Abstract

本发明公开了一种药材切割机械，包括驱动摆臂、驱动连杆、平衡杠杆、刀架、弹簧、基座、弧形刀片和切板，驱动摆臂的一端与动力装置的转轴连接，驱动摆臂的另一端与驱动连杆的一端转动连接，驱动连杆的另一端与刀架的中部转动连接，弧形刀片安装于刀架上，弧形刀片位于切板上，平衡杠杆的一端与刀架的前端之间转动连接，平衡杠杆的另一端与基座之间转动连接，弹簧位于刀架的后端与基座之间。与现有技术相比，本发明通过动力装置使驱动摆臂转动，使驱动连杆推动刀架向前运动，此时弧形刀片在切板上进行切割工作，弹簧的作用使弧形的刀片复位，使用省时省力，具有推广应用的价值。

本发明涉及一种机械切割装置，尤其涉及一种药材切割机械。
背景技术
中药主要起源于中国，是在中医理论指导下用于预防、诊断、治疗疾病或调节人体机能的药物。多为植物药，也有动物药、矿物药及部分化学、生物制品类药物。中药按加工工艺分为中成药、中药材。中药药材需要进行切割，现有技术中，中药切割大多用铡刀进行，费时费力，而大多数中药不能用粉磨机进行粉磨，因此，存在改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种药材切割机械。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的：
本发明包括驱动摆臂、驱动连杆、平衡杠杆、刀架、弹簧、基座、弧形刀片和切板，所述驱动摆臂的一端与动力装置的转轴连接，所述驱动摆臂的另一端与所述驱动连杆的一端转动连接，所述驱动连杆的另一端与所述刀架的中部转动连接，所述弧形刀片安装于所述刀架上，所述弧形刀片位于所述切板上，所述平衡杠杆的一端与所述刀架的前端之间转动连接，所述平衡杠杆的另一端与所述基座之间转动连接，所述弹簧位于所述刀架的后端与所述基座之间。
具体地，所述动力装置为电机或汽油发动机的一种。
本发明的有益效果在于：
本发明是一种药材切割机械，与现有技术相比，本发明通过动力装置使驱动摆臂转动，使驱动连杆推动刀架向前运动，此时弧形刀片在切板上进行切割工作，弹簧的作用使弧形的刀片复位，使用省时省力，具有推广应用的价值。

如图1所示：本发明包括驱动摆臂1、驱动连杆2、平衡杠杆3、刀架4、弹簧5、基座6、弧形刀片7和切板8，所述驱动摆臂1的一端与动力装置（图中未示出）的转轴连接，所述驱动摆臂1的另一端与所述驱动连杆2的一端转动连接，所述驱动连杆2的另一端与所述刀架4的中部转动连接，所述弧形刀片7安装于所述刀架4上，所述弧形刀片7位于所述切板8上，所述平衡杠杆3的一端与所述刀架4的前端之间转动连接，所述平衡杠杆3的另一端与所述基座6之间转动连接，所述弹簧5位于所述刀架4的后端与所述基座6之间。
