技术领域
本发明涉及一种药物微丝及其制备方法,具体的说涉及一种治疗烧烫伤的药物微丝及其制备方法。
背景技术
烧烫伤是全国常见的外伤疾病,轻者治愈快,重者肌肉受损,伤至骨骼,是顽固外伤之一,也是医学界注重课题。该病是机体直接接触高温物体或受到强的热辐射所发生的变化。临床经验证明,烧烫伤达全身表面积的三分之一以上时则可有生命危险。烧烫伤的组织可能坏死。组织烧烫伤时,血管内的液体渗出引起组织水肿。大面积烧烫伤时,血管渗透性异常,丢失大量液体,可能引起休克。休克时,血压很低,流到大脑和其他重要器官的血流量减少。
烧烫伤的严重程度取决于受伤组织的范围和深度,烧烫伤深度可分为 I 度、II度和 III 度。I 度烧烫伤损伤最轻。烧烫伤皮肤发红、疼痛、明显触痛、有渗出或水肿。轻压受伤部位时局部变白,但没有水疱。 II 度烧烫伤损伤较深。皮肤水疱。水疱底部呈红色或白色,充满了清澈、粘稠的液体。触痛敏感,压迫时变白。III 度烧烫伤损伤最深。烧烫伤表面可以发白、变软或者呈黑色、炭化皮革状。由于被烧皮肤变得苍白,在白皮肤人中常被误认为正常皮肤,但压迫时不再变色。破坏的红细胞可使烧烫伤局部皮肤呈鲜红色,偶尔有水疱,烧烫伤区的毛发很容易拔出,感觉减退。III度烧烫伤区域一般没有痛觉。因为皮肤的神经末梢被破坏。目前并没有特别合适的药物微丝来治疗烧烫伤,因此,研制一种有效的可以治疗烧烫伤的药物微丝是十分有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术的不足,提供一种治疗烧烫伤的药物微丝。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种治疗烧烫伤的药物微丝的制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
治疗烧烫伤的药物微丝,所述药物微丝由下列重量份的组份加工而成:
中药提取物浸粉20-25份;
水溶性聚合物40-50份;
增塑剂3-5份;
所述中药提取物浸粉由下列重量份的中药原料加工而成:
地榆 4-8份,黄柏6-12份,白芷5-10份,黄连4-10份,香菜籽5-8份,苦瓜片3-9份,紫草5-10份,红花6-8份,虎杖8-12份;
所述药物微丝按下述步骤加工而成:
(1)制备中药提取物浸粉:将配方量的地榆、黄柏、白芷、黄连、香菜籽、苦瓜片、紫草、红花和虎杖粉碎、混合均匀,然后加入3-6倍质量的水煎煮2-3小时,然后过滤去除残渣,滤液真空浓缩至含水量40%以下得中药提取物浸膏,经冷冻干燥获得浸粉;
(2)将水溶性聚合物与增塑剂混合均匀,室温下放置12-15小时,充分塑化备用;
(3)将步骤(1)的中药提取物浸粉和步骤(2)的原料充分混合均匀,加入热熔挤出机内,加热温度80-90℃,加热时间10-30s,至原料充分软化,然后由热熔挤出机挤出,挤出孔径为0.5-1mm,得到直径为0.5-1mm的丝状物,经冷却、切割获得长度1-3mm的药物微丝。
地榆:有凉血止血,清热解毒,培清养阴,消肿敛疮等功效;
白芷:排脓生肌、活血止痛等功能;
黄连:抗炎、抗氧化作用;
香菜籽:含挥发油、苹果酸、钾盐、有机酸钙盐、脂肪、蛋白质、多种维生素以及含氮物质,可以改善化脓性疾病的创面,有使创面干净,促进肉芽形成的作用;
苦瓜中含有能抑制恶性细胞生成和增强免疫细胞活性的蛋白酶,能够阻止恶性细胞的生长和扩散,具有明显的消炎作用;
红花:有活血化瘀,散湿去肿的功效;
紫草:具有抗菌、抗炎作用;
本发明合理选取了地榆、黄柏、白芷、黄连、香菜籽、苦瓜片、紫草、红花和虎杖,通过浸提、浓缩、冷冻干燥获得干粉,然后与水溶性聚合物和增塑剂混合制成微丝,口服方便,药物释放效率高,利用率高,治疗效果好。
优选的,所述药物微丝由下列重量份的组份加工而成:
中药提取物浸粉22份;
水溶性聚合物48份;
增塑剂4份;
所述中药提取物浸粉由下列重量份的中药原料加工而成:
地榆 5份,黄柏8份,白芷8份,黄连8份,香菜籽6份,苦瓜片7份,紫草8份,红花7份,虎杖10份。
优选的,所述水溶性聚合物为羟丙基甲基纤维素和/或羟丙基纤维素,所述增塑剂为PEG400和/或单双硬脂酸甘油酯。
一种治疗烧烫伤的药物微丝的制备方法,所述制备方法按如下步骤进行:
(1)制备中药提取物浸粉:将配方量的地榆、黄柏、白芷、黄连、香菜籽、苦瓜片、紫草、红花和虎杖粉碎、混合均匀,然后加入3-6倍质量的水煎煮2-3小时,然后过滤去除残渣,滤液真空浓缩至含水量40%以下得中药提取物浸膏,经冷冻干燥获得浸粉;
