The following is a detailed description of specific examples.
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 3, the communication system shown in the figure specifically includes a communication terminal 2 and a virtual SIM card server 202, and the communication terminal 2 and the virtual SIM card server may respectively adopt the mobile terminal and server structures shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2. Wherein the communication terminal 2 comprises a virtual SIM card managing apparatus 201. The application, access and management processes of the virtual SIM card in the communication system are as follows:
when the virtual SIM card management apparatus 201 applies for a virtual SIM card to the virtual SIM card server 202, it sends a virtual SIM card application request containing user identity authentication information to the virtual SIM card server 202;
after receiving the virtual SIM card application request, the virtual SIM card server 202 generates a virtual SIM card (certainly, in order to improve security, the validity of the application request may be verified in various ways before this time, and only if the verification is passed, the subsequent steps are performed), integrates the user identity authentication information in the request as the authentication condition for accessing the virtual SIM card into the generated virtual SIM card, and sends the authentication condition to the virtual SIM card management apparatus 201;
the virtual SIM card management apparatus 201 receives and stores the virtual SIM card fed back by the virtual SIM card server 202; and when detecting that the user or other services have access to the virtual SIM card, performing identity authentication on the current user according to the user identity authentication information in the virtual SIM card, and allowing access to the virtual SIM card when the authentication is passed, or forbidding access to the virtual SIM card. Therefore, when the user uses the virtual SIM card in the terminal each time, the legality of the user identity is authenticated first. Access to the authentication is allowed after the authentication has passed. The access security of the virtual SIM card is improved, and data leakage caused by illegal access of the virtual SIM card in the terminal is avoided.
It should be understood that, when the virtual SIM card management apparatus applies for the virtual SIM card in this embodiment, the manner of sending the user identity authentication information to the virtual SIM card server 202 is not limited to be included in the application request, and the user identity authentication information may also be sent to the virtual SIM card server 202 through a separate message or included in another existing message. For example, an identity authentication request message containing user identity authentication information may be additionally constructed on the basis of an existing message interaction mechanism between an existing virtual SIM card management device and a virtual SIM card server, and before the virtual SIM card server generates a virtual SIM card according to an application request sent by the virtual SIM card management device, the user identity authentication information is sent to the virtual SIM card server, so that the virtual SIM card server extracts the user identity authentication information therefrom and integrates the user identity authentication information into the virtual SIM card. For another example, when the user identity authentication information is sent by carrying other existing messages, theoretically, any message that can be sent to the virtual SIM card server by the virtual SIM card management device before the virtual SIM card server generates the virtual SIM card can implement sending the user identity authentication information to the virtual SIM card server. For example, when the SIM card terminal needs to register with the SIM card server before sending the virtual SIM card application request to the virtual SIM card server, the message may be sent to the virtual SIM card server in the registration request.
The user identity authentication information in this embodiment may include at least one identification information capable of performing secure authentication on the user identity, and when the reliability of the authentication is further improved, a combination of two or more kinds of information may be selected. For example, the user authentication information includes at least one of biometric identification information and user-defined identification information of the user of the virtual SIM card management apparatus 201. Wherein:
the biometric information of the user includes, but is not limited to, at least one of user fingerprint identification information, user retina identification information, user voice identification information, user iris identification information, and user face identification information. The way of authenticating the user identity by adopting the biological characteristic identification information can be flexibly selected. For example, the user-defined identification information may include user fingerprint information, and at this time, when the user accesses the virtual SIM card, the virtual SIM card management apparatus 201 needs to acquire the user fingerprint information for identity authentication. The user-defined identification information includes but is not limited to a user-defined password, and the access user can normally access the virtual SIM card only by inputting the password.
In order to improve the security, a combination of multiple information may be adopted, for example, fingerprint identification information and retina identification information of the user are adopted, and at this time, when the user accesses the virtual SIM card, the virtual SIM card management device 201 needs to acquire the fingerprint information and retina information of the user for identity authentication. For another example, when the user fingerprint identification information and the user-defined identification password are used, at this time, the user accesses the virtual SIM card, and the virtual SIM card management apparatus 201 needs to acquire the user fingerprint information and the identification password input by the user to authenticate the identity of the user. The specific authentication process is as follows: the SIM card terminal matches the acquired identification information with the user identity authentication information integrated in the virtual SIM card, if the identification information is matched with the user identity authentication information, the authentication is passed, and the access is allowed; otherwise, the authentication fails, and the access is forbidden.
