本发明属于中药制剂技术领域，具体涉及一种皮肤舒缓液的制备方法。
背景技术
皮肤遇到某种刺激，常发生骚痒、红肿、刺痛等过敏反应，尤其过敏体质的人群，更常发生此等过敏反应，虽不算什么疾病，但常令人难以忍受，苦不堪言。目前，用于皮肤过敏反应的治疗主要是皮质激素类药物，主要作用是抑制人体的免疫反应，它不仅抑制引起过敏的异常免疫反应，还会抑制正常的免疫反应，降低皮肤细胞的抵抗力，从而诱发非过敏性皮炎，皮肤瘤，诱发黑色素沉积，皮肤异常生长等不良反应，如果长期应用，还会产生药物依赖性。近年来国内外有研究发现，一些植物的浸提物，对皮肤过敏有缓解作用，但是多多少少都存在一些问题，比如提取过程复杂、抗过敏功效单一或有的提取物抗过敏同时又带来其它副作用等。因此，寻找一种可代替当前皮肤抗过敏常用药-皮质激素类药物，且来源于天然植物提取物、抗过敏效果优良的皮肤舒敏药物成为亟待解决问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种皮肤舒缓液的制备方法，所得皮肤舒缓液能改善皮肤微血管循环，消炎止痒，促进皮肤新陈代替，从而抑制和消除致敏源，舒缓过敏反应。
一种皮肤舒缓液的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1，以重量份计，取黄耆3～9份、当归2～8份、白芍药1～7份、白芷2～7份、川芎3～6份、藿香叶1～6份、零陵香2～8份、白檀3～7份、白附子2～7份、白及3～9份、白蔹2～8份、瓜蒌1～5份、杏仁2～6份、龙脑3～8份混合，得到混合物，粉碎，加入水中浸提，得到提取液；
步骤2，将步骤1所得提取液浓缩，得到浓缩液；
步骤3，将步骤2所得浓缩液送入大孔吸附树脂中进行吸附，得到透过液；
步骤4，以重量份计，将步骤3所得透过液10～20份、薰衣草精油2～5份、洋甘菊精油1～4份、芦荟提取液2～6份、果酸1～4份、氧化锌3～5份、维生素E 2～5份、卡波姆1～5份、甘油2～6份混合，即可。
进一步地，步骤1中加水量是混合物重量的5～10倍。
进一步地，步骤1中浸提的温度是60～80℃。
进一步地，步骤1中浸提的时间是0.5～1小时。
进一步地，步骤2中的浓缩步骤中，使提取液的体积减少至1/3。

步骤2，将步骤1所得提取液浓缩，得到浓缩液；
步骤3，将步骤2所得浓缩液送入大孔吸附树脂中进行吸附，得到透过液；
步骤4，以重量份计，将步骤3所得透过液15份、薰衣草精油4份、洋甘菊精油3份、芦荟提取液5份、果酸2份、氧化锌4份、维生素E 4份、卡波姆3份、甘油5份混合，即可。

选取700名皮肤过敏者参与试用实施例1至6所得舒缓液，并以市售皮质激素作为对照，每组100名，考察连续使用7天后的皮肤改善情况。皮肤过敏症状为面部红肿、瘙痒、脱皮、干燥、疼痛。结果如下：
由上表结果可知，本发明的皮肤舒缓液能显著改善皮肤过敏者面部红肿、瘙痒、脱皮、干燥、疼痛的症状，且效果优于市售皮质激素。实施例5中在步骤1所得提取液中加入柠檬酸使其pH在4.0～6.0之间，使得透过液中有效成分浓度有所提高，所得舒缓液的效果更好；实施例6中由于加入大豆卵磷脂，使得舒缓液中有效成分更加稳定，所得舒缓液的效果更好。

Claims (9)

1.一种皮肤舒缓液的制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
步骤1，以重量份计，取黄耆3～9份、当归2～8份、白芍药1～7份、白芷2～7份、川芎3～6份、藿香叶1～6份、零陵香2～8份、白檀3～7份、白附子2～7份、白及3～9份、白蔹2～8份、瓜蒌1～5份、杏仁2～6份、龙脑3～8份混合，得到混合物，粉碎，加入水中浸提，得到提取液；
步骤2，将步骤1所得提取液浓缩，得到浓缩液；
步骤3，将步骤2所得浓缩液送入大孔吸附树脂中进行吸附，得到透过液；
步骤4，以重量份计，将步骤3所得透过液10～20份、薰衣草精油2～5份、洋甘菊精油1～4份、芦荟提取液2～6份、果酸1～4份、氧化锌3～5份、维生素E 2～5份、卡波姆1～5份、甘油2～6份混合，即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤舒缓液的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤1中加水量是混合物重量的5～10倍。
3.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤舒缓液的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤1中浸提的温度是60～80℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤舒缓液的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤1中浸提的时间是0.5～1小时。
5.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤舒缓液的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤2中的浓缩步骤中，使提取液的体积减少至1/3。
6.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤舒缓液的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤3中的大孔吸附树脂是D101。
7.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤舒缓液的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤4中的芦荟提取液的制备方法是：芦荟去皮，将内部胶质榨汁，得到芦荟提取液。
8.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤舒缓液的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤1所得提取液中还需要加入柠檬酸使其pH在4.0～6.0之间。