(2)将水溶性聚合物与增塑剂混合均匀,室温下放置12-15小时,充分塑化备用;
(3)将步骤(1)的中药提取物浸粉和步骤(2)的原料充分混合均匀,加入热熔挤出机内,加热温度80-90℃,加热时间10-30s,至原料充分软化,然后由热熔挤出机挤出,挤出孔径为0.5-1mm,得到直径为0.5-1mm的丝状物,经冷却、切割获得长度1-3mm的药物微丝。
本发明合理选取了地榆、黄柏、白芷、黄连、香菜籽、苦瓜片、紫草、红花和虎杖,通过浸提、浓缩、冷冻干燥获得干粉,然后与水溶性聚合物和增塑剂混合制成微丝,口服方便,药物释放效率高,利用率高,治疗效果好。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的药物微丝配伍精当,镇静、安神、促眠的效果显著,药物微丝服用方便,可靠性好,药物微丝具有极大的比表面积,良好的水溶性,药物释放效率高,药物利用率高。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体说明。
实施例1:
治疗烧烫伤的药物微丝,所述药物微丝由下列重量份的组份加工而成:
中药提取物浸粉20份;
水溶性聚合物40份;
增塑剂3份;
所述中药提取物浸粉由下列重量份的中药原料加工而成:
地榆 4份,黄柏6份,白芷5份,黄连4份,香菜籽5份,苦瓜片3份,紫草5份,红花6份,虎杖8份;
所述药物微丝按下述步骤加工而成:
(1)制备中药提取物浸粉:将配方量的地榆、黄柏、白芷、黄连、香菜籽、苦瓜片、紫草、红花和虎杖粉碎、混合均匀,然后加入3倍质量的水煎煮2小时,然后过滤去除残渣,滤液真空浓缩至含水量40%以下得中药提取物浸膏,经冷冻干燥获得浸粉;
(2)将水溶性聚合物与增塑剂混合均匀,室温下放置12小时,充分塑化备用;
(3)将步骤(1)的中药提取物浸粉和步骤(2)的原料充分混合均匀,加入热熔挤出机内,加热温度80℃,加热时间30s,至原料充分软化,然后由热熔挤出机挤出,挤出孔径为0.5mm,得到直径为1mm的丝状物,经冷却、切割获得长度1mm的药物微丝。
实施例2:
治疗烧烫伤的药物微丝,所述药物微丝由下列重量份的组份加工而成:
中药提取物浸粉25份;
水溶性聚合物50份;
增塑剂5份;
所述中药提取物浸粉由下列重量份的中药原料加工而成:
地榆8份,黄柏12份,白芷10份,黄连10份,香菜籽8份,苦瓜片9份,紫草10份,红花8份,虎杖12份;
所述药物微丝按下述步骤加工而成:
(1)制备中药提取物浸粉:将配方量的地榆、黄柏、白芷、黄连、香菜籽、苦瓜片、紫草、红花和虎杖粉碎、混合均匀,然后加入6倍质量的水煎煮3小时,然后过滤去除残渣,滤液真空浓缩至含水量40%以下得中药提取物浸膏,经冷冻干燥获得浸粉;
(2)将水溶性聚合物与增塑剂混合均匀,室温下放置15小时,充分塑化备用;
(3)将步骤(1)的中药提取物浸粉和步骤(2)的原料充分混合均匀,加入热熔挤出机内,加热温度90℃,加热时间10s,至原料充分软化,然后由热熔挤出机挤出,挤出孔径为1mm,得到直径为1mm的丝状物,经冷却、切割获得长度3mm的药物微丝。
实施例3:
治疗烧烫伤的药物微丝,所述药物微丝由下列重量份的组份加工而成:
中药提取物浸粉22份;
水溶性聚合物48份;
增塑剂4份;
所述中药提取物浸粉由下列重量份的中药原料加工而成:
地榆 5份,黄柏8份,白芷8份,黄连8份,香菜籽6份,苦瓜片7份,紫草8份,红花7份,虎杖10份;
所述药物微丝按下述步骤加工而成:
(1)制备中药提取物浸粉:将配方量的地榆、黄柏、白芷、黄连、香菜籽、苦瓜片、紫草、红花和虎杖粉碎、混合均匀,然后加入5倍质量的水煎煮2.5小时,然后过滤去除残渣,滤液真空浓缩至含水量40%以下得中药提取物浸膏,经冷冻干燥获得浸粉;
(2)将水溶性聚合物与增塑剂混合均匀,室温下放置14小时,充分塑化备用;
(3)将步骤(1)的中药提取物浸粉和步骤(2)的原料充分混合均匀,加入热熔挤出机内,加热温度85℃,加热时间20s,至原料充分软化,然后由热熔挤出机挤出,挤出孔径为0.75mm,得到直径为0.75mm的丝状物,经冷却、切割获得长度2mm的药物微丝。
实验例
一、临床资料 :总病例数 :120 人,其中,男性 60 人,女性 60 人,最小年龄 3 岁,最大年龄 50 岁,平均年龄在38 岁以下。其中 I 度烧烫伤 50 人,II 度烧烫伤 50人。
