技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,更具体地,涉及一种自蠕式鼻胃肠导管。
背景技术
在目前,在医疗器械领域中,当医生需要对病人进行胃肠清洗或行胃肠营养时,在目前的鼻胃空肠管中,没有球囊的导管,只能借助外力盲插入到胃肠或借助胃镜、手术等有创操作,由于无肠管内固定球囊,导管在肠腔中无法按需求定位。有球囊的导管,球囊设在导管前端,在母管前端无法开设输液孔,只有球囊后端母管的大管壁有通孔,球囊容易把营养液或药液堵在球囊的后端引起滞留和返流,影响营养液或药液进入空肠。另外,目前现有的导管前端设计存在缺陷,患者的耐受性差,容易引起创伤。
因此,提出一种解决上述问题的自蠕式鼻胃肠导管实为必要。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述现有技术所述的至少两种缺陷(不足),提供一种自蠕式鼻胃肠导管。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:一种自蠕式鼻胃肠导管,包括母管、子管和球囊,还包括弹性导丝,所述母管与子管间互不连通,子管紧贴在母管壁上,所述球囊于靠近母管前端的外壁环绕设置,并与子管前端相连通,所述弹性导丝可拆卸的设置于母管内直到前端,以便于鼻胃肠导管置管,通过球囊注入液体后的重力与体积,在肠胃中慢慢蠕动到需要的位置,由母管进行清洗或输液,通过弹性导丝,可以协助母管顺利插入胃肠中或需要时在胃肠中拉动,便于母管快速到位,在具体应用中,弹性导丝可以为金属弹性导丝或其它高分子合成的弹性导丝,在此可以理解为,在母管中,设置具有弹性的导丝,均在本专利的保护范围之内。
进一步的,所述母管前端端部为子弹头状结构,子弹头状结构使置管过程更加顺利无创,患者的耐受性更好。
更进一步的,所述母管前端的端部处和/或球囊前侧母管的外壁处和/或球囊后侧母管的外壁处设有输液开口,所述各位置的输液开口为一个或一个以上。这样设置输液开口,输液时减少了营养液或药液堵在球囊的后端引起滞留和返流,而影响营养液或药液进入空肠,使得输注肠内营养或清洗肠道更加方便。

在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以是通过中间媒介间接连接,可以说两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明的具体含义。下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步的说明。
实施例一
如图1所示,本实施例公开了一种自蠕式鼻胃肠导管,包括母管1、子管2和球囊3和弹性导丝5,母管1与子管2间互不连通,子管2紧贴在母管1壁上,球囊3环绕设置于靠近母管1的前端外壁,并与子管2前端相连通,弹性导丝5可拆卸的设置于母管内直到前端,通过球囊3注入液体后的重力与体积,在肠胃中慢慢蠕动到需要定位放置的位置,由母管1进行清洗或输液,由于球囊3环绕设置于靠近母管前端外壁,且母管1前端的端部处设有输液开口,减少了营养液或药液堵在球囊3的后端引起滞留和返流,影响营养液或药液进入空肠的情况,使得输液更加方便。
在本实施例中,子管2紧贴在母管1外壁上,子管2紧贴在母管1外壁,可以方便生产,降低生产的技术要求,并能降低生产成本,而除此之外,还包括球囊连接管4,子管2的前端通过球囊连接管4与球囊3相连接,通过球囊连接管4,使得球囊3与子管2之间的连接更加可靠,由于球囊连接管4置于母管1外壁上,置于外壁上的球囊连接管4,可以方便更换与安装,而弹性导丝,可以协助母管顺利插入胃肠中,也可以协助母管在胃肠中拉动,并在使用过后,容易拆卸,方便清洗。
本实施例的母管前端端部为子弹头状设计,使置管过程更加顺利无创,患者的耐受性更好。
在实际应用中,母管1外壁上设有不透X光的细线,或母管材料中加有显影剂,通过不透X光的细线,可以在透视下清晰显示母管1的位置,其中,不透X光的细线均匀分布在母管1外壁上,均匀分布的不透X光的细线,可以使得母管1的位置更加清晰,方便医护人员实时观察其位置。
由于把子管2设置于母管1的外侧,并通过球囊连接管4连接球囊3,可以降低鼻胃肠导管的生产难度,通过球囊3注入液体后自身的重力外加肠胃的蠕动力,使得胃空肠管进入待输液的位置输液。
实施例二
