背景技术
压缩点火发动机有时使用选择性催化还原(SCR)系统减少排出气流中的氮氧化物。SCR系统需要在排出气流中使用还原剂,诸如无水氨、氨水或尿素。在一些系统中,柴油被化学再形成以产生氨。就此而言,当不从发动机的主燃料得到还原剂时,在将还原剂注入排气系统之前,使用单独的容器储存还原剂。

发明内容

具体参考图5A和5B,将更加详细地描述夹紧件58。如上所述,夹紧件58构造成定位在阀体50的突出脊部112和边缘82之间(图5B)。夹紧件58包括从其上延伸出的一系列指形部152。指形部152包括夹紧远端部分154。定位突片158从夹紧件58延伸出并构造成定位在边缘82的凹口89处(图5B)。定位突片158和凹口89协作以阻止夹紧件58旋转。夹紧远端部分154可以构造成在突出脊部112的相应的斜坡表面116上滑动(逐渐向外变形),直到越过脊部112,此时指形部152可以塑性扣合就位到装配位置。脊部112的相应凸台118可以约束和/或接合远端部段154以将夹紧件保持在装配位置(图5B)。
现在将描述根据本发明的一个示例的填注限制排气阀10的工作。首先参考图3,填注限制排气阀10在常开位置被示出。在常开位置,允许还原剂蒸汽沿着第一流径F1从液体还原剂容器20的内侧经过塞子通道108、围绕浮子54、经过中心孔96流动并且流出阀体出口102。在常开位置,还允许蒸汽沿着第二流径F2经过蒸汽渗透膜56、阀孔110流动并且流出阀体出口102。
现在参考图4,填注限制排气阀10在关闭位置被示出。在关闭位置,浮子54在阀内腔80中向上移动。当已经向液体还原剂容器20添加液体还原剂并且液体还原剂容器20达到“注满”水平时,可以导致浮子54向上移动。在关闭位置,浮子密封件66获得与阀体座94的密封位置。浮子密封件66和阀体座94由此堵塞液体还原剂和蒸汽经过中心孔96的流动。然而,仍然允许蒸汽沿着流径F2逸出还原剂容器20。具体地,允许蒸汽流经蒸汽渗透膜56、流经阀孔110和流出阀体出口102。在翻转情况下或当还原剂容器倒置时,浮体54将保持在关闭位置,并且将阻止液体还原剂经过阀体出口102泄露。
现在转向图6-9,将描述根据本发明的其它特征构造的填注限制排气阀410。填注限制排气阀410大体上包括阀体450,该阀体450具有阀出口452、浮子454和蒸汽渗透膜456。阀体450限定内腔458和阀体窗460。浮子454限定浮子窗462。浮子454还限定下部凹进部分470和上部凹进部分472。上部凹进部分472与蒸汽渗透膜456一起限定上部腔478。
在常开位置(图7),允许蒸汽沿着流径F5围绕浮子454流动并且流出阀出口452。在关闭位置(图8),浮子454向上移动以密封地接合阀体454。在关闭位置,允许蒸汽沿着流径F6经过阀体窗460、浮子窗462、蒸汽渗透膜456流动并且流出阀出口452。需要注意,液体还原剂不能经过蒸汽渗透膜456。可以阻塞上部腔478中的液体进一步移出填注限制排气阀410。在翻转位置(图9),浮体454密封地接合阀体450并且阻止液体还原剂经过阀出口452离开。

