Abstract

本发明公开了一种低油雾磨削油及其制备方法,属于金属加工用磨削油技术领域。本发明的技术方案要点为:一种低油雾磨削油,是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:基础油精制15号工业白油70‑80份、高分子聚合物5‑20份、油酸乙二醇酯5‑10份、抗氧化剂1‑10份、防锈剂5‑20份、抗磨剂亚磷酸二正丁酯1‑5份和降凝剂烷基萘0.1‑2份。本发明还公开了该低油雾磨削油的制备方法。本发明的低油雾磨削油在保证磨削油润滑、冷却、清洗和防锈等功能不变的前提下,有效降低了金属磨削过程中产生的油雾和其它有害成分。

Description

一种低油雾磨削油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于金属加工用磨削油技术领域,具体涉及一种低油雾磨削油及其制备方法。
背景技术
在使用高速旋转的磨轮对金属进行高速磨削加工时,摩擦会产生很大的剪切冲击力,导致磨削部位受到机械损伤。金属在磨削时产生的高温热量还会导致加工的工件发生形变,严重影响工件精度。因此,磨削工作中常使用润滑剂来冷却润滑工件和磨轮。
传统的磨削润滑剂分为两类:第一类是以烷烃类基础油为主要成分,黏度较大,能够在磨轮和工件接触面上形成一种抗积压性能很强的油膜,减少工件和磨轮的摩擦,从而降低摩擦生热;第二类为稀释后的金属加工润滑浓缩液,溶剂使用水和小分子醇,有效成分为表面活性剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂和抗磨剂等。
在磨削加工时会产生大量的油雾。磨轮因受高速冲击产生不含固体粉尘的干净油雾,以液滴为主;摩擦产生的高温,使接触面上的润滑油过热蒸发或灼烧产生油烟;润滑油随磨屑一起喷出形成含有磨削粉尘的油雾。据有关资料显示,金属加工车间产生的油烟和油雾PM2.5所占比例高达86%,严重污染操作环境,危害作业人员呼吸系统健康。并且此类磨削液所使用的溶剂容易在较低温度下迅速挥发雾化,其组分中的硝酸盐、磺酸盐和有机金属等会因此一并飞溅,对长期作业人员的虹膜、皮肤和呼吸系统造成伤害。
欧洲和美国对金属加工油雾的研究和控制关注比较早,并已经出台相关劳动法规,提出油雾控制强制标准;我国近些年也在关注此类问题,因此,研制一种低油雾磨削油显得尤为必要。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供了一种成本低廉、配方合理且环境友好的低油雾磨削油及其制备方法。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用如下技术方案,一种低油雾磨削油,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:基础油精制15号工业白油70-80份、高分子聚合物5-20份、油酸乙二醇酯5-10份、抗氧化剂1-10份、防锈剂5-20份、抗磨剂亚磷酸二正丁酯1-5份和降凝剂烷基萘0.1-2份,其中高分子聚合物为氢化苯乙烯双烯共聚物、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、乙烯丙烯共聚物或聚异丁烯中的一种或多种,抗氧化剂为硫磷丁辛基锌盐或硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐中的一种或多种,防锈剂为石油磺酸钡或石油磺酸钠中的一种或多种。
进一步优选,所述的低油雾磨削油是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:基础油精制15号工业白油70份、高分子聚合物氢化苯乙烯双烯共聚物10份、油酸乙二醇酯5份、抗氧化剂硫磷丁辛基锌盐和硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐的混合物3份、防锈剂石油磺酸钡和石油磺酸钠的混合物7份、抗磨剂亚磷酸二正丁酯2份和降凝剂烷基萘0.5份。
本发明所述的低油雾磨削油的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:(1)在带有夹套的反应釜中加入35-45重量份的基础油精制15号工业白油,加热至110℃加入5-20重量份的高分子聚合物并搅拌至完全溶解;(2)当反应釜的温度降至80℃以下加入5-10重量份的油酸乙二醇酯、1-10重量份的抗氧化剂、5-20重量份的防锈剂和1-5重量份的抗磨剂亚磷酸二正丁酯,搅拌至物料全部溶解;(3)将35重量份的精制15号工业白油加入反应釜中,加入0.1-2重量份的降凝剂烷基萘,静置24小时后,过滤,包装,制备得到低油雾磨削油。
进一步优选,所述的低油雾磨削油的制备方法的具体步骤为:(1)在带有夹套的反应釜中加入35重量份的基础油精制15号工业白油,加热至110℃加入10重量份的氢化苯乙烯双烯共聚物并搅拌至完全溶解;(2)当反应釜的温度降至80℃以下加入5重量份的油酸乙二醇酯、3重量份的硫磷丁辛基锌盐、3.5重量份的石油磺酸钠、3.5重量份的石油磺酸钡和2重量份的抗磨剂亚磷酸二正丁酯,搅拌至物料全部溶解;(3)将35重量份的精制15号工业白油加入反应釜中,加入0.5重量份的降凝剂烷基萘,静置24小时后,过滤,包装,制备得到低油雾磨削油。
本发明的低油雾磨削油在保证磨削油润滑、冷却、清洗和防锈等功能不变的前提下,有效降低了金属磨削过程中产生的油雾和其它有害成分。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例对本发明的上述内容做进一步详细说明,但不应该将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明上述内容实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例1
1、在带有夹套的反应釜中加入350公斤精制15号工业白油,加热至110℃加入100公斤的氢化苯乙烯双烯共聚物并搅拌至完全溶解;
2、当反应釜的温度降至80℃以下加入50公斤油酸乙二醇酯、30公斤硫磷丁辛基锌盐、35公斤石油磺酸钠、35公斤石油磺酸钡和20公斤抗磨剂亚磷酸二正丁酯,搅拌至物料全部溶解;
3、将350公斤精制15号工业白油加入反应釜中,加入5公斤降凝剂烷基萘,静置24小时后,过滤,包装,制备得到低油雾磨削油。
实施例2
1、在带有夹套的反应釜中加入400公斤的精制15号工业白油,加热至110℃加入200公斤的聚甲基丙烯酸酯并搅拌至完全溶解;
2、当反应釜的温度降至80℃以下加入50公斤油酸乙二醇酯、100公斤硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐、20公斤石油磺酸钠、30公斤石油磺酸钡和50公斤抗磨剂亚磷酸二正丁酯,搅拌至物料全部溶解;
3、将350公斤精制15号工业白油加入反应釜中,加入1公斤降凝剂烷基萘,静置24小时后,过滤,包装,制备得到低油雾磨削油。
实施例3
1、在带有夹套的反应釜中加入450公斤精制15号工业白油,加热至110℃加入50公斤乙烯丙烯共聚物并搅拌至完全溶解;
2、当反应釜的温度降至80℃以下加入100公斤油酸乙二醇酯、10公斤硫磷丁辛基锌盐、200公斤石油磺酸钠和10公斤抗磨剂亚磷酸二正丁酯,搅拌至物料全部溶解;
3、将350公斤精制15号工业白油加入反应釜中,加入20公斤降凝剂烷基萘,静置24小时后,过滤,包装,制备得到低油雾磨削油。