In order to further improve security, the virtual SIM card server 202 in this embodiment may also monitor the virtual SIM card management apparatus using the virtual SIM card. Specifically, when the virtual SIM card management apparatus 201 applies for a virtual SIM card to the virtual SIM card server 202, it may also send its own unique identification code to the virtual SIM card server 202 along with the application request. In this embodiment, when the virtual SIM card management apparatus 201 exists as an independent terminal, the unique identification code thereof is various information that can uniquely identify its own identity; when the virtual SIM card management apparatus 201 is installed in a mobile terminal (e.g., a mobile phone, a PAD, etc.) or other fixed terminal, the unique identification code thereof may obtain unique identification information that uniquely identifies the mobile terminal or the fixed terminal where the virtual SIM card management apparatus is located.
After the virtual SIM card server 202 generates the virtual SIM card, in addition to integrating the user identity authentication information into the virtual SIM card, when storing the virtual SIM card, it also binds and stores the unique identifier of the application terminal side (i.e. the virtual SIM card management apparatus 201) with the virtual SIM card. In the subsequent use process of the virtual SIM card, when the virtual SIM card security server detects that the unique identification code of the virtual SIM card management device using the virtual SIM card currently is inconsistent with the previously stored unique identification code, the identity of the user of the current virtual SIM card management device is verified according to the user identity authentication information in the SIM card, and if the verification is passed, the previously stored unique identification code is replaced by the unique identification code of the current virtual SIM card management device; if the verification fails, the virtual SIM card is indicated to be possibly stolen, and the virtual SIM card management device is forbidden to continue to use. Therefore, in the subsequent use process of the virtual SIM card, the legality of the virtual SIM card management device can be further monitored and authenticated. The safety performance of the virtual SIM card use management can be further improved.
In addition, in this embodiment, in order to further improve the security, the generated virtual SIM card is prevented from being copied and stolen in the network transmission process; after generating a virtual SIM card and integrating the user identity authentication information into the virtual SIM card, the virtual SIM card server 202 encrypts the virtual SIM card and then sends the encrypted virtual SIM card to the virtual SIM card management apparatus 201. The encryption may be performed by using a public key sent by the virtual SIM card management apparatus 201 (the public key may also be sent to the virtual SIM card server 202 along with the request for applying the virtual SIM card), or a public key previously agreed with the virtual SIM card management apparatus 201, or other encryption rules. After receiving the virtual SIM card, the virtual SIM card management apparatus 201 performs correct decryption and stores the decrypted virtual SIM card. The generated virtual SIM card is encrypted and transmitted to avoid copy and embezzlement in transmission composition, so that the safety of the virtual SIM card is further improved.
Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a virtual SIM card management apparatus 201 according to a second embodiment of the present invention, where the virtual SIM card management apparatus 201 may be an independent terminal, or may be built in a mobile terminal or other fixed terminals having a communication function, and includes a virtual SIM card application module 2011 and an identity authentication module 2012; the virtual SIM card application module 2011 may be built in the processor of the terminal, or may be separately set independently from the processor. The authentication module 202 may collect biometric information of the user through various sensors (e.g., a microphone, a camera, a fingerprint sensor) of the terminal, and/or obtain a user-defined password as authentication information of the user by using various input modules (e.g., a touch screen, a physical button, etc.) of the terminal.
The virtual SIM card application module 2011 is configured to send a virtual SIM card application request including user identity authentication information (the information may be previously stored in the virtual SIM card management apparatus, or may be identity authentication information of the current user obtained by the identity verification module 2012 in real time) to the virtual SIM card server, where the application request may also include a unique identifier (for example, IMEI) and a public key of the virtual SIM card management apparatus;
the virtual SIM card application module 2011 is further configured to receive and store a virtual SIM card integrated with user identity authentication information fed back by the virtual SIM card server; when the virtual SIM card fed back by the virtual SIM card server is encrypted, the virtual SIM card application module 2011 is further configured to decrypt the received virtual SIM card.
