Abstract

本发明涉及一种直流无刷电机,尤其是指一种EC双绕组直流无刷电机。其要解决的技术问题是:目前的EC电机,在电机用于高温环境(30℃以上)时,容易发生相间绕组击穿现象,致使电机不能正常工作。本发明的技术方案是:一种EC双绕组直流无刷电机,包括绕线骨架、驱动电路,所述驱动电路包括电源输入、保护电路、整流电路、稳压电路、放大电路、绕组及控制正反转的结型场效应管的触发电路,所述的绕线骨架绕线部分设有隔挡墙,将绕线骨架分为两部分,两相绕组分别绕在两端。本发明的有益效果是:两相绕组分开后,双绕组EC电机可以在高温环境使用,绕组不易击穿;通过驱动电路改善,消除两相绕组分开独绕产生的高压。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种直流无刷电机,尤其是指一种EC双绕组直流无刷电机。
背景技术
在各种伺服电动机中直流电动机的性能最好,它的体积小、效率高、出力大、起动转矩大、动态性能好、控制方便。因此在高精度、高性能的伺服控制系统中,往往以直流电机为驱动执行元件。无刷直流电动机是用电子换向开关和位置传感器替代电刷和换向器的一种新型直流电动机。它由控制器、转子位置检测和电机本体三部分组成,是电子技术和电机技术密切结合的产物。它具有效率高,调速范围宽,启动迅速,机械特性和调节特性好,寿命长、维护方便、可靠性高,噪音低、无换向火花和无线电干扰等特点。但无刷直流电动机的工作有赖于外界的控制,包括正转驱动,反转驱动和转速控制等。
目前的EC电机,在电机用于高温环境(30℃以上)时,容易发生相间绕组击穿现象,致使电机不能正常工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种绕组耐击穿,使用寿命长的EC双绕组直流无刷电机。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种EC双绕组直流无刷电机,包括绕线骨架、驱动电路,所述驱动电路包括电源输入、保护电路、整流电路、稳压电路、放大电路、绕组及控制正反转的结型场效应管的触发电路,所述的绕线骨架绕线部分设有隔挡墙,将绕线骨架分为两部分,两相绕组分别绕在两端。两相绕组分开后,双绕组EC电机可以在高温环境使用,绕组不易击穿。
进一步地,所述的绕线骨架为聚己二酰己二胺一体成型。其在较高温度也能保持较强的强度和刚度,且粘性较低,流动性好。
进一步地,所述的绕线骨架为含30%的玻纤的聚己二酰己二胺。聚己二酰己二胺收缩率较大,在1%至2%之间,加了玻纤之后,可以降低收缩率,使收缩率小于1%。
进一步地,所述绕线骨架整体上为一长方体状骨架,骨架两端的端面处设有挡墙及金属绕线端头。骨架两端的端面处的挡墙用于挡住绕组,防止绕组散落。
进一步地,所述两个绕组之间设有绕组保护电路。通过在绕组之间设置保护电路,对两相通断时产生的瞬间高压进行释放,避免击穿损伤场效应管,避免电机故障。
进一步地,所述绕组保护电路包括一个稳压二极管和两个反向二极管。电流通过两个反向二极管后经稳压二极管对瞬间产生的高压进行释放,保持电路电压稳定,避免高压击穿场效应管。
进一步地,所述控制正反转的结型场效应管的触发电路中包含两个稳压二极管。
本发明的有益效果是:(1)两相绕组分开后,双绕组EC电机可以在高温环境使用,绕组不易击穿;(2)通过驱动电路改善,消除两相绕组分开独绕产生的高压。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步阐述。
图1中是本发明的绕线骨架示意图。通过绕线骨架中间的隔挡,使两相绕组分开。所述的绕线骨架用含30%玻纤的聚己二酰己二胺一体成型,其在较高温度也能保持较强的强度和刚度,且粘性较低,流动性好。
如图2所示,所述驱动电路包括电源输入、保护电路、整流电路、稳压电路、放大电路、绕组及控制正反转的结型场效应管的触发电路,所述两个绕组之间设有绕组保护电路。电源输入电路后,通过保护电路及整流电路以及稳压电路,三极管放大电路后,通过控制正反转的结型场效应管的触发电路控制绕组的正反转,在两个绕组之间增加绕组保护电路,所述绕组保护电路包括一个稳压二极管和两个反向二极管。电流通过两个反向二极管后经稳压二极管对瞬间产生的高压进行释放,保持电路电压稳定,避免高压击穿场效应管。且在原有的控制正反转的结型场效应管的触发电路中增加一个稳压二极管。
上述实施例只列举了本发明较佳的实施方式,并非用来限定本发明的保护范围,但凡在本发明的保护范围内所做的等效变化及修饰,皆应落入本发明的保护范围。

1.一种EC双绕组直流无刷电机,包括绕线骨架、驱动电路,所述驱动电路包括电源输入、保护电路、整流电路、稳压电路、放大电路、绕组及控制正反转的结型场效应管的触发电路,所述绕线骨架绕线部分设有隔挡墙,将绕线骨架分为两部分,两相绕组分别绕在两端;
所述两端绕组之间设有绕组保护电路;
所述绕组保护电路包括一个稳压二极管和两个反向二极管;
所述控制正反转的结型场效应管的触发电路中包含两个稳压二极管;
其特征在于:所述绕线骨架为含30%的玻纤的聚己二酰己二胺且一体成型;
所述绕线骨架整体上为一长方体状骨架,骨架两端的端面处设有隔挡墙及金属绕线端头;
所述绕组保护电路中的两个反向二极管的负极与所述绕组保护电路中的稳压二极管的负极电连接;
所述绕组保护电路中的稳压二极管的正极与所述绕组保护电路中的两个绕组的共同端电连接在一起;
所述绕组保护电路中的两个反向二极管的正极分别与所述绕组保护电路中的两个绕组的另一端电连接在一起;
所述触发电路中的一个稳压二极管与所述触发电路中的电容并联。
