C、基础漆的制备:原料及重量份配比是水128份,依次将以下料:2-3份的水包水羟乙基纤维素10万、0.7-0.8份的5027分散剂、0.5-1份的厚浆型消泡剂、2-3份的金红石钛白粉、47-48份的高岭土1250目加入水中,高速1000-1500r/min分散30分钟;再加入0.5-1份的氨中和剂、62-63份的TBH-2179乳液、1-2份的成膜助剂、0.5-1份的厚浆型消泡剂和0.5-1份的特殊润湿剂分散10分钟;再加入1-1.5份的特殊增稠剂AXE60和2-3份的水,调整粘度至90-100KU,再加入0.5-1份的防腐剂AB-21,再调入不同的单色或多色形成单色或多色的基础漆备用;
D、连续相的制备:原料及重量份配比是水180-200份、4-6份的悬浮剂,高速1000-1500r/min分散10分钟,再依次加入190-210份的TD-661乳液、10-14份的成膜助剂、8-12份的乙二醇、0.5-1份的消泡剂、3-4份的氨中和剂和1-3份的防腐剂AB-21分散5分钟,测得PH值8-9后,再加入5-7份的特殊增稠剂AXE60和8-12份的水,调整粘度至60-70KU备用;
E、造粒:将步骤C中不同颜色的基础漆分批加入所述7%保护漆液,所述不同颜色的基础漆与7%保护漆液的比例为5∶1混合放入不同的分散罐进行分散,600r/min五分钟后取15g部分混合好的基础漆,放入50-80g所述5%保护漆液中进行搅拌,直到粒子均匀;粒子均匀后再将前述与7%保护漆液混合好的不同颜色的基础漆按1∶1比例加入5%保护漆液,进行分散造粒;
F、成漆:将步骤E造粒完成后的溶液加入步骤D制备得到的连续相溶液中,搅拌均匀即可灌装。

一种仿大理石多彩铝板制备方法,其首先包括水包水多彩漆的制备,具体按如下方法制备后备用:
A、5%保护胶液的制备:原料及重量配比是水285份、14份的mt-jf II保护胶粉和1份PVC降粘剂,先向分散罐中加入水600r/min分散,非常缓慢地加入mt-jf II保护胶粉,分散完全均匀后非常缓慢地加入PVC降粘剂1000-1200r/min高速分散20分钟后备用;
B、7%保护胶液的制备:原料及重量配比是水45份、3份mt-jfII保护胶粉和0.15份PVC降粘剂,先向分散罐中加入水600r/min分散,非常缓慢地加入mt-jfII保护胶粉,分散完全均匀后非常缓慢地加入PVC降粘剂1000-1200r/min高速分散20分钟后备用;
C、基础漆的制备:原料及重量份配比是水128份,依次将以下料:2份的水包水羟乙基纤维素10万、0.7份的5027分散剂、0.5份的厚浆型消泡剂、2份的金红石钛白粉、47份的高岭土1250目加入水中,高速1000-1500r/min分散30分钟;再加入0.5份的氨中和剂、62份的TBH-2179乳液、1份的成膜助剂、0.5份的厚浆型消泡剂和0.5份的特殊润湿剂分散10分钟;再加入1份的特殊增稠剂AXE60和2份的水,调整粘度至90-100KU,再加入0.5份的防腐剂AB-21,再调入不同的单色或多色形成单色或多色的基础漆备用;
D、连续相的制备:原料及重量份配比是水180份、4份的悬浮剂,高速1000-1500r/min分散10分钟,再依次加入190份的TD-661乳液、10份的成膜助剂、8份的乙二醇、0.5份的消泡剂、3份的氨中和剂和1份的防腐剂AB-21分散5分钟,测得PH值8-9后,再加入5份的特殊增稠剂AXE60和8份的水,调整粘度至60-70KU备用;

E、造粒:将步骤C中不同颜色的基础漆分批加入所述7%保护漆液,所述不同颜色的基础漆与7%保护漆液的比例为5∶1混合放入不同的分散罐进行分散,600r/min五分钟后取15g部分混合好的基础漆,放入50-80g所述5%保护漆液中进行搅拌,直到粒子均匀;粒子均匀后再将前述与7%保护漆液混合好的不同颜色的基础漆按1∶1比例加入5%保护漆液,进行分散造粒;
F、成漆:将步骤E造粒完成后的溶液加入步骤D制备得到的连续相溶液中,搅拌均匀即可灌装。
