Abstract

本发明涉及一种小体积大位移恒力弹簧吊架。它包括螺旋塔轮(2)、塔轮轴(3)、外套筒组件(4)、固定轴(5)、内齿轮盘组件(6)和圆柱扭转弹簧(7),塔轮轴(3)的一端与螺旋塔轮(2)连接,所述内齿轮盘组件(6)与塔轮轴(3)之间为内齿轮啮合,所述内齿轮盘组件(6)绕固定轴(5)旋转,所述圆柱扭转弹簧(7)设置在外套筒组件(4)上,圆柱扭转弹簧(7)的一端固定在外套筒组件(4)的端板处,另一端与内齿轮盘组件(6)相连。本发明一种小体积大位移恒力弹簧吊架,将传统的回转机构力学模型转换成螺旋式力臂匀速递增模型,大幅度降低竖直方向上的安装空间要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种恒力弹簧吊架,用于管道和设备的吊挂。属于吊装用具技术领域。
背景技术
管道或设备在运行过程中,由于热膨胀会使其产生一定的位移,当位移量较大时,需要选用恒力弹簧吊架来抵消该部分位移量,并将载荷控制在一个恒定范围内,避免给管道或设备在工作状态下带来附加应力,从而保护整个系统的安全运行。当前可选用的各类恒力弹簧吊架原理虽然不同,但是都有一个共性:恒力弹簧吊架竖直方向的安装尺寸取决于吊架的位移量,因此造成恒力弹簧吊架的安装空间有限,特别的,当管道或设备位移量较大的情况下,便无法选用合适的恒力弹簧吊架。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供了一种小体积大位移恒力弹簧吊架,此种恒力弹簧吊架可以大幅度降低竖直方向上的安装空间要求。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种小体积大位移恒力弹簧吊架,其特点是:它包括螺旋塔轮、塔轮轴、外套筒组件、固定轴、内齿轮盘组件和圆柱扭转弹簧,钢丝绳设置在螺旋塔轮的螺旋沟槽内,钢丝绳的一端固定在螺旋塔轮上,另一端向下延伸用于连接吊装件,塔轮轴的一端与螺旋塔轮连接,所述内齿轮盘组件与塔轮轴之间为内齿轮啮合,所述内齿轮盘组件绕固定轴旋转,所述圆柱扭转弹簧设置在外套筒组件上,圆柱扭转弹簧的一端固定在外套筒组件的端板处,另一端与内齿轮盘组件相连。
本发明一种小体积大位移恒力弹簧吊架,还包括锁定板,锁定板设置在塔轮轴的另一端,并位于外套筒组件的外侧,锁定板与外套筒组件端板采用螺栓锁紧。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明一种小体积大位移恒力弹簧吊架,采用内啮合齿轮作为传动机构,并借助螺旋塔轮上的阿基米德螺旋沟槽,将圆柱扭转弹簧的力矩转化为外部钢丝绳上的恒定输出荷载,脱离了以往回转框架式和主辅簧力平衡式的原理,将机构的体积大幅度缩减,可应用在位移较大但安装空间紧凑的吊点。

具体实施方式
参见图1-2,本发明涉及一种小体积大位移恒力弹簧吊架,它包括钢丝绳1、螺旋塔轮2、塔轮轴3、外套筒组件4、固定轴5、内齿轮盘组件6、圆柱扭转弹簧7和锁定板8,塔轮轴3位于螺旋塔轮2的轴心线上,固定轴5位于外套筒组件4的轴心线上,固定轴5与塔轮轴3平行,螺旋塔轮2位于外套筒组件4的正面下部并与塔轮轴3连接,所述钢丝绳1设置在螺旋塔轮2的阿基米德螺旋沟槽内,钢丝绳1的一端固定在螺旋塔轮2上,另一端向下延伸用于连接吊装件,所述螺旋塔轮2与塔轮轴3之间为渐开线花键配合,所述内齿轮盘组件6与塔轮轴3相垂直,且两者之间为内齿轮啮合,所述圆柱扭转弹簧7设置在外套筒组件4上,圆柱扭转弹簧7的一端固定在外套筒组件4的端板处,另一端与内齿轮盘组件6相连,所述内齿轮盘组件6绕固定轴5旋转,塔轮轴3与锁定板8之间为渐开线花键配合,恒力吊架调试完毕后,锁定板8与外套筒组件4端板采用螺栓锁紧。
工作原理:
吊装件向下拉动钢丝绳1,螺旋塔轮2带动塔轮轴3转动,由于塔轮轴3与内齿轮盘组件6为内齿轮啮合,塔轮轴3带动内齿轮盘组件6使其绕着固定轴5旋转,内齿轮盘组件6的转动使得圆柱扭转弹簧7产生力矩。
当螺旋塔轮2旋转时,钢丝绳1与塔轮轴3中心的距离呈线性增大,内齿轮盘组件6跟着同步旋转时,圆柱扭转弹簧7产生的力矩也随之呈线性增长,当圆柱扭转弹簧7产生的力矩与吊装件产生的力矩抵消时,恒力弹簧吊架处于平衡状态,调整参数至两者的线性保持一致,可得出钢丝绳输出端的载荷为恒定值。

1.一种小体积大位移恒力弹簧吊架,其特征在于:所述小体积大位移恒力弹簧吊架包括螺旋塔轮(2)、塔轮轴(3)、外套筒组件(4)、固定轴(5)、内齿轮盘组件(6)和圆柱扭转弹簧(7),钢丝绳(1)设置在螺旋塔轮(2)的螺旋沟槽内,钢丝绳(1)的一端固定在螺旋塔轮(2)上,另一端向下延伸用于连接吊装件,塔轮轴(3)的一端与螺旋塔轮(2)连接,所述内齿轮盘组件(6)与塔轮轴(3)之间为内齿轮啮合,所述内齿轮盘组件(6)绕固定轴(5)旋转,所述圆柱扭转弹簧(7)设置在外套筒组件(4)上,圆柱扭转弹簧(7)的一端固定在外套筒组件(4)的端板处,另一端与内齿轮盘组件(6)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种小体积大位移恒力弹簧吊架,其特征在于:所述小体积大位移恒力弹簧吊架还包括锁定板(8),锁定板(8)设置在塔轮轴(3)的另一端,并位于外套筒组件(4)的外侧,锁定板(8)与外套筒组件(4)端板采用螺栓锁紧。
