本发明公开了一种多用途喷胶,包括以下重量份组分:SBR橡胶:7‑9份;碳酸二甲酯:33‑38份;歧化松香:14‑16份;醋酸乙酯:20‑22份;增粘树脂:2‑3份;数均分子量为16000‑20000的聚乙烯醇:1‑2重量份;甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯:3‑5重量份;丁烷:16‑18份。本发明的目的为提供一种多用途喷胶及其制备方法,该多用途喷胶不易腐蚀EPS、保丽龙泡沫等轻质材料、粘结力强、喷涂到EPS、保丽龙泡沫等轻质材料上时渗透力低。

一种多用途喷胶及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及喷胶领域,特别是一种多用途喷胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
喷胶使用于沙发海绵、泡棉、布料、皮革、纸张、木板、塑料、PVC、PE、EVA、金属、橡胶、隔热棉、防火板、铝塑板等材质的粘合,已广泛使用。
现有的喷胶作用于发泡材料,如EPS、保丽龙泡沫等轻质材料的表面粘接时,存在易腐蚀、粘结力低、渗透力强的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多用途喷胶及其制备方法,该多用途喷胶不易腐蚀EPS、保丽龙泡沫等轻质材料、粘结力强、喷涂到EPS、保丽龙泡沫等轻质材料上时渗透力低。
本发明的技术方案为:一种多用途喷胶,包括以下重量份组分:
SBR橡胶:7-9份;
碳酸二甲酯:33-38份;
歧化松香:14-16份;
醋酸乙酯:20-22份;
增粘树脂:2-3份;
数均分子量为16000-20000的聚乙烯醇:1-2重量份;
甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯:3-5重量份;
丁烷:16-18份。
在上述的多用途喷胶中,包括以下重量份组分:
SBR橡胶:8份;
碳酸二甲酯:35份;
歧化松香:15份;
醋酸乙酯:21份;
增粘树脂:2.5份;
数均分子量为16000-20000的聚乙烯醇:1.5重量份;
甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯:4重量份;
丁烷:17.5份。
在上述的多用途喷胶中,所述的增粘树脂为C5石油树脂、C9石油树脂、萜烯树脂中的一种或多种组合。
同时,本发明还提供上述的多用途喷胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:先将碳酸二甲酯、醋酸乙酯加入到反应釜中;
步骤2:将SBR橡胶、增粘树脂、歧化松香加入到反应釜中,常温搅拌1-1.5h;
步骤3:将聚乙烯醇、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯加入到反应釜后加压至0.3-0.5MPa,在60-65℃的条件下反应0.5-1h;
步骤4:将反应釜降温至常温并保持常压搅拌1-2h;
步骤5:将步骤4的反应产物过滤后灌装,并封口,然后加注丁烷。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的多用途喷胶不易腐蚀EPS、保丽龙泡沫等轻质材料、粘结力强、喷涂到EPS、保丽龙泡沫等轻质材料上时渗透力低。

