萝卜条定长切割机，该机的刀座前端固定有前支撑脚，后端的座板下方固定有后支撑脚，刀座中部加工有下凹的弧形刀刃，在刀座前部的转轴上安装有轴承，切刀的连接头安装在轴承上，连接头的中部安装有螺纹固定杆，螺纹固定杆上用前后两个螺帽固定安装有定长挡板，连接头的下端固定安装有弹簧的上固定头和上臂，上臂的后端活动安装有连接杆，连接杆后端安装在下臂的后部，下臂后部还安装弹簧的下固定头和脚踏板，弹簧安装在弹簧的上固定头和下固定头之间，下臂安装在前支撑脚中上部的连杆中部。使用时，操作人员双手整理条状果蔬半成品，用定长挡板固定控制切割长度，用脚控制切刀，其工作效率高，劳动强度下降，切割出来的产品长度均匀。

技术领域
本技术属于切割条状果蔬食品的工具技术领域，涉及一种萝卜条定长切割机。
背景技术
目前，在农产品加工领域，需要将风干之后的萝卜条等加工成条状的果蔬半成品进行定长切断。现有技术中，将条状的果蔬半成品定长切短时，采用的是人工切割方式，操作人员一手拿住理齐的条状果蔬半成品，另一手操作铡刀的手柄，将条状果蔬半成品定长切断。由于切断过程中，完全领先操作人员的观察和经验进行定长切断，切出来的果蔬半成品长度不均匀；另外，由于操作人员的双手分别完成切断和理齐两个运作，其操作速度较慢，劳动强度较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种萝卜条定长切割机，解决现有技术中采用人工切割方式存在切断效率低、质量差的问题。
本发明的具体方案是：一种萝卜条定长切割机，该机的刀座前端固定有三角形的前支撑脚，后端固定有向下倾斜的连接板，连接板下端安装有座板，座板下方固定有后支撑脚，刀座中部加工有下凹的弧形刀刃，刀座的一侧安装有工作台板和水杯固定环，在刀座的前部固定有挂钩和转轴，在转轴上安装有轴承，轴承位于工作台板的另一侧，切刀的前端设计有连接头，连接头安装在轴承上，连接头的中部安装有螺纹固定杆，螺纹固定杆上用前后两个螺帽固定安装有定长挡板，连接头的下端固定安装有弹簧的上固定头和上臂，上臂的后端活动安装有连接杆，连接杆后端安装在下臂的后部，下臂后部还安装弹簧的下固定头和脚踏板，弹簧安装在弹簧的上固定头和下固定头之间，下臂安装在前支撑脚中上部的连杆中部。
采用本技术方案，操作人员坐在萝卜条定长切割机座板上，根据需要切割的长度，调节切刀一侧的定长挡板与切刀的距离，在切割时，将萝卜条放置在刀座下凹的弧形刀刃处，萝卜条的前端顶在定长挡板上，用脚踩动脚踏板，切刀往下转动，完成切割；切割后，操作人员放开脚踏板，在弹簧回复力的作用下，将切刀拉回张开状态，操作人员进行下一次切割。由于操作人员双手整理条状果蔬半成品，用定长挡板固定控制切割长度，用脚控制切刀，其工作效率高，劳动强度下降，切割出来的产品长度均匀。

实施例，如图1和图2所示：一种萝卜条定长切割机，该机的刀座13前端固定有三角形的前支撑脚1，后端固定有向下倾斜的连接板14，连接板14下端安装有座板15，座板15下方固定有后支撑脚16，刀座13中部加工有下凹的弧形刀刃11，刀座13的一侧安装有工作台板12和水杯固定环23，在刀座13的前部固定有挂钩5和转轴7，在转轴7上安装有轴承6，轴承6位于工作台板12的另一侧，切刀9的前端设计有连接头3，连接头3安装在轴承6上，连接头3的中部安装有螺纹固定杆8，螺纹固定杆8上用前后两个螺帽固定安装有定长挡板10，连接头3的下端固定安装有弹簧的上固定头4和上臂21，上臂21的后端活动安装有连接杆19，连接杆19后端安装在下臂22的后部，下臂22后部还安装弹簧的下固定头18和脚踏板17，弹簧20安装在弹簧20的上固定头4和下固定头18之间，下臂22安装在前支撑脚1中上部的连杆2中部。