二、诊断标准 :
I 度烧烫伤损伤最轻。烧烫伤皮肤发红、疼痛、明显触痛、有渗出或水肿。轻压受伤部位时局部变白,但没有水泡。
II 度烧烫伤损伤较深。皮肤水泡。水泡底部呈红色或白色,充满了清澈、粘稠的液体。触痛敏感,压迫时变白。
三、用药方法 :将 120 例患者分为三组,每组 40人。第一组每天服用实施例 1中制备的药物微丝3次 ;第二组每天服用实施例 2 中制备的药物微丝;第三组每天服用实施例 3中制备的药物微丝,温开水冲服,每次1.5-1.8g
I 度烧烫伤疗程定为 ,14 天,II 度烧烫伤疗程定为21天。
四、疗效判断标准 :1、止痛效果 :疼痛明显减轻为显效,疼痛减轻为有效,疼痛未见减轻为无效。2、消炎效果 :未出现炎症为显效,出现炎症为无效 ;3、消肿效果 :用药后消失为显效,红肿见好为有效,红肿未见消减为无效 ;4、收敛、去腐去痒生肌效果 :无疤痕为显效,有轻微疤痕为有效,疤痕明显为无效。所有指标为显效者判定为痊愈 :两项或两项以上指标显效,其余指标有效者为显效 ;两项或两项以上指标无效者为无效,其余为有效。
临床试验结果如下:

综上所述:本发明合理选取了地榆、黄柏、白芷、黄连、香菜籽、苦瓜片、紫草、红花和虎杖,通过浸提、浓缩、冷冻干燥获得干粉,然后与水溶性聚合物和增塑剂混合制成微丝,口服方便,药物释放效率高,利用率高,治疗效果好。以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳的方案,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。
Claims (4)
1.治疗烧烫伤的药物微丝,其特征在于:所述药物微丝由下列重量份的组份加工而成:
中药提取物浸粉20-25份;
水溶性聚合物40-50份;
增塑剂3-5份;
所述中药提取物浸粉由下列重量份的中药原料加工而成:
地榆 4-8份,黄柏6-12份,白芷5-10份,黄连4-10份,香菜籽5-8份,苦瓜片3-9份,紫草5-10份,红花6-8份,虎杖8-12份;
所述药物微丝按下述步骤加工而成:
(1)制备中药提取物浸粉:将配方量的地榆、黄柏、白芷、黄连、香菜籽、苦瓜片、紫草、红花和虎杖粉碎、混合均匀,然后加入3-6倍质量的水煎煮2-3小时,然后过滤去除残渣,滤液真空浓缩至含水量40%以下得中药提取物浸膏,经冷冻干燥获得浸粉;
(2)将水溶性聚合物与增塑剂混合均匀,室温下放置12-15小时,充分塑化备用;
(3)将步骤(1)的中药提取物浸粉和步骤(2)的原料充分混合均匀,加入热熔挤出机内,加热温度80-90℃,加热时间10-30s,至原料充分软化,然后由热熔挤出机挤出,挤出孔径为0.5-1mm,得到直径为0.5-1mm的丝状物,经冷却、切割获得长度1-3mm的药物微丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述治疗烧烫伤的药物微丝,其特征在于:所述药物微丝由下列重量份的组份加工而成:
中药提取物浸粉22份;
水溶性聚合物48份;
增塑剂4份;
所述中药提取物浸粉由下列重量份的中药原料加工而成:
地榆 5份,黄柏8份,白芷8份,黄连8份,香菜籽6份,苦瓜片7份,紫草8份,红花7份,虎杖10份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述治疗烧烫伤的药物微丝,其特征在于:所述水溶性聚合物为羟丙基甲基纤维素和/或羟丙基纤维素,所述增塑剂为PEG400和/或单双硬脂酸甘油酯。
4.一种权利要求1-3任意一项所述治疗烧烫伤的药物微丝的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法按如下步骤进行:
(1)制备中药提取物浸粉:将配方量的地榆、黄柏、白芷、黄连、香菜籽、苦瓜片、紫草、红花和虎杖粉碎、混合均匀,然后加入3-6倍质量的水煎煮2-3小时,然后过滤去除残渣,滤液真空浓缩至含水量40%以下得中药提取物浸膏,经冷冻干燥获得浸粉;
(2)将水溶性聚合物与增塑剂混合均匀,室温下放置12-15小时,充分塑化备用;
(3)将步骤(1)的中药提取物浸粉和步骤(2)的原料充分混合均匀,加入热熔挤出机内,加热温度80-90℃,加热时间10-30s,至原料充分软化,然后由热熔挤出机挤出,挤出孔径为0.5-1mm,得到直径为0.5-1mm的丝状物,经冷却、切割获得长度1-3mm的药物微丝。
