本发明公开了一种密封圈,包括金属骨架、环形密封弹簧和密封橡胶,其特征在于,所述金属骨架外侧设置有外径橡胶层,所述外径橡胶层的外表面设置有沟槽,所述密封橡胶设置在密封圈内侧,所述密封橡胶的一端设置有用于夹持并密封金属骨架的第一密封部且另一端设置有用于夹持并密封环形密封弹簧的第二密封部,所述金属骨架的内侧设置有紧密贴合的支撑件。密封圈应用在旋转运动场合,可兼具油封与轴承的特性,外径橡胶带沟槽设计使得装配更容易,特别适合于高热膨胀系数材质的装配孔,在密封圈的内侧设置一固定的塑料支撑件,使其支撑在孔和轴之间,减少轴的跳动,适用于轴径跳动大的环境,可减少跳动量,改善密封效果。

本发明涉及一种密封圈。
背景技术
密封圈是常用的密封元件,在轴径跳动大的环境中,现有设计的密封圈的密封效果不佳,无法满足客户需求。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种密封圈,适用于轴径跳动大的环境,可减少跳动量,改善密封效果。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种密封圈,包括金属骨架、环形密封弹簧和密封橡胶,其特征在于,所述金属骨架外侧设置有外径橡胶层,所述外径橡胶层的外表面设置有沟槽,所述密封橡胶设置在密封圈内侧,所述密封橡胶的一端设置有用于夹持并密封金属骨架的第一密封部且另一端设置有用于夹持并密封环形密封弹簧的第二密封部,所述金属骨架的内侧设置有紧密贴合的支撑件。
优选,所述支撑件是塑料支撑件。
优选,所述支撑件设置有与金属骨架卡合的缺口。
优选,所述金属骨架是铁材质骨架。
本发明的有益效果是:
密封圈应用在旋转运动场合,可兼具油封与轴承的特性,外径橡胶带沟槽设计使得装配更容易,特别适合于高热膨胀系数材质的装配孔,在密封圈的内侧设置一固定的塑料支撑件,使其支撑在孔和轴之间,减少轴的跳动,适用于轴径跳动大的环境,可减少跳动量,改善密封效果。

一种密封圈,如图1所示,包括金属骨架4、环形密封弹簧2(也可以是环形的铁丝圈)和密封橡胶1,所述金属骨架4外侧设置有外径橡胶层3,所述外径橡胶层3的外表面设置有沟槽,所述密封橡胶1设置在密封圈内侧,所述密封橡胶1的一端(图1中的左端)设置有用于夹持并密封金属骨架4的第一密封部6且另一端(图1中的右端)设置有用于夹持并密封环形密封弹簧2的第二密封部7,所述金属骨架4的内侧设置有紧密贴合的支撑件5。
密封橡胶1具有弹性特质,对轴有相当好的密封效果,金属骨架4可以是铁材质骨架,增加刚性使密封圈不会轻易变形,环形密封弹簧2提供密封橡胶1一定束缚力及延长密封圈的使用寿命,外径橡胶层3带沟槽设计使得装配更容易。
支撑件5提供密封圈刚性代替轴承的功能,优选,所述支撑件5是塑料支撑件5,所述支撑件5设置有与金属骨架4卡合的缺口8。

1.一种密封圈,包括金属骨架(4)、环形密封弹簧(2)和密封橡胶(1),其特征在于,所述金属骨架(4)外侧设置有外径橡胶层(3),所述外径橡胶层(3)的外表面设置有沟槽,所述密封橡胶(1)设置在密封圈内侧,所述密封橡胶(1)的一端设置有用于夹持并密封金属骨架(4)的第一密封部(6)且另一端设置有用于夹持并密封环形密封弹簧(2)的第二密封部(7),所述金属骨架(4)的内侧设置有紧密贴合的支撑件(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种密封圈,其特征在于,所述支撑件(5)是塑料支撑件(5)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种密封圈,其特征在于,所述支撑件(5)设置有与金属骨架(4)卡合的缺口(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种密封圈,其特征在于,所述金属骨架(4)是铁材质骨架。
