Abstract

本发明的目的是提供一种药液配液罐,在罐体四周和底部套有加热保温夹套对配液过程进行加热溶解,罐体顶部左右两端分别设置加料管和纯水进管从而使得料和水沿罐体内侧壁流入罐体内,设置搅拌臂进行搅拌,并且罐体设置第二蒸汽进管对罐体内进行灭菌,设置人观察口辅助观察灯观察配液过程,并且设置清洗喷淋器对配液过的罐体内壁进行清洗,以及取样管进行取样测试,功能完善,适用于生产中。

技术领域
本发明涉及药液的生产领域,尤其涉及一种药液配液罐。
背景技术
配液罐又称配制罐、调配罐,是将一种或几种物料按工艺配比进行混配的混合搅拌容器。制造的配液罐是根据制药行业制药卫生级标准进行制造验收的现代化GMP标准设备。我公司主要生产一种注射药液,其生产需要采用到配液罐,目前生产中的配液罐功能不是很完善,不能很好的配液,因此解决上述问题就显得十分必要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种药液配液罐,在罐体四周和底部套有加热保温夹套对配液过程进行加热溶解,罐体顶部左右两端分别设置加料管和纯水进管从而使得料和水沿罐体内侧壁流入罐体内,设置搅拌臂进行搅拌,并且罐体设置第二蒸汽进管对罐体内进行灭菌,设置人观察口辅助观察灯观察配液过程,并且设置清洗喷淋器对配液过的罐体内壁进行清洗,以及取样管进行取样测试,功能完善,解决了背景技术中出现的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种药液配液罐,包括有立式的罐体,所述罐体四周和底部套有加热保温夹套,所述罐体左侧连接有液位计;罐体顶部左端设置有加料管用于加原料,罐体顶部右端设置有纯水进管用于进纯水;罐体底部中间设置有出液管,出液管上设置有出液阀门;罐体顶部位于纯水进管左侧设置有搅拌电机,搅拌电机底部连接有倾斜的搅拌臂,搅拌臂伸入罐体内底部,搅拌臂下半部分侧壁设置有搅拌叶。
进一步改进在于:所述罐体顶部位于加料管右侧设置有人观察口,人观察口设置有观察灯。
进一步改进在于:所述罐体顶部中间穿过有清洗喷淋器。
进一步改进在于:所述罐体顶部位于搅拌电机左侧设置有呼吸器。
进一步改进在于:所述加热保温夹套右侧顶端连接有第一蒸汽进管;加热保温夹套底部设置有冷凝水出管;所述罐体右侧顶端连接有第二蒸汽进管。
进一步改进在于:所述罐体左侧顶端穿过有取样管,取样管伸入罐体内左侧底部;所述罐体内右侧壁设置有温度传感器,所述罐体左侧连接有液位计。
本发明的有益效果:本发明在罐体四周和底部套有加热保温夹套对配液过程进行加热溶解,罐体顶部左右两端分别设置加料管和纯水进管从而使得料和水沿罐体内侧壁流入罐体内,设置搅拌臂进行搅拌,并且罐体设置第二蒸汽进管对罐体内进行灭菌,设置人观察口辅助观察灯观察配液过程,并且设置清洗喷淋器对配液过的罐体内壁进行清洗,以及取样管进行取样测试,功能完善,适用于生产中。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种药液配液罐,包括有立式的罐体1,所述罐体1四周和底部套有加热保温夹套2,所述罐体1左侧连接有液位计;罐体1顶部左端设置有加料管3用于加原料,罐体1顶部右端设置有纯水进管4用于进纯水;罐体1底部中间设置有出液管5,出液管5上设置有出液阀门6;罐体1顶部位于纯水进管4左侧设置有搅拌电机7,搅拌电机7底部连接有倾斜的搅拌臂8,搅拌臂8伸入罐体1内底部,搅拌臂8下半部分侧壁设置有搅拌叶9。所述罐体1顶部位于加料管3右侧设置有人观察口10,人观察口10设置有观察灯11。所述罐体1顶部中间穿过有清洗喷淋器12。所述罐体1顶部位于搅拌电机7左侧设置有呼吸器13。所述加热保温夹套2右侧顶端连接有第一蒸汽进管14;加热保温夹套2底部设置有冷凝水出管15;所述罐体1右侧顶端连接有第二蒸汽进管16。所述罐体1左侧顶端穿过有取样管17,取样管17伸入罐体1内左侧底部;所述罐体1内右侧壁设置有温度传感器18,所述罐体1左侧连接有液位计19。
在罐体1四周和底部套有加热保温夹套2对配液过程进行加热溶解,罐体1顶部左右两端分别设置加料管3和纯水进管4从而使得料和水沿罐体1内侧壁流入罐体1内,设置搅拌臂8进行搅拌,并且罐体1设置第二蒸汽进管16对罐体1内进行灭菌,设置人观察口10辅助观察灯11观察配液过程,并且设置清洗喷淋器12对配液过的罐体1内壁进行清洗,以及取样管17进行取样测试,功能完善,适用于生产中。

1.一种药液配液罐,包括有立式的罐体(1),其特征在于:所述罐体(1)四周和底部套有加热保温夹套(2);罐体(1)顶部左端设置有加料管(3)用于加原料,罐体(1)顶部右端设置有纯水进管(4)用于进纯水;罐体(1)底部中间设置有出液管(5),出液管(5)上设置有出液阀门(6);罐体(1)顶部位于纯水进管(4)左侧设置有搅拌电机(7),搅拌电机(7)底部连接有倾斜的搅拌臂(8),搅拌臂(8)伸入罐体(1)内底部,搅拌臂(8)下半部分侧壁设置有搅拌叶(9)。
2.如权利要求1所述一种药液配液罐,其特征在于:所述罐体(1)顶部位于加料管(3)右侧设置有人观察口(10),人观察口(10)设置有观察灯(11)。
3.如权利要求1所述一种药液配液罐,其特征在于:所述罐体(1)顶部中间穿过有清洗喷淋器(12)。
4.如权利要求1所述一种药液配液罐,其特征在于:所述罐体(1)顶部位于搅拌电机(7)左侧设置有呼吸器(13)。
5.如权利要求1所述一种药液配液罐,其特征在于:所述加热保温夹套(2)右侧顶端连接有第一蒸汽进管(14),加热保温夹套(2)底部设置有冷凝水出管(15);所述罐体(1)右侧顶端连接有第二蒸汽进管(16)。
6.如权利要求1所述一种药液配液罐,其特征在于:所述罐体(1)左侧顶端穿过有取样管(17),取样管(17)伸入罐体(1)内左侧底部;所述罐体(1)内右侧壁设置有温度传感器(18);所述罐体(1)左侧连接有液位计(19)。