The identity verification module 2012 is configured to perform identity authentication on the current user according to the user identity authentication information in the virtual SIM card when detecting that the user or other services initiate access to the virtual SIM card, and allow access to the virtual SIM card when the authentication is passed, otherwise prohibit access to the virtual SIM card. The identity verification module in this example may include, but is not limited to, at least one of a fingerprint recognition module, a retina recognition module, a voice recognition module, an iris recognition module, a face recognition module, a password recognition module; the corresponding user authentication information includes, but is not limited to, at least one of user fingerprint identification information, user retina identification information, user voice identification information, user iris identification information, user face identification information, and user-defined password. It should be understood that a combination of two or more kinds of information may be selected in order to further improve the reliability of authentication. For example, the user identity authentication information includes biometric identification information and user-defined identification information of the user of the virtual SIM card management apparatus 201; the biometric information of the user includes, but is not limited to, at least one of fingerprint identification information of the user, retina identification information of the user, voice identification information of the user, iris identification information of eyes of the user and face identification information of the user; for example, the user-defined identification information may include user fingerprint information, and at this time, when the user accesses the virtual SIM card, the virtual SIM card management apparatus 201 needs to acquire the user fingerprint information for identity authentication. The user-defined identification information includes, but is not limited to, a user-defined password, etc. In order to improve the security, a combination of multiple information may be adopted, for example, user fingerprint identification information and user retina identification information are adopted, and at this time, when the user accesses the virtual SIM card, the fingerprint identification module and the retina identification module respectively acquire the fingerprint information and the retina information of the user to perform identity authentication. If the two are matched, the authentication is passed, and the access is allowed; otherwise, the authentication fails, and the access is forbidden.
Therefore, the virtual SIM card management apparatus in the embodiment sends the identity authentication information of the user to the virtual SIM card server together when applying for the virtual SIM card, so that the generated virtual SIM card is bound with the identity authentication information of the user. When the user is subsequently detected to access the required SIM card, the user identity is authenticated based on the user identity authentication information and then is allowed to access the required SIM card, so that the access security of the virtual SIM card is improved on the virtual SIM card management device side.
Third embodiment
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a virtual SIM card server 202 according to a third embodiment of the present invention, which includes a virtual SIM card management module 221, a virtual SIM card generation module 222, and a virtual SIM card authentication module 223, where all of the above three modules may be built in a processor of the server, or may be set independently of the processor; wherein:
the virtual SIM card management module 221 is configured to receive a virtual SIM card application request (which may also include a unique identification code and a public key) that includes user identity authentication information and is sent by the virtual SIM card management apparatus, and send the user identity authentication information to the virtual SIM card generation module; before sending the user identity authentication information, the user identity authentication method also authenticates the legality of the received application request;
the virtual SIM card generating module 222 is configured to generate a virtual SIM card, integrate the user identity authentication information as an authentication condition for accessing the virtual SIM card into the virtual SIM card generating module 222, and send the authentication condition to the virtual SIM card management apparatus. Therefore, when the virtual SIM card management device accesses the virtual SIM card, the virtual SIM card management device only has the authority to access the virtual SIM card through identity authentication, and the safety of the virtual SIM card is improved.
When the virtual SIM card generating module 222 sends the virtual SIM card to the virtual SIM card management apparatus, the virtual SIM card may be encrypted according to the public key and then sent, so as to further improve the security.
The virtual SIM card authentication module 223 is configured to bind and store the unique identifier and the virtual SIM card generated by the virtual SIM card generation module (the virtual SIM card may be obtained from the virtual SIM card generation module through the virtual SIM card management module and then forwarded to the virtual SIM card authentication module, or may be directly sent to the virtual SIM card authentication module by the virtual SIM card generation module); and when detecting that the unique identification code of the virtual SIM card management device currently using the virtual SIM card is inconsistent with the previously stored unique identification code, performing identity verification on the user of the current virtual SIM card management device according to the user identity authentication information in the SIM card, and replacing the previously stored unique identification code with the unique identification code of the current virtual SIM card management device if the verification is passed. Otherwise, it indicates that the virtual SIM card may be stolen currently, and it may directly alarm or directly prohibit the current virtual SIM card management device from continuing to use. Therefore, in the subsequent use process of the virtual SIM card, the legality of the virtual SIM card management device can be further monitored and authenticated. The safety performance of the virtual SIM card use management can be further improved.
