一种三维式试管振荡器,包括底座(1)、支承板(2)、电机(8)、转盘(3),在转盘与支承板之间设有主动曲轴(4)和从动曲轴(6),主动曲轴与从动曲轴相平行,主动曲轴上端的转盘主动轴(52)与主动曲轴下端的支承板主动轴(51)之间的偏心距等于从动曲轴上端的转盘从动轴(72)与从动曲轴下端的支承板从动轴(71)之间的偏心距,主动曲轴的两端和从动曲轴的两端都能在转盘和支承板中转动,支承板主动轴(51)与电机的转轴连接。本发明的特点是转盘上任意一点的转动的半径等于转盘主动轴与支承板主动轴之间的偏心距,转动时试管中的溶液既有平面的振荡又有上下的翻滚,实现三维混匀。

三维式试管振荡器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种三维式试管振荡器,通过旋转的方式对试管中的样品溶液进行混匀,用于卫生、医药、化工、轻工等行业的化验室或实验室。
背景技术
现有的通过旋转方式对试管中的样品溶液进行混匀的振荡器,其结构包括电机、转盘,电机驱动转盘旋转,转盘上安装试管架,试管插在试管架中,试管随转盘旋转,使试管中的样品溶液混匀。这种振荡器存在一个问题,即放在振荡器上的同一批的多个试管,如果不在同一旋转圆周上,那么试管的线速度是不一样的,混匀的效果也不相同。本人于2013年申请的201310235610.5号发明专利,提出了一种漩涡式混匀器,该漩涡式混匀器能保证多个试管的旋转线速度一致,但其结构比较复杂,有必要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种三维式试管振荡器,该试管振荡器能保证多个试管的旋转线速度一致,同时结构简单,工作更可靠。
本发明的技术方案是,一种三维式试管振荡器,其包括底座1、设置在底座中部的支承板2、设置在底座中的电机8、搁置在底座顶部的转盘3,其特征是,在转盘与支承板之间设有主动曲轴4和从动曲轴6,主动曲轴与从动曲轴相平行,主动曲轴上端的转盘主动轴52与主动曲轴下端的支承板主动轴51之间的偏心距等于从动曲轴上端的转盘从动轴72与从动曲轴下端的支承板从动轴71之间的偏心距,主动曲轴的两端和从动曲轴的两端都能在转盘和支承板中转动,支承板主动轴51与电机的转轴连接。
本发明的特点是转动曲轴带动转盘转动,转盘的转动又受到从动曲轴的约束,转盘上任意一点的转动的半径等于转盘主动轴52与支承板主动轴51之间的偏心距,转动时试管中的溶液都能起漩涡,这样溶液会有平面的振荡又有上下的翻滚,实现三维混匀。本三维式试管振荡器结构简单,生产成本低。

现结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
实施例1:一种三维式试管振荡器,其包括底座1、设置在底座中部的支承板2、设置在底座中的电机8、搁置在底座顶部的转盘3,在转盘与支承板之间设有主动曲轴4和从动曲轴6,主动曲轴与从动曲轴相平行;主动曲轴4的上端为转盘主动轴52,主动曲轴4的下端为支承板主动轴51;从动曲轴6的上端为转盘从动轴72,从动曲轴6的上端为支承板从动轴71。
主动曲轴上端的转盘主动轴52与转盘之间设有轴套或轴承,主动曲轴下端的支承板主动轴51与支承板之间设有轴套或轴承;从动曲轴上端的转盘从动轴72与转盘之间设有轴套或轴承,从动曲轴下端的支承板从动轴71与支承板之间设有轴套或轴承。主动曲轴的两端和从动曲轴的两端都能在转盘和支承板中转动。
转盘主动轴52与支承板主动轴51之间的偏心距等于转盘从动轴72与支承板从动轴71之间的偏心距,支承板主动轴51的底端与电机的转轴连接。
主动曲轴带动转盘转动,转盘的转动又受到从动曲轴的约束,转盘上任意一点的转动的半径等于转盘转动轴52与支承板主动轴51之间的偏心距。转盘的转速与电机转速相等,电机的转速可通过一调速装置来控制,调速范围在300-2800之间。
支承板主动轴51与转盘转动轴52之间偏心距的范围在1-5毫米之间,在此偏心距范围内,转盘转动时试管中的溶液都能起漩涡,使溶液充分混匀,由于各试管的旋转线速度一致,各试管的混匀效果相同。
所述的底座为筒状,所述的转盘搁置在底座的顶部,转盘的形状可为圆板也可为方板,转盘转动时能遮盖住底座的顶部,试管架安装在转盘上。
为降低转盘与底座之间的摩擦,底座的顶部可对称地设有若干个滚珠。
实施例2:实施例2与实施例1的区别在于,转盘从动轴72与转盘之间留有间隙,该间隙的长度为支承板主动轴51与转盘转动轴52之间偏心距的10%-30%,转盘从动轴在转盘中除了转动外还可适当移动,这样主动曲轴和从动曲轴的偏心距精度可适当降低,方便主动曲轴和从动曲轴的制造。

1.一种三维式试管振荡器,其包括底座(1)、设置在底座中部的支承板(2)、设置在底座中的电机(8)、搁置在底座顶部的转盘(3),其特征是,在转盘与支承板之间设有主动曲轴(4)和从动曲轴(6),主动曲轴与从动曲轴相平行,主动曲轴上端的转盘主动轴(52)与主动曲轴下端的支承板主动轴(51)之间的偏心距等于从动曲轴上端的转盘从动轴(72)与从动曲轴下端的支承板从动轴(71)之间的偏心距,主动曲轴的两端和从动曲轴的两端都能在转盘和支承板中转动,支承板主动轴(51)与电机的转轴连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三维式试管振荡器,其特征是,底座的顶部对称地设有若干个滚珠。
3.根据权利要求2所述的三维式试管振荡器,其特征是,转盘从动轴(72)与转盘之间留有间隙,转盘从动轴在转盘中除了转动外还能移动。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的三维式试管振荡器,其特征是,支承板主动轴(51)与转盘转动轴(52)之间偏心距的范围在1-5毫米之间。
