Abstract
本发明公开了一种水面用管状浮体,包括柱形外壳和发泡芯,所述柱形外壳的厚度小于5mm,所述发泡芯通过一体发泡成型设在柱形外壳内部。本发明能用于光伏板阵列的水面支撑体,适用于池塘、湖面等水面铺设太阳能光伏组件的推广和利用。
Description
技术领域
本发明主要涉及水面太阳能光伏板组件基座技术。
背景技术
目前,在水面上建造的太阳能光伏电站还是采用打桩建造能安装太阳能组件的安装架,不但耗时长、成本高,还因为有的池塘、水库和湖泊的水底有厚厚的淤泥,而无法通过打桩建造安装太阳能组件的安装架,被迫放弃太阳能光伏电站的安装。
水面上空旷无遮掩,是建造太阳能光伏电站的好地方,为了加强环境的保护,我国大力提倡建造太阳能光伏电站,但可以安装太阳能光伏电站的土地越来越少,池塘、水库和湖泊也因难以建造或建造成本过高而无法大面积地建造水上太阳能光伏电站,使空旷无遮掩的水面得不到利用,同时,也限制了光伏发电新能源在水面上的运用和推广。
目前国内漂浮式水面光伏电站都是浮台上固定设计光伏板,在一定程度上实现光伏板发电的目的,但都因为浮台成本过高而得不到推广。
发明内容
发明目的:为克服上述存在的问题,本发明提供了一种水面用管状浮体,能用于光伏板阵列的水面支撑体,适用于池塘、湖面等水面铺设太阳能光伏组件的推广和利用。
技术方案:为实现本发明的目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种水面用管状浮体,包括柱形外壳和发泡芯,所述柱形外壳的厚度小于5mm,所述发泡芯通过一体发泡成型设在柱形外壳内部。
作为优选,所述柱形外壳的截面为方形、矩形、半圆形或梯形,当选择半圆形或倒置的梯形时,柱形浮体具有更高的水面稳定性,并同时具有更大的安装固定面积。
作为优选,所述发泡芯的材质为聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、酚醛泡沫塑料或聚氨酯。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明安装简易、成本低、并不占用农田的,并能实现光伏板固定安装,利于水面太阳能光伏组件的铺设推广和利用。

根据下述实施例,可以更好地理解本发明。然而,本领域的技术人员容易理解,实施例所描述的具体的物料配比、工艺条件及其结果仅用于说明本发明,而不应当也不会限制权利要求书中所详细描述的本发明。
如图1所示,本发明的一种水面用管状浮体,形状为柱形,包括外壳1和发泡芯2,发泡芯2设置于外壳1内,其特点是外壳1为薄型塑料。
因为外壳1内填充发泡芯2,所以外壳1可以设计得很薄,外壳1成本很低,因为外壳1内填充发泡芯2,发泡芯2本身具有密度小,非亲水等特点,所以长期使用浮体没有下沉的担忧,从而实现低成本高可靠性的浮体,降低了水面太阳能光伏电站设备成本。
作为优选,外壳1为厚度较薄的管材,厚度一般小于5mm,外壳1材料为:1)硬质聚氯乙烯(UPVC)管、2)氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)管、3)聚乙烯(PE)管、4)交联聚乙烯(PE-X)管、 5)三型聚丙烯(PP-R)管、6)聚丁烯(PB)管、7)工程塑料(ABS)管、8)玻璃钢夹砂(RPM)管、9)铝塑料复合(PAP)管、10)钢塑复合(SP)管等塑料,也可以为布料等。
作为优选,外壳1截面为方型、矩形及其它异型。优选倒置半圆形或倒置的梯形时,柱形浮体具有更高的水面稳定性,并同时具有更大的安装固定面积。作为优选,发泡芯2为聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、酚醛泡沫塑料、聚氨酯等。作为优选,发泡芯2可以是在外壳1内一体发泡成型,也可以在外壳1内填塞而成。

1.一种水面用管状浮体,其特征在于:包括柱形外壳和发泡芯,所述柱形外壳的厚度小于5mm,所述发泡芯通过一体发泡成型设在柱形外壳内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述水面用管状浮体,其特征在于:所述柱形外壳的截面为方形、矩形、半圆形或梯形。
3.根据权利要求1所述水面用管状浮体,其特征在于:所述发泡芯的材质为聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、酚醛泡沫塑料或聚氨酯。