1.一种低油雾磨削油,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:基础油精制15号工业白油70-80份、高分子聚合物5-20份、油酸乙二醇酯5-10份、抗氧化剂1-10份、防锈剂5-20份、抗磨剂亚磷酸二正丁酯1-5份和降凝剂烷基萘0.1-2份,其中高分子聚合物为氢化苯乙烯双烯共聚物、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、乙烯丙烯共聚物或聚异丁烯中的一种或多种,抗氧化剂为硫磷丁辛基锌盐或硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐中的一种或多种,防锈剂为石油磺酸钡或石油磺酸钠中的一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低油雾磨削油,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:基础油精制15号工业白油70份、高分子聚合物氢化苯乙烯双烯共聚物10份、油酸乙二醇酯5份、抗氧化剂硫磷丁辛基锌盐和硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐的混合物3份、防锈剂石油磺酸钡和石油磺酸钠的混合物7份、抗磨剂亚磷酸二正丁酯2份和降凝剂烷基萘0.5份。
3. 一种权利要求1所述的低油雾磨削油的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:(1)在带有夹套的反应釜中加入35-45重量份的基础油精制15号工业白油,加热至110℃加入5-20重量份的高分子聚合物并搅拌至完全溶解;(2)当反应釜的温度降至80℃以下加入5-10重量份的油酸乙二醇酯、1-10重量份的抗氧化剂、5-20重量份的防锈剂和1-5重量份的抗磨剂亚磷酸二正丁酯,搅拌至物料全部溶解;(3)将35重量份的精制15号工业白油加入反应釜中,加入0.1-2重量份的降凝剂烷基萘,静置24小时后,过滤,包装,制备得到低油雾磨削油。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的低油雾磨削油的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:(1)在带有夹套的反应釜中加入35重量份的基础油精制15号工业白油,加热至110℃加入10重量份的氢化苯乙烯双烯共聚物并搅拌至完全溶解;(2)当反应釜的温度降至80℃以下加入5重量份的油酸乙二醇酯、3重量份的硫磷丁辛基锌盐、3.5重量份的石油磺酸钠、3.5重量份的石油磺酸钡和2重量份的抗磨剂亚磷酸二正丁酯,搅拌至物料全部溶解;(3)将35重量份的精制15号工业白油加入反应釜中,加入0.5重量份的降凝剂烷基萘,静置24小时后,过滤,包装,制备得到低油雾磨削油。
