钢存在死角,目前的喷漆的方式是将C型钢依次并排摆放到喷漆场地,使用无汽喷漆机或汽泵喷枪通过人工的方式对C型钢凹槽内喷漆后,再将C型钢翻转180°,对C型钢的外表面喷漆。这种喷漆方式耗时耗力、生产效率低、喷漆工人劳动强度大,且C型钢依次并排摆放到喷漆场地,占地面积大、喷漆工人人数增加、用工成本高。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种在C型钢喷漆的过程中省时省力、可大大提高生产效率、降低喷漆工人劳动强度、减小占地面积、降低用工成本的C型钢喷漆、晾晒、码垛一体机。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种C型钢喷漆、晾晒、码垛一体机,包括喷漆机,所述喷漆机是由喷漆室、无气喷涂机、设置在喷漆室内通过管路与无气喷涂机连接的多个喷嘴构成;在喷漆室的进料端设置进料输送机、在喷漆室的出料端设置出料输送机,其特殊之处在于:所述喷嘴是由一个水平布置在喷漆室中心的双头喷嘴、多个设置在喷漆室内壁上并分别指向喷漆室中心的单头喷嘴构成;在出料输送机上设置指向一侧的转运推杆,在转运推杆指向侧设置垂直于出料输送机的晾晒机,所述晾晒机是由两个左右对称布置且顶面向上的晾晒输送机、分别设置在对应晾晒输送机出料端的滑落管构成;在滑落管的出料端设置码垛装置,所述码垛装置是由设置在滑落管内底端的伸缩杆和设置在伸缩杆出料端的码垛架构成。
所述喷漆室的内底部为漏斗状,且在喷漆室的底端设置排液管。
在喷漆室一侧设置空气净化装置,所述空气净化装置的吸气口通过管路连接到喷漆室的内顶部。
所述进料输送机和出料输送机均为辊式输送机,且进料输送机和出料输送机共用一个电机。
在进料输送机上设置接近开关,接近开关感应到放到进料输送机上的C型钢时,启动喷漆机、进料输送机、出料输送机。
在出料输送机的末端设置转运开关,当C型钢顶靠到转运开关时,启动转运推杆将C型钢推到晾晒机上。
在滑落管底端设置伸缩电机,所述伸缩电机的输出轴穿入滑落管,且伸缩杆与伸缩电机通过齿轮齿条连接。
所述码垛架是由底座、升降架和安装在底座上通过丝杠与升降架连接的升降电机构成。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、由于顺序布置的进料输送机、喷漆机、出料输送机、晾晒机和码垛装置,实现了C型钢喷漆、晾晒、码垛连续生产,机械化程度高,省时省力、大大的提高了生产效率、降低喷漆工人劳动强度、减小占地面积、降低了用工成本。
2、在C型钢穿过喷漆室的过程中,水平布置在喷漆室中心的双头喷嘴对C型钢的凹槽喷漆、多个设置在喷漆室内壁上并分别指向喷漆室中心的单头喷嘴对C型钢外表面喷漆,使C型钢上的漆膜均匀、不留死角、喷漆效果好。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种C型钢喷漆、晾晒、码垛一体机,包括喷漆机,所述喷漆机是由喷漆室1、无气喷涂机2、设置在喷漆室1内通过管路与无气喷涂机2连接的多个喷嘴构成;所述喷漆室1的内底部为漏斗状,且在喷漆室1的底端设置排液管3,在喷漆室1一侧设置空气净化装置4,所述空气净化装置4的吸气口通过管路连接到喷漆室1的内顶部,所述喷嘴是由一个水平布置在喷漆室1中心的双头喷嘴5、多个设置在喷漆室1内壁上并分别指向喷漆室1中心的单头喷嘴6构成;在喷漆室1的进料端设置辊式进料输送机7、在喷漆室1的出料端设置辊式出料输送机8,且辊式进料输送机7和辊式出料输送机8共用一个电机,在辊式进料输送机7上安装接近开关9,在辊式出料输送机8上安装指向一侧的转运推杆10