Claims (20)
1.一种构造成与还原剂容器一起使用的填注限制排气阀,该填注限制排气阀包括:
阀体,该阀体具有在上部容器安装端和相对端之间延伸的周壁,该阀体限定阀体座、至少一个阀孔和阀内腔;
蒸汽渗透膜,该蒸汽渗透膜布置成邻近所述至少一个阀孔,并且构造成允许蒸汽通过蒸汽渗透膜并进入所述至少一个阀孔中,而阻止液体从蒸汽渗透膜通过;
浮子,该浮子具有构造成被接纳在阀内腔中的浮体,该浮子还包括构造成密封地接合阀体座的浮子密封件;并且
该浮子能够在如下位置之间移动:(i)打开位置,其中蒸汽沿着第一流径流动经过阀内腔并且流出阀体;和(ii)关闭位置,其中浮子密封件密封地接合阀体座并且阻止蒸汽沿着第一流径流动,其中,允许蒸汽沿着第二流径流动经过蒸汽渗透膜、所述至少一个阀孔并且流出阀体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的填注限制排气阀,其中,阀体包括延伸到阀内腔中的环形唇部,该环形唇部为浮子限定上部行程界限。
3.根据权利要求2所述的填注限制排气阀,其中,环形唇部限定中心孔,第一流径沿着第一流径流经该中心孔。
4.根据权利要求2所述的填注限制排气阀,其中,阀体座在环形唇部上形成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的填注限制排气阀,其中,阀体包括环形凸缘,贯通所述环形凸缘形成所述至少一个阀孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的填注限制排气阀,还包括:
夹紧件,该夹紧件在上部容器安装端处围绕阀体的周壁安装,该夹紧件围绕蒸汽渗透膜对齐。
7.根据权利要求6所述的填注限制排气阀,其中,夹紧件还包括从夹紧件上延伸出的一系列指形部,该指形部包括夹紧远端部分。
8.根据权利要求7所述的填注限制排气阀,其中,阀体包括突出脊部,所述突出脊部具有在突出脊部上形成的相应的斜坡部分,其中,指形部的夹紧远端部分构造成在所述斜坡部分上滑动直到越过突出脊部,由此指形部定位到装配位置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的填注限制排气阀,其中,阀体还包括边缘,所述边缘具有在边缘中形成的凹口,其中,夹紧件包括定位突片,该定位突片构造成在装配位置定位在凹口中以阻止夹紧件旋转。
10.一种构造成与还原剂容器一起使用的填注限制排气阀,该填注限制排气阀包括:
阀体,该阀体限定内腔并具有阀出口;
具有浮体的浮子,该浮体构造成被接纳在所述内腔中并且构造成密封地接合阀体;
蒸汽渗透膜,该蒸汽渗透膜布置在排气阀中,该蒸汽渗透膜构造成允许蒸汽通过而阻止液体通过;并且
该浮子能够在如下位置之间移动:(i)打开位置,其中蒸汽沿第一流径流动经过阀内腔并且流出阀体;和(ii)关闭位置,其中浮子密封地接合阀体并且阻止蒸汽沿着第一流径流动,其中,允许蒸汽沿着第二流径流动经过蒸汽渗透膜并且流出阀体。
11.根据权利要求10所述的填注限制排气阀,其中,阀体具有在上部容器安装端和相对端之间延伸的周壁,该阀体限定阀体座和至少一个阀孔。
12.根据权利要求11所述的填注限制排气阀,其中,蒸汽渗透膜布置成邻近所述至少一个阀孔。
13.根据权利要求12所述的填注限制排气阀,其中,浮子还包括构造成密封地接合阀体座的浮子密封件。
14.根据权利要求10所述的填注限制排气阀,其中,阀体限定阀体窗。
15.根据权利要求14所述的填注限制排气阀,其中,浮子限定浮子窗,其中在关闭位置,允许蒸汽通过阀体窗、通过浮子窗和通过蒸汽渗透膜。
16.根据权利要求10所述的填注限制排气阀,还包括:
围绕阀体安装的夹紧件,该夹紧件围绕蒸汽渗透膜对齐,其中,该夹紧件还包括从夹紧件上延伸出的一系列的指形部,该指形部包括夹紧远端部分。
17.根据权利要求16所述的填注限制排气阀,其中,阀体包括突出脊部,该突出脊部具有在突出脊部上形成的相应的斜坡部分。
18.根据权利要求17所述的填注限制排气阀,其中,指形部的夹紧远端部分构造成在所述斜坡部分上滑动直到越过突出脊部,由此指形部定位到装配位置。
19.根据权利要求18所述的填注限制排气阀,其中,阀体还包括边缘,该边缘具有在边缘中形成的凹口。
20.根据权利要求19所述的填注限制排气阀,其中,夹紧件包括定位突片,该定位突片构造成在装配位置定位在所述凹口中以阻止夹紧件旋转。
