Abstract
本发明涉及一种太阳能硅片切割砂浆修复液,其组成成分按重量份数计为:二乙二醇100份,分散剂1~10份,消泡剂0.5~5份,鳌合剂0.5~3份,将以上各组分加入搅拌装置中,在20~40℃搅拌30分钟即可,其用于硅片切割过程中,当切割砂浆由于粘稠,流动性差,造成涨片、粘片、脏片等情况时,将上述修复液加到切割砂浆中,可快速提高切割砂浆的流动性和稳定性,使砂浆具有很强的再分散能力,提高硅片切割合格率。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种修复液,具体涉及一种太阳能硅片切割砂浆修复液。
背景技术:
硅片切割是光伏产业链中重要的工序,切割出的硅片表面的平整度、洁净度、导电性等指标直接影响到太阳能电池的性能质量。硅片切割是通过线切割技术完成的,在切割过程中,要用到切割砂浆。切割砂浆是由具有一定黏度的以聚乙二醇为主要原料太阳能硅片切割液与一定粒度的碳化硅微粉按一定比例配制而成。在晶体硅的切割过程中,机器导轮带动钢线高速运转,钢线将切割砂浆输送到切割区,在钢线的高速运转中,通过切割砂浆中的碳化硅磨料不断研磨硅棒,从而切割成硅片,同时切割液及时带走切割热和破碎颗粒。
在切割过程中,切割液中聚乙二醇因受热并与空气接触产生氧化、分解等化学反应生成的部分胶粒状物质,硅棒被切成硅片的同时产生的大量硅粉,切割机的钢线受磨擦产生的少量铁粉,部分碳化硅发生破损变成粒径较小的碳化硅颗粒,聚乙二醇吸收的空气中水分等,都统统进入到切割砂浆当中,使切割砂浆的性质逐渐发生了变化。当这些杂质含量累积到一定程度时,切割砂浆不再能满足切割要求就变成了切割废砂浆。为降低切割成本,切割废砂浆经回收处理得到回收切割液和回收碳化硅,可重新用于硅片切割。
但由于废砂浆的回收利用工艺技术参差不齐,回收的产品难以保证质量,存在着回收切割液及回收碳化硅微粉处理不彻底,含杂质较多;同时砂浆无限制的重复回收使用会带来回收切割液分子断链,回收碳化硅微粉的刃度较低等问题。在硅片生产厂家使用回收切割液和回收碳化硅微粉的过程中,经常会由于回收物料的质量问题而引起涨片、脏片、线痕片等情况,给硅片切割厂家造成巨大的经济损失。
同时针对国内外现有的切割液,存在再分散能力差的弱点,在长时间放置后,会出现碳化硅的沉积,发生团聚现象,再次搅拌,也不能使碳化硅再次充分分散在切割液中。
发明内容:
针对上述现有存在的问题和不足,本发明的目的是提供一种太阳能硅片切割砂浆修复液。其用于硅片切割过程中,当切割砂浆由于粘稠,流动性差,造成涨片、粘片、脏片等情况时,将上述修复液加到切割砂浆中,可快速提高切割砂浆的流动性和稳定性,使砂浆具有很强的再分散能力,提高硅片切割合格率。
本发明的上述目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种太阳能硅片切割砂浆修复液,其特征在于,包括按重量份数计的下述组成:

作为优选,所述分散剂为萘酚聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇双油酸酯、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯的一种或几种。
作为优选,所述消泡剂为聚甲基硅氧烷、聚甲基乙基硅氧烷、聚乙基硅氧烷的一种或几种。
作为优选,所述鳌合剂为对苯二酚、邻苯二酚、连苯三酚的一种或几种。
上述一种太阳能硅片切割液修复剂,其制备方法为:将以上各组分加入搅拌装置中,在20~40℃搅拌30分钟即可。
本发明的有益效果如下:
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种高效的太阳能硅片切割砂浆修复液,其用于硅片切割过程中,当切割砂浆由于粘稠,流动性差,造成涨片、粘片、脏片等情况时,将上述修复液加到切割砂浆中,可快速提高切割砂浆的流动性和稳定性,使砂浆具有很强的再分散能力,提高硅片切割合格率。
下面结合实施例对发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不限于下列实施例。
具体实施方式:
制备实施例:
在2000ml的带搅拌装置的烧瓶中,依次加入二乙二醇1000g、分散剂50g、消泡剂20g和对鳌合剂10g,在20~40℃搅拌30分钟,得到硅片切割砂浆修复剂为淡黄色透明液体,在25℃下的粘度为22~25mpa·s,比重为1.12~1.16g/cm3,5%的水溶液pH值范围为5~7。
调整硅片切割砂浆修复剂的组分及含量,得不同实施例1~12如表1所示。

应用实施例:
将本发明实施例制备的硅片切割砂浆修复剂,分别应用于新砂浆、以及含不同含量废砂浆回收液的砂浆,并分别与未添加修复液的砂浆进行效果对照,检测涨片、粘片、脏片的发生率,统计数据如表2所示。

不同切割砂浆在添加本发明的修复液后,和未添加情况下进行对比,涨片、粘片、脏片发生率有显著变化:
1、对于新砂浆而言,加入修复液,对其效果无影响;
2、对于切割液中回收液占比较小(50%以下),可以看出,涨片、粘片、脏片发生率有一定程度的降低,但影响不大;
3、对于切割液中回收液占比较大(75%以上),甚至切割液全部为回收液的,加入本发明的修复液后,涨片、粘片、脏片发生率降低非常明显,这对于提高硅片的成品率,具有很好的工业价值。
综上,加入本发明的修复液后,可使砂浆具有更加良好的悬浮能力和分散能力,有效悬浮碳化硅颗粒,使碳化硅颗粒在与切割液混合时分布更均匀,并在硅片表面形成保护膜,降低切割阻力,减少涨片、粘片、脏片发生率,提高了硅片切割合格率。

1.一种太阳能硅片切割砂浆修复液,其特征在于,包括按重量份数计的下述组成:
二乙二醇 100份
分散剂 1~10份
消泡剂 0.5~5 份
鳌合剂 0.5~3 份。

3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种太阳能硅片切割砂浆修复液,其特征在于:所述分散剂为萘酚聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇双油酸酯、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求 1 或 2 所述的一种太阳能硅片切割砂浆修复液,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为聚甲基硅氧烷、聚甲基乙基硅氧烷、聚乙基硅氧烷的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的一种太阳能硅片切割砂浆修复液,其特征在于:所述鳌合剂为对苯二酚、邻苯二酚、连苯三酚的一种或几种。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的一种太阳能硅片切割砂浆修复液,其特征在于:修复液的制备方法为:将各组分加入搅拌装置中,在20~40℃搅拌30分钟即可。