下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的详细说明,但不构成对本发明的任何限制。
具体实施例1:
多用途喷胶重量组分如下:
SBR橡胶(SBR1712):7份;
碳酸二甲酯:38份;
歧化松香:14份;
醋酸乙酯:20份;
C5石油树脂:3份;
数均分子量为16000-20000的聚乙烯醇:1重量份;
甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯:5重量份;
丁烷:18份。
制备方法为:
步骤1:先将碳酸二甲酯、醋酸乙酯加入到反应釜中;
步骤2:将SBR橡胶、增粘树脂、歧化松香加入到反应釜中,常温搅拌1h;
步骤3:将聚乙烯醇、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯加入到反应釜后加压至0.3MPa(表压),在65℃的条件下反应0.5h;
步骤4:将反应釜降温至常温并保持常压搅拌2h;
步骤5:将步骤4的反应产物过滤后灌装,并封口,然后加注丁烷
具体实施例2
多用途喷胶重量组分如下:
SBR橡胶(SBR1712):9份;
碳酸二甲酯:33份;
歧化松香:16份;
醋酸乙酯:22份;
C9石油树脂:2份;
数均分子量为16000-20000的聚乙烯醇:2重量份;
甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯:31重量份;
丁烷:16份。
制备方法为:步骤1:先将碳酸二甲酯、醋酸乙酯加入到反应釜中;
步骤2:将SBR橡胶、增粘树脂、歧化松香加入到反应釜中,常温搅拌1.5h;
步骤3:将聚乙烯醇、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯加入到反应釜后加压至0.5MPa(表压),在60℃的条件下反应0.5h;
步骤4:将反应釜降温至常温并保持常压搅拌1h;
步骤5:将步骤4的反应产物过滤后灌装,并封口,然后加注丁烷
具体实施例3
多用途喷胶重量组分如下:。
SBR橡胶(SBR1500):8份;
碳酸二甲酯:35份;
歧化松香:15份;
醋酸乙酯:21份;
萜烯树脂:2.5份;
数均分子量为16000-20000的聚乙烯醇:1.5重量份;
甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯:4重量份;
丁烷:17.5份。
制备方法具体为:
步骤1:先将碳酸二甲酯、醋酸乙酯加入到反应釜中;
步骤2:将SBR橡胶、增粘树脂、歧化松香加入到反应釜中,常温搅拌1.2h;
步骤3:将聚乙烯醇、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯加入到反应釜后加压至0.4MPa(表压),在62℃的条件下反应0.8h;
步骤4:将反应釜降温至常温并保持常压搅拌1.5h;
步骤5:将步骤4的反应产物过滤后灌装,并封口,然后加注丁烷。

制备方法具体为:
步骤1:先将碳酸二甲酯、醋酸乙酯加入到反应釜中;
步骤2:将SBR橡胶、增粘树脂、歧化松香加入到反应釜中,常温搅拌1.2h;
步骤3:将聚乙烯醇加入到反应釜后加压至0.4MPa,在62℃的条件下反应0.8h;
步骤4:将反应釜降温至常温并保持常压搅拌1.5h;
步骤5:将步骤4的反应产物过滤后灌装,并封口,然后加注丁烷。
多用途喷胶的性能测试:
实验1参照GB T 27561-2011苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)胶粘剂标准,第5.6节T剥离强度的测定测试T剥离强度;
实验2参照GB T 27561-2011苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)胶粘剂标准,第5.7.2节喷胶的耐干热实验。
实验3在10*10cm的保丽龙泡沫板上喷涂实施例1-3的多用途喷胶,并放置在30℃的恒温箱中观察保丽龙泡沫板上的腐蚀坑洞。
测试结果如下表1

1.一种多用途喷胶,其特征在于:包括以下重量份组分:
SBR橡胶:7-9份;
碳酸二甲酯:33-38份;
歧化松香:14-16份;
醋酸乙酯:20-22份;
增粘树脂:2-3份;
数均分子量为16000-20000的聚乙烯醇:1-2重量份;
甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯:3-5重量份;
丁烷:16-18份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多用途喷胶,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:
SBR橡胶:8份;
碳酸二甲酯:35份;
歧化松香:15份;
醋酸乙酯:21份;
增粘树脂:2.5份;
数均分子量为16000-20000的聚乙烯醇:1.5重量份;
甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯:4重量份;
丁烷:17.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的多用途喷胶,其特征在于,所述的增粘树脂为C5石油树脂、C9石油树脂、萜烯树脂中的一种或多种组合。
4.一种如权利要求1或2所述的多用途喷胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:先将碳酸二甲酯、醋酸乙酯加入到反应釜中;
步骤2:将SBR橡胶、增粘树脂、歧化松香加入到反应釜中,常温搅拌1-1.5h;
步骤3:将聚乙烯醇、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯加入到反应釜后加压至0.3-0.5MPa,在60-65℃的条件下反应0.5-1h;
步骤4:将反应釜降温至常温并保持常压搅拌1-2h;
步骤5:将步骤4的反应产物过滤后灌装,并封口,然后加注丁烷。
