本发明公开了一种自动药材切断机，包括电机、工作台、切刀和传动系统，传动系统包括曲柄、连杆和摇杆，电机的输出端与曲柄下端连接，曲柄与连杆以及连杆与摇杆之间通过转动铰链连接，在连杆和摇杆连接点上设置切刀，切刀外部设置安全罩。在切刀下部相应位置设置有工作台，工作台上设置有传送带。本发明的自动药材切断机采用电动方式，利用曲柄摇杆机构使切刀循环切割，工作效率高，使用灵活方便。

本发明涉及一种药材加工设备，尤其涉及一种自动药材切断机。
背景技术
中药现在在人们的生活中越来越发挥到重要的作用，不管是治病还是养生。药材切割是药材加工过程中的一个重要工序，药材切断机则是用来对药材进行切割的设备。现有的药材切断机大多为手动操作，结构简单易操作，但比较耗费人力，不合适对大量药材进行加工。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种自动药材切断机。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的：
本发明包括电机、工作台、切刀和传动系统，所述传动系统包括曲柄、连杆和摇杆，电机的输出端与曲柄下端连接，曲柄与连杆以及连杆与摇杆之间通过转动铰链连接，在连杆和摇杆连接点上设置切刀，切刀外部设置安全罩。在切刀下部相应位置设置有工作台，工作台上设置有传送带。
优选地，所述切刀下端可达到的最低位置与传送带齐平。
优选地，切刀为圆形刀片。
本发明的有益效果在于：
本发明是一种自动药材切断机，与现有技术相比，本发明的自动药材切断机采用电动方式，利用曲柄摇杆机构使切刀循环切割，工作效率高，使用灵活方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明：
如图1所示，本发明包括电机1、工作台2、切刀3和传动系统，传动系统包括曲柄41、连杆42和摇杆43，电机1的输出端与曲柄41下端连接，曲柄41与连杆42以及连杆42与摇杆43之间通过转动铰链连接，在连杆42和摇杆43连接点上设置切刀3，切刀3为圆形刀片，切刀3外部设置安全罩31。在切刀3下部相应位置设置有工作台2，工作台2上设置有传送带21，切刀3下端可达到的最低位置与传送带21齐平。
该自动药材切断机采用电动方式，利用曲柄41和摇杆43等组成的传动机构使切刀3循环切割，工作效率高，使用灵活方便。

1.一种自动药材切断机，包括电机、工作台、切刀和传动系统，其特征在于：所述传动系统包括曲柄、连杆和摇杆，电机的输出端与曲柄下端连接，曲柄与连杆以及连杆与摇杆之间通过转动铰链连接，在连杆和摇杆连接点上设置切刀，切刀外部设置安全罩；在切刀下部相应位置设置有工作台，工作台上设置有传送带。
