本发明公开了一种冶金红渣用流化床冷却装置,它涉及冶金红渣用具技术领域;壳体的左侧壁上安装有热物料进管,壳体的底部安装有冷气进管,壳体的右侧壁上安装有冷料出管,壳体的上端安装有热气出管,壳体的内部安装有筛板;本发明便于实现物料的进料、冷却、出料,且能实现余热回收,操作简便,工作效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及冶金红渣用具技术领域,具体涉及一种冶金红渣用流化床冷却装置。
背景技术
现有的多相流系统规律复杂,过程的工程放大技术难度较大。经常采用的传统流态化反应器中,大气泡的存在易造成气体短路,再加上床内返混明显,使气体严重偏离活塞流。在要求气体转化率高时,对反应的影响较为明显;固体颗粒在传统流化床中混合激烈(近似为理想混合),所以在固体连续移出、引入时,其停留时间分布不均,降低了固体的出口平均转化率。采用高速操作的快速循环流态化技术可以使许多上述缺点得到改善,但由于快床中两相接触时间变短,故只适用于反应速率高的过程。又因为快床内颗粒浓度较低,使热量移出、移入的能力下降。有颗粒磨损现象,细颗粒容易被气流夹带,需要有较强的流—固分离能力的装置与之相匹配,在用贵金属作催化剂时,需要格外慎重地选择有效的分离器;颗粒对设备有一定磨蚀作用,特别是采用硬度大,非球形矿石操作时,磨蚀更严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种冶金红渣用流化床冷却装置。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明的一种冶金红渣用流化床冷却装置,它包含壳体、热物料进管、冷气进管、筛板、冷料出管、热气出管;壳体的左侧壁上安装有热物料进管,壳体的底部安装有冷气进管,壳体的右侧壁上安装有冷料出管,壳体的上端安装有热气出管,壳体的内部安装有筛板。
本发明有益效果为:便于实现物料的进料、冷却、出料,且能实现余热回收,操作简便,工作效率高。

如图1所示,本具体实施方式采用如下技术方案:它包含壳体1、热物料进管2、冷气进管3、筛板4、冷料出管5、热气出管6;壳体1的左侧壁上安装有热物料进管2,壳体1的底部安装有冷气进管3,壳体1的右侧壁上安装有冷料出管5,壳体1的上端安装有热气出管6,壳体1的内部安装有筛板4。
本具体实施方式的工作原理为:流态化冷却是利用固体流态化原理而进行的一种冷却过程,冷气体经筛板(又叫气体分布器)均布后,将流态化冷却器的热物料流化起来,进行气体和固体间的传热,使物料温度降低;冷却好的物料由出料口排出,含有细粉的热气由顶部排出去,进入气固分离装置。