,在辊式出料输送机8的末端安装转运开关11,在转运推杆10指向侧安装垂直于出料输送机的晾晒机,所述晾晒机是由两个左右对称布置且顶面向上的晾晒输送机12、分别安装在对应晾晒输送机12出料端的滑落管13构成;在滑落管13的出料端设置码垛装置,所述码垛装置是由设置在滑落管13内底端的伸缩杆14、安装在伸缩杆14出料端的码垛架构成;在滑落管13底端设置伸缩电机16,所述伸缩电机16的输出轴穿入滑落管13,且伸缩杆14与伸缩电机16通过齿轮齿条连接,所述码垛架是由底座15、升降架17和安装在底座15上通过丝杠与升降架17连接的升降电机18构成。
操作时,首先通过吊车将C型钢放到辊式进料输送机7上,辊式进料输送机7上的接近开关9感应到C型钢,启动辊式进料输送机7和辊式出料输送机8的动力源,使C型钢从喷漆室1内穿过,同时启动无气喷涂机2的电源,通过双头喷嘴5喷涂C型钢凹槽、多个单头喷嘴6喷涂C型钢外部;喷涂完的C型钢完全移动到辊式出料输送机7上后顶靠转运开关11,转运开关11启动转运推杆10,将喷涂后的C型钢侧向推到晾晒输送机12上,在晾晒输送机12输送的过程中,C型钢表面的油漆自然晾干,C型钢移动到晾晒输送机12顶端后掉落在滑落管13上,并由滑落管13顶部自由滑落到滑落管13底端,同时在滑落管13底端的伸缩杆14往复伸缩和升降电机18带动升降架17向下运动作用下,将经喷漆、晾晒后的各C型钢逐排逐层堆放到码垛架16上。

1.一种C型钢喷漆、晾晒、码垛一体机,包括喷漆机,所述喷漆机是由喷漆室、无气喷涂机、设置在喷漆室内通过管路与无气喷涂机连接的多个喷嘴构成;在喷漆室的进料端设置进料输送机、在喷漆室的出料端设置出料输送机,其特征在于:所述喷嘴是由一个水平布置在喷漆室中心的双头喷嘴、多个设置在喷漆室内壁上并分别指向喷漆室中心的单头喷嘴构成;在出料输送机上设置指向一侧的转运推杆,在转运推杆指向侧设置垂直于出料输送机的晾晒机,所述晾晒机是由两个左右对称布置且顶面向上的晾晒输送机、分别设置在对应晾晒输送机出料端的滑落管构成;在滑落管的出料端设置码垛装置,所述码垛装置是由设置在滑落管内底端的伸缩杆和设置在伸缩杆出料端的码垛架构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的C型钢喷漆、晾晒、码垛一体机,其特征在于:所述喷漆室的内底部为漏斗状,且在喷漆室的底端设置排液管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的C型钢喷漆、晾晒、码垛一体机,其特征在于:在喷漆室一侧设置空气净化装置,所述空气净化装置的吸气口通过管路连接到喷漆室的内顶部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的C型钢喷漆、晾晒、码垛一体机,其特征在于:所述进料输送机和出料输送机均为辊式输送机,且进料输送机和出料输送机共用一个电机。
5.根据权利要求1所述的C型钢喷漆、晾晒、码垛一体机,其特征在于:在进料输送机上设置接近开关。
6.根据权利要求1所述的C型钢喷漆、晾晒、码垛一体机,其特征在于:在出料输送机的末端设置转运开关。
7.根据权利要求1所述的C型钢喷漆、晾晒、码垛一体机,其特征在于:在滑落管底端设置伸缩电机,所述伸缩电机的输出轴穿入滑落管,且伸缩杆与伸缩电机通过齿轮齿条连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的C型钢喷漆、晾晒、码垛一体机,其特征在于:所述码垛架是由底座、升降架和安装在底座上通过丝杠与升降架连接的升降电机构成。
