Abstract
本发明公开了一种热交换器,由若干叠片层叠形成,叠片设置有至少一只翻边孔,翻边孔的一侧向外延伸高于叠片的表面形成插接部,另一侧形成受接部,若干叠片层叠后,下一叠片的插接部与上一叠片的受接部密封连接形成管道空间,管道空间相当于现有技术中管路的内部通道,省略了现有技术中翅片式换热器的管路,简化了产品的结构,能够有效降低产品的生产成本,由于管道空间由叠片上的插接部与受接部构成,管道空间的材质与叠片相同,没有中介质,从而有较低的热阻,能够有效提高换热效率,具有热阻小,换热效率高,制造方便,应用范围广等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种能量交换装置,特别是一种热交换器。
背景技术
目前的翅片式热交换器由翅片和管路构成, 翅片和管路单独生产,然后将翅片套装固定在管路上,一方面,由于翅片与管路之间的材质不同以及接触不良而存在间隙,二者之间的热阻较大, 换热效率相对较低,另一方面,这类热交换器结构复杂,生产困难,导致产品的生产成本居高不下。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种热阻小、换热效率高、制造方便的热交换器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种热交换器,由若干叠片层叠形成,所述叠片设置有至少一只翻边孔,所述翻边孔的一侧向外延伸高于所述叠片的表面形成插接部,另一侧形成受接部,若干所述叠片层叠后,下一叠片的插接部与上一叠片的受接部密封连接形成管道空间。
所述受接部与所述叠片的过渡部位为弧形倒角。
所述插接部为向外逐渐缩小的锥形。
所述插接部与受接部之间可以通过过盈配合实现密封连接,也可以通过焊接实现密封连接。
所述叠片之间设置有填充物。
所述翻边孔、插接部和受接部一次性冲压成型。
所述叠片上冲压形成连接片和空位,所述连接片上设置有卡位,所述卡位的一侧向外凸起,另一侧向内凹陷, 若干所述叠片层叠后,下一叠片上的连接片的上端穿过上一叠片的空位后, 下一叠片上的卡位的凸起嵌合在上一叠片的卡位的凹陷中。
所述叠片上设置有固定孔,若干所述叠片层叠后,在所述固定孔内安装有连接螺杆。
所述插接部上设置有紊流部。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的热交换器由若干叠片层叠形成,下一叠片的插接部与上一叠片的受接部密封连接形成管道空间,管道空间相当于现有技术中管路的内部通道,省略了现有技术中翅片式换热器的管路,简化了产品的结构,能够有效降低产品的生产成本,由于管道空间由叠片上的插接部与受接部构成,管道空间的材质与叠片相同,没有中介质,从而有较低的热阻,能够有效提高换热效率,具有热阻小,换热效率高,制造方便,应用范围广等优点。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图7,一种热交换器,由若干叠片1层叠形成,所述叠片1设置有至少一只翻边孔2,该翻边孔2可以为圆孔,也与为其他形状的孔,如椭圆形或其他形状的异形孔等。所述翻边孔2的一侧向外延伸高于所述叠片1的表面形成插接部3,另一侧形成受接部4,所述受接部4与所述叠片1的过渡部位为弧形倒角,若干所述叠片1层叠后,下一叠片1的插接部3与上一叠片1的受接部4密封连接形成管道空间,管道空间相当于现有技术中管路的内部通道,可以通液体或气体,将管道空间通过接头管连接后形成如图4所示的气-气热交换以及如图5所示的气-液热交换。
为了方便装配,所述插接部3为向外逐渐缩小的锥形,所述翻边孔2、插接部3和受接部4一次性冲压成型,生产加工简单,所述插接部3与受接部4之间可以通过过盈配合实现密封连接,也可以通过焊接技术实现密封连接。
所述叠片可以由相对较硬的铜材或合金制成,也可以由相对较软铅或锡制成,如果叠片的材质相对较软,则可以在叠片之间加入起支撑固定作用的填充物。
所述叠片1上冲压形成连接片9和空位7,所述连接片9上设置有卡位6,所述卡位6的一侧向外凸起,另一侧向内凹陷,若干所述叠片1层叠后,下一叠片1上的连接片9的上端穿过上一叠片1的空位7后,下一叠片1上的卡位6的凸起嵌合在上一叠片1的卡位6的凹陷中,使上下两只叠片紧密固定连接,或者在所述叠片1上设置有固定孔5,若干所述叠片1层叠后,在所述固定孔5内安装有连接螺杆以固定连接,连接片9和固定孔5也可以同时设置。
所述插接部3上设置有紊流部8,装配后,紊流部8在管道空间内形成变形凸出部分,该变形凸出部分能够对流过的介质发生扰动,延缓介质的流速,提高换热效率。
本发明的热交换器由若干叠片层叠形成,省略了现有技术中翅片式换热器的管路,简化了产品的结构,能够有效降低产品的生产成本,由于管道空间由叠片上的插接部与受接部构成,管道空间的材质与叠片相同,没有中介质,从而有较低的热阻,能够有效提高换热效率,具有热阻小,换热效率高,制造方便,应用范围广等优点。
Claims (9)
1.一种热交换器,其特征在于它由若干叠片(1)层叠形成,所述叠片(1)设置有至少一只翻边孔(2),所述翻边孔(2)的一侧向外延伸高于所述叠片(1)的表面形成插接部(3),另一侧形成受接部(4),若干所述叠片(1)层叠后,下一叠片(1)的插接部(3)与上一叠片(1)的受接部(4)密封连接形成管道空间;所述叠片(1)上冲压形成连接片(9)和空位(7),所述连接片(9)上设置有卡位(6),所述卡位(6)的一侧向外凸起,另一侧向内凹陷, 若干所述叠片(1)层叠后,下一叠片(1)上的连接片(9)的上端穿过上一叠片(1)的空位(7)后,下一叠片(1)上的卡位(6)的凸起嵌合在上一叠片(1)的卡位(6)的凹陷中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热交换器,其特征在于所述受接部(4)与所述叠片(1)的过渡部位为弧形倒角。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热交换器,其特征在于所述插接部(3)为向外逐渐缩小的锥形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的热交换器,其特征在于所述插接部(3)与受接部(4)之间通过过盈配合实现密封连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的热交换器,其特征在于所述插接部(3)与受接部(4)之间通过焊接实现密封连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的热交换器,其特征在于所述叠片(1)之间设置有填充物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的热交换器,其特征在于所述翻边孔(2)、插接部(3)和受接部(4)一次性冲压成型。
8.根据权利要求1所述的热交换器,其特征在于所述叠片(1)上设置有固定孔(5),若干所述叠片(1)层叠后,在所述固定孔(5)内安装有连接螺杆。
9.根据权利要求1所述的热交换器,其特征在于所述插接部(3)上设置有紊流部(8)。
