Abstract

本发明提供了一种高效减震智能控制器,属于智能控制器领域。它解决了现有智能控制器减震效果差的问题。本高效减震智能控制器包括壳体,壳体包括顶板、底板、左侧板、右侧板、前侧板和后侧板,还包括设在壳体内的上导热板和下导热板,上导热板和下导热板底面两端分别弯折形成上导热翻边和下导热翻边,两个上导热翻边,以及两个下导热翻边分别与左侧板和右侧板相对一侧相贴合,且上导热板和下导热板分别与顶板和底板之间设有压缩弹簧,上导热板底部设有条形滑槽,还包括安装板,安装板具有嵌在滑槽内的滑块,且安装板两端弯折设有挡边,且两个挡边分别与两个上导热翻边之间设有压缩弹簧。本控制器能提高电路板减震效果。

一种高效减震智能控制器
技术领域
本发明属于智能控制器技术领域,涉及一种高效减震智能控制器。
背景技术
现有智能控制器内部抗震性能较差,发生剧烈震动时,会影响内部器件稳定性,因此有必要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供了一种能提高内部电路板减震效果的高效减震智能控制器。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种高效减震智能控制器,包括方形壳体,其特征在于:壳体上下左右前后侧分别设有顶板、底板、左侧板、右侧板、前侧板和后侧板,还包括设在壳体内,并与顶板平行的上导热板和下导热板,上导热板底面两端和下导热板底面两端分别弯折形成上导热翻边和下导热翻边,两个上导热翻边,以及两个下导热翻边分别与左侧板和右侧板相对一侧相贴合,且上导热板和下导热板分别与顶板和底板之间设有压缩弹簧,所述的上导热板底部设有条形滑槽,还包括安装板,安装板具有嵌在滑槽内的滑块,且安装板两端弯折设有挡边,且两个挡边分别与两个上导热翻边之间设有压缩弹簧,且压缩弹簧推动下导热板与安装在安装板下方的电路板相贴合,同时压缩弹簧推动挡边,使滑块置于滑槽中间位置。
将电路板固定在安装板下方,因此压缩弹簧会推动下导热板与电路板贴合并夹紧电路板,当发生震动时,可以利用与上导热板和下导热板连接的压缩弹簧减震,或者利用连接在挡边和上导热翻边之间的压缩弹簧进行减震,因此能提高电路板减震效果。
在上述的一种高效减震智能控制器中,所述的左侧板和右侧板相反的一侧分别垂直连接有若干散热片,且若干散热片与顶板平行。
因此利用上导热翻边和下导热翻边配合,能提高电路板散热效果。
在上述的一种高效减震智能控制器中,固定在左侧板上的散热片端部与顶板左侧、底板左侧、前侧板左侧和后侧板左侧对齐,固定在右侧板上的散热片端部与顶板右侧、底板右侧、前侧板右侧和后侧板右侧对齐。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
将电路板固定在安装板下方,因此压缩弹簧会推动下导热板与电路板贴合并夹紧电路板,当发生震动时,可以利用与上导热板和下导热板连接的压缩弹簧减震,或者利用连接在挡边和上导热翻边之间的压缩弹簧进行减震,因此能提高电路板减震效果。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1所示,本发明一种高效减震智能控制器,包括方形壳体1,壳体1上下左右前后侧分别设有顶板11、底板12、左侧板13、右侧板14、前侧板和后侧板16,还包括设在壳体1内,并与顶板11平行的上导热板2和下导热板3,上导热板2底面两端和下导热板3底面两端分别弯折形成上导热翻边21和下导热翻边31,两个上导热翻边21,以及两个下导热翻边31分别与左侧板13和右侧板14相对一侧相贴合,且上导热板2和下导热板3分别与顶板11和底板12之间设有压缩弹簧4,上导热板2底部设有条形滑槽22,还包括安装板5,安装板5具有嵌在滑槽22内的滑块51,且安装板5两端弯折设有挡边52,且两个挡边52分别与两个上导热翻边21之间设有压缩弹簧4,且压缩弹簧4推动下导热板3与安装在安装板5下方的电路板53相贴合,同时压缩弹簧4推动挡边52,使滑块51置于滑槽22中间位置。
进一步的,左侧板13和右侧板14相反的一侧分别垂直连接有若干散热片15,且若干散热片15与顶板11平行。固定在左侧板13上的散热片15端部与顶板11左侧、底板12左侧、前侧板左侧和后侧板16左侧对齐,固定在右侧板14上的散热片15端部与顶板11右侧、底板12右侧、前侧板右侧和后侧板16右侧对齐。
将电路板53固定在安装板5下方,因此压缩弹簧4会推动下导热板31与电路板53贴合并夹紧电路板53,当发生震动时,可以利用与上导热板21和下导热板31连接的压缩弹簧4减震,或者利用连接在挡边52和上导热翻边21之间的压缩弹簧4进行减震,因此能提高电路板53减震效果。

1.一种高效减震智能控制器,包括方形壳体(1),其特征在于:壳体(1)上下左右前后侧分别设有顶板(11)、底板(12)、左侧板(13)、右侧板(14)、前侧板和后侧板(16),还包括设在壳体(1)内,并与顶板(11)平行的上导热板(2)和下导热板(3),上导热板(2)底面两端和下导热板(3)底面两端分别弯折形成上导热翻边(21)和下导热翻边(31),两个上导热翻边(21),以及两个下导热翻边(31)分别与左侧板(13)和右侧板(14)相对一侧相贴合,且上导热板(2)和下导热板(3)分别与顶板(11)和底板(12)之间设有压缩弹簧(4),所述的上导热板(2)底部设有条形滑槽(22),还包括安装板(5),安装板(5)具有嵌在滑槽(22)内的滑块(51),且安装板(5)两端弯折设有挡边(52),且两个挡边(52)分别与两个上导热翻边(21)之间设有压缩弹簧(4),且压缩弹簧(4)推动下导热板(3)与安装在安装板(5)下方的电路板(53)相贴合,同时压缩弹簧(4)推动挡边(52),使滑块(51)置于滑槽(22)中间位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效减震智能控制器,其特征在于:所述的左侧板(13)和右侧板(14)相反的一侧分别垂直连接有若干散热片(15),且若干散热片(15)与顶板(11)平行。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高效减震智能控制器,其特征在于:固定在左侧板(13)上的散热片(15)端部与顶板(11)左侧、底板(12)左侧、前侧板左侧和后侧板(16)左侧对齐,固定在右侧板(14)上的散热片(15)端部与顶板(11)右侧、底板(12)右侧、前侧板右侧和后侧板(16)右侧对齐。
