本实用新型涉及一种快速导热镇流器，包括：接线端子、塑料外罩、塑料骨架、E型硅钢片、线圈绕组、I型硅钢片和散热底板，所述的E型硅钢片的左右两侧的下端设有硅钢片卡接槽，散热底板的底面为平面并且与E型硅钢片的下端平面接触连接，散热底板的左右两侧设有向上的散热底板卡接边，散热底板卡接边与硅钢片卡接槽卡接。本实用新型由于散热底板的底面为平面并且与E型硅钢片的下端平面接触连接，散热底板卡接边与硅钢片卡接槽卡接，使E型硅钢片与散热底板紧密接触，这样能迅速将E型硅钢片上的热量迅速传给散热底板，由散热底板散热，散热速度快，保证了镇流器长期稳定地工作。

背景技术
镇流器在工作中会产生热量，热量过高会影响正常的工作，甚至损坏镇流器，因此整理器的散热问题是保证正常工作的关键因素之一。

本实用新型的目的就是针对上述问题，提供一种快速导热镇流器。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种快速导热镇流器，包括：接线端子、塑料外罩、塑料骨架、E型硅钢片、线圈绕组、I型硅钢片和散热底板，所述的E型硅钢片的左右两侧的下端设有硅钢片卡接槽，散热底板的底面为平面并且与E型硅钢片的下端平面接触连接，散热底板的左右两侧设有向上的散热底板卡接边，散热底板卡接边与硅钢片卡接槽卡接。
本实用新型的有益效果：由于散热底板的底面为平面并且与E型硅钢片的下端平面接触连接，散热底板卡接边与硅钢片卡接槽卡接，使E型硅钢片与散热底板紧密接触，这样能迅速将E型硅钢片上的热量迅速传给散热底板，由散热底板散热，散热速度快，保证了镇流器长期稳定地工作。

实施例：
如图1至图4所示，本实用新型包括：接线端子2、塑料外罩3、塑料骨架4、E型硅钢片5、线圈绕组6、I型硅钢片7和散热底板1，所述的E型硅钢片5的左右两侧的下端设有硅钢片卡接槽51，散热底板1的底面为平面并且与E型硅钢片5的下端平面接触连接，散热底板的左右两侧设有向上的散热底板卡接边11，散热底板卡接边与硅钢片卡接槽卡接。散热底板为铝板制作，它不仅起到了散热作用，同时还起到了与其它部件的连接作用。

1.一种快速导热镇流器，包括：接线端子（2）、塑料外罩（3）、塑料骨架（4）、E型硅钢片（5）、线圈绕组（6）和I型硅钢片（7），其特征在于：还包括散热底板（1），所述的E型硅钢片（5）的左右两侧的下端设有硅钢片卡接槽（51），散热底板（1）的底面为平面并且与E型硅钢片（5）的下端平面接触连接，散热底板的左右两侧设有向上的散热底板卡接边（11），散热底板卡接边与硅钢片卡接槽卡接。
