Abstract

本发明公开了一种星形活塞往复式空气压缩机,曲轴箱,曲轴箱内通过转动安装的曲轴安装有组合连杆,组合连杆上铰接安装若干连杆的一端,曲轴箱外壁上固定安装有若干气缸体,连杆的另一端铰接于若干气缸体内的活塞上。本发明有多个气缸呈360度平均分布在曲轴箱四周,使曲轴的惯性力得到平衡,机械运转平稳,震动小,噪音低,排气量大,并且使曲轴箱内压力近似为零,油耗低,减少了机器由于缺少润滑油导致的受损率,相比与传统的空压机在节能方面尤为显现;动力输出降低,能耗低,因为本设计采用的是组合式连杆,曲轴箱的体积小,减少了制造成本,是当之无愧的节能产品,前景十分广阔。

本发明涉及空气压缩机领域,具体的是一种星形活塞往复式空气压缩机。
背景技术:
活塞往复式空气压缩机是将电能或机械动能并能储存的装置。现已在各行业广泛利用。活塞式压缩机种类很多,结构样式多种多样。大中型活塞式压缩机常采用H,L型等结构形式,小型活塞式压缩机常采用V,W型等,H,L型等机构的压缩机,其惯性力能够得到较好的平衡,但由于各类气缸位置错开布置的角度小于180度,惯性力矩得不到平衡,压缩机运动时动力学性能欠缺,但其惯性力和惯性力矩都不能平衡,因而这种类型的压缩机工作时震动,噪声较大,而且能耗高,直接增加了用户的使用成本,浪费了资源,与节能环保完全相悖。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种星型活塞往复式空气压缩机,多个气缸呈360度平均分布在曲轴箱四周,曲轴箱腔体中安装了组合式连杆体,多只连杆按气缸分布的角度安装在连杆体上,是曲轴的惯性力得到平衡,机械运转平稳,震动小,噪音低,并且使曲轴箱体内压力近似为零,油耗低,减少了机械由于缺少润滑油而导致的受损率。

组合连杆3上固定连接有一个连杆41,该连杆41的外端铰接于其中一个气缸体5内的活塞上。
组合连杆3上固定连接的连杆41和其他连杆4在组合连杆3上均匀布置,同样的若干气缸体5在曲轴箱1外壁上均与设置与连杆4对应设置。
