Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种在成形的连接体上的用于生产改进的用于假体的上部结构的层化工艺。本发明也涉及一种采用该工艺生产的用于牙齿假体的上部结构。
背景技术
本发明的领域属于牙齿假体领域,其中,上部结构借助层化工艺获得,并且该上部结构被锚固至与在各自的联接表面上所获得的连接件相对应的植入件。特别地,上述连接件包括成形的连接体,所述成形的连接体位于上部结构的面对植入件的部分上。该连接体必须尽可能精确地复制位于植入件的接收该连接体的部分上的相应的连接体的形状和尺寸。否则,即在不精确的情况下,在上部结构和植入件之间实际上可能存在缝隙,产生间隙并渗入有害细菌。
目前,被检查的该类型的上部结构的连接体首先想到借助层化工艺形成上部结构,随后直接在所产生的上部结构上制备与植入件联接的连接体。在之前所产生的上部结构上的连接体的制备阶段具有额外的操作,其中,连接体形成得越精确,该操作将越冗长且将越复杂。为此,由于以用于将上部结构锚固至植入件所必须的精度要求在上部结构上直接形成具有期望形状的连接体的需要,因此,受到层化工艺影响的用于产生常规上部结构的方法变得时间长且复杂。
发明内容
因此,本发明的主要目的是提供一种用于生产层化的上部结构的工艺,该工艺也允许在与上部结构的相同的生产阶段中以用于将上部结构锚固至植入件所必须的精度和准确度获得上部结构的连接体。
这个和其它目的分别通过权利要求1、4和6的工艺、上部结构和假体获得。本发明的优选实施例将在其它权利要求中描述。
与已知的生产方法相比,本发明的方法所具有的优点在于允许最终的上部结构(即包括连接体,该连接体的几何形状具有与植入件有效联接所需要的最大精度)在层化阶段期间直接获得。

具体实施方式
采用附图标记1整体上指代图1的已知的上部结构。上部结构包括通过层化工艺所获得的解剖部分2和位于上部结构1的与植入件4联接的一侧上的连接体3。特别地,用于获得上部结构1的解剖部分2的层化工艺通过分层添加材料(粉末、例如钴-铬合金或者液态塑性材料或者其它合适材料)、随后根据最终上部结构的三维解剖设计(例如通过热处理、胶合等)固结(consolidated)来实现。
另一方面,通过从之前所获得的上部结构1的层化的解剖部分2上(例如通过铣削)去除材料来制备上部结构1的连接体3。然而,阻碍物和上部结构的解剖部分2的每次都不同的不规则轮廓妨碍了连接体3的制备,因此确保连接体3的几何精度和可重复性变得很困难且很昂贵,因为这需要特殊的设备和人工干预,上述几何精度和可重复性是为了达到与植入件4规则联接所需的必要条件。
为了克服这些缺陷并根据本发明的工艺,已产生了一种新的上部结构5,该上部结构的解剖部分2通过在预成型连接体6上层化来构造(图2)。形成上述解剖部分2和连接体6的材料可以彼此相同或者不同,只要它们相互相容。
连接体6可例如通过车削钴铬合金件或者其他合适的材料件来产生。连接体6也可借助层化工艺以及利用标准设备对其联接侧7和8进行后续加工来制备。
本发明的上部结构5的连接体6由单体构成,该单体在解剖部分2形成之前例如通过车削用于联接植入件的对应的表面9和10的表面7和8来产生。为了简化该操作并允许该操作采用便宜的标准设备和机器也特别精确和准确,连接体6具体包括完全独立且在加工其表面7和8期间与上部结构分开的部件,这样的事实特别有助于该车削操作。一旦连接体6这样来制备,上部结构5的解剖部分2接着可通过在所述连接体上层化材料11来构造,所述连接体借助合适的层固结装置13(例如聚合器或者激光装置)在板12上保持就位。
诸多改进可明显应用于如上所述的本发明,以产生仍落入以下权利要求范围内的变型。例如在图2的截面图中的植入件外部的连接体3可被包含在植入件4的内部。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于产生上部结构的工艺,所述上部结构具有用于通过层化方法获得的用于牙齿假体的解剖部分(2)和连接体(6),所述连接体(6)具有用于与植入件(4)的相应侧部(9、10)联接的侧部(7、8),其特征在于,所述工艺包括:从在加工所述侧部(7、8)期间完全独立的并与所述上部结构(5)分开的部件开始进行所述连接体(6)的预先制备;通过在由此生成的所述连接体(6)上层化材料(11)来随后构造所述上部结构(5)的解剖部分(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征在于,所述工艺包括:在由板(12)支撑的所述连接体(6)之上沉积和固化所述材料(11)的层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的工艺,其特征在于,根据所述上部结构(5)的解剖部分(2)的解剖构造,借助于所述材料(11)的层的固化设备(13)来实现所述固化。
4.用于牙齿假体的上部结构,其特征在于,所述上部结构借助于根据之前权利要求中的一项或更多项所述的工艺生成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的上部结构,其特征在于,所述上部结构包括对应于所述上部结构(5)的解剖部分(2)的层化部分和对应于所述上部结构(5)的连接体(6)的部分。
6.一种牙齿假体,其特征在于,所述牙齿假体包括根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的上部结构。