如图2所示,本实施例公开了一种自蠕式鼻胃肠导管,包括母管1、子管2和球囊3和弹性导丝5,母管1与子管2间互不连通,子管2紧贴在母管1内壁上,球囊3环绕设置于靠近母管1前端外壁,并与子管2前端相连通,而弹性导丝5可拆卸的设置于母管内直到前端,在母管前端的端部处设有输液开口,输液开口可以为一个或多个,设置输液开口可以防止营养液或药液堵在球囊的后端引起滞留和返流,影响营养液或药液进入空肠,本实施例中,在球囊后侧母管的外壁处同时设置输液开口,输液开口也是可以为一个或多个。图中,子管2紧贴在母管1内壁上,子管尾端穿出母管内壁。将子管紧贴在母管内壁上,可以有效的减小胃空肠管的体积,方便小肠输液,而球囊连接管一端与子管前端相连接,另一端穿过母管外壁与球囊相连接,通过外置的球囊连接管,可以按照实际需要调节球囊连接管的安装角度,方便不同场合的使用,通过弹性导丝5,可以拉动母管在人体胃肠中移动,便于母管到胃并输液。
由于把子管内置于母管中,可以减少鼻胃肠导管的体积,而外置的球囊连接管,可以根据需要转动角度,利于控制球囊的大小,便于胃空肠管在肠胃中蠕动。
本自蠕式鼻胃肠导管的母管前端端部可以设计为子弹头状形状,使置管过程更加顺利无创,患者的耐受性更好。
实施例三
如图3所示,本实施例公开了一种自蠕式鼻胃肠导管,包括母管1、子管2和球囊3和弹性导丝5,母管1与子管2间互不连通,子管2紧贴在母管1内壁上,球囊3环绕设置于靠近母管1前端外壁,并与子管2前端相连通,弹性导丝5可拆卸的设置于母管内直到前端,子管2紧贴在母管1内壁上,其尾端穿出母管内壁。将子管紧贴在母管内壁上,可以有效的减小胃空肠管的体积,方便小肠输液,另外,在母管前端的端部处以及球囊后侧母管的外壁处均设有输液开口,可以防止营养液或药液堵在球囊的后端引起滞留和返流,影响营养液或药液进入空肠,而球囊连接管内置于母管中部,内置于母管中的球囊连接管,可以根据使用需要控制调出母管的长度,方便输液。
通过内置的球囊连接管4,子管可以与球囊3更加固定的连接,也缩小了其体积,方便在肠胃内蠕动。
本实施例的母管前端端部子弹头状设计,使置管过程更加顺利无创,患者的耐受性更好。
实施例四
如图4所示,与实施例三不同的是,在球囊前侧母管的外壁处也开设输液开口6,即是,同时在母管1前端的端部处、球囊前侧母管的外壁处以及球囊后侧母管的外壁处设输液开口6,各处开口均可以为一个或多个。这样的设置,不容易堵管和返流,输液更顺畅。
图中,描述位置关系仅用于示例性说明,不能理解为对本专利的限制;显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种自蠕式鼻胃肠导管,包括母管、子管和球囊,其特征在于,还包括弹性导丝,所述母管与子管间互不连通,子管紧贴在母管壁上,所述球囊于靠近母管前端的外壁环绕设置,并与子管前端相连通,所述弹性导丝可拆卸的设置于母管内直到前端,以便于鼻胃肠导管置管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自蠕式鼻胃肠导管,其特征在于,所述母管前端端部为子弹头状结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的自蠕式鼻胃肠导管,其特征在于,所述母管前端的端部处和/或球囊前侧母管的外壁处和/或球囊后侧母管的外壁处设有输液开口,所述各位置的输液开口为一个或一个以上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的自蠕式鼻胃肠导管,其特征在于,所述子管紧贴在母管外壁上。
5.根据权利要求3所述的自蠕式鼻胃肠导管,其特征在于,所述子管紧贴在母管内壁上,子管尾端穿出母管内壁。
6.根据权利要求4所述的自蠕式鼻胃肠导管,其特征在于,还包括球囊连接管,所述子管的前端通过球囊连接管与球囊相连接。
7.根据权利要求5所述的自蠕式鼻胃肠导管,其特征在于,还包括球囊连接管,所述球囊连接管一端与子管前端相连接,另一端穿过母管外壁与球囊相连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的自蠕式鼻胃肠导管,其特征在于,所述球囊连接管置于母管外壁上。
9.根据权利要求7所述的自蠕式鼻胃肠导管,其特征在于,所述球囊连接管内置于母管中部。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的自蠕式鼻胃肠导管,其特征在于,所述母管外壁上设有不透X光的细线或设有不透X光显影剂层。