For a hardware implementation, the embodiments described herein may be implemented using at least one of an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Digital Signal Processing Device (DSPD), a programmable logic device (P L D), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a processor, a controller, a microcontroller, a microprocessor, an electronic unit designed to perform the functions described herein, such an implementation may be implemented in the controller 180 in some cases.
Fourth embodiment
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a virtual SIM card access control method according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, where a process of generating and controlling access to a virtual SIM card includes:
s501: the virtual SIM card management device sends a virtual SIM card application request containing user identity authentication information to a virtual SIM card server; the request can further comprise a unique identification code and a public key of the virtual SIM card management device;
s502: the virtual SIM card management device receives and stores a virtual SIM card integrated with user identity authentication information fed back by the virtual SIM card server; when the virtual SIM card is encrypted by the virtual SIM card server according to the public key, the virtual SIM card management device also carries out decryption operation on the virtual SIM card;
s503: when detecting that a user or other services access the virtual SIM card, the virtual SIM card management device performs identity authentication on the current user according to user identity authentication information in the virtual SIM card; the user identification authentication information may be user biometric identification information, such as a fingerprint, a retina, an iris, etc., or user customized identification information, such as an identification instruction or a password, etc.;
s504: judging whether the authentication passes, if so, turning to S505; otherwise, go to S506;
s505: access to the virtual SIM card is allowed.
S506: access to the virtual SIM card is prohibited.
Therefore, when the user uses the virtual SIM card in the terminal each time, the legality of the user identity is authenticated first. Access to the authentication is allowed after the authentication has passed. The safety of virtual SIM card access is improved. It should be understood that, when the virtual SIM card management apparatus applies for the virtual SIM card in this embodiment, the manner of sending the user identity authentication information to the virtual SIM card server is not limited to be included in the application request, and the user identity authentication information may also be sent to the virtual SIM card server through a separate message or included in another existing message.
The user identity authentication information in this embodiment may include at least one identification information capable of performing secure authentication on the user identity, and when the reliability of the authentication is further improved, a combination of two or more kinds of information may be selected.

s602: the virtual SIM card server carries out legal verification on the received virtual SIM card application request, and the S603 is passed; it should be understood that this step is an optional step;
s603: the virtual SIM card server generates a virtual SIM card, integrates the user identity authentication information as an authentication condition for accessing the virtual SIM card into the generated virtual SIM card, and sends the authentication condition to the virtual SIM card management device; before the virtual SIM card is sent to the virtual SIM card management device, the virtual SIM card can be optionally encrypted by using the public key and then sent, so that the virtual SIM card is prevented from being tampered or stolen in the transmission process;
s604: the virtual SIM card server binds and stores the generated SIM card (containing user identity authentication information) and the unique identification code of the virtual SIM card management device;
s605: the virtual SIM card server detects that the unique identification code of the virtual SIM card management device using the virtual SIM card currently is inconsistent with the previously stored unique identification code in the virtual SIM card service process;
s606: the virtual SIM card server carries out identity verification on the user of the current virtual SIM card management device according to the user identity authentication information in the SIM card;
s607: judging whether the verification is passed, if so, turning to S608; otherwise, go to S609;
s608: and the virtual SIM card server replaces the previously stored unique identification code with the unique identification code of the current virtual SIM card management device.
S609: the current virtual SIM card management device is prohibited from continuing to use the virtual SIM card. In the subsequent use process of the virtual SIM card, the legality of the virtual SIM card management device can be further monitored and authenticated. The safety performance of the virtual SIM card use management can be further improved.
In addition, in this embodiment, in order to further improve the security, the generated virtual SIM card is prevented from being copied and stolen in the network transmission process; after generating a virtual SIM card and integrating user identity authentication information into the virtual SIM card, the virtual SIM card server encrypts the virtual SIM card and then sends the encrypted virtual SIM card to the virtual SIM card management device. The encryption may be performed by using a public key sent by the virtual SIM card management device (the public key may also be sent to the virtual SIM card server along with the request for the virtual SIM card application), or a public key previously agreed with the virtual SIM card management device, or other encryption rules. And after receiving the virtual SIM card, the virtual SIM card management device completes correct decryption and stores the decrypted virtual SIM card. The generated virtual SIM card is encrypted and transmitted to avoid copy and embezzlement in transmission composition, so that the safety of the virtual SIM card is further improved.
