Claims (9)

1. An intelligent warehouse management system, comprising: the system comprises a warehouse access control device, a vehicle-mounted identification device, a code disc device, an RFID label roadway, a tray device, a warehouse shuttle car, a video monitoring device, a communication network and a warehouse management and control device; the warehouse management and control device is respectively connected with the warehouse access control device, the vehicle-mounted identification device, the code disc device, the RFID label roadway, the tray device, the warehouse shuttle car and the video monitoring device through a communication network; the RFID tag roadway comprises a roadway body, an RFID electronic tag and an anti-collision block; the roadway body is provided with two round holes for fixing the RFID electronic tag, the anti-collision block is arranged in front of the roadway body and used for preventing loading and unloading equipment from colliding with the RFID electronic tag; the inventory shuttle vehicle comprises a fourth card reader, a controller and a data transmission device; the controller is respectively connected with the fourth card reader and the data transmission device; the warehouse access control device, the vehicle-mounted identification device, the code disc device, the RFID label roadway, the tray device, the warehouse shuttle car and the video monitoring device are respectively connected with the warehouse management and control device through a communication network and a warehouse management system service platform; the warehouse management system service platform comprises a main control module, a production management module, a goods receiving and dispatching module, a task management module, an implementation supervision module, a data query module, a basic maintenance module, a high-level maintenance module, a system setting module and a user management module; the vehicle-mounted identification device comprises an industrial vehicle-mounted terminal, and the industrial vehicle-mounted terminal is respectively connected with the second card reader, the data transmission radio station, the second voice prompt device and the power converter; the power converter is connected with the second card reader;
the intelligent warehouse management system further comprises:
the access control system is operated based on the warehouse access control device and is used for comprehensively managing and maintaining necessary information of warehouse access business;
the vehicle-mounted RFID management system runs based on the vehicle-mounted identification device, and comprises a login module and an operation module, wherein the operation module comprises a task setting module, a temporary goods placing module, a manual processing module, a manual goods taking module, a manual warehousing module, a manual ex-warehouse module, a vehicle inventory module and a logout module;
the code disc system is operated based on the code disc device and used for metering the number of code disc products entering a warehouse;
an inventory system operating on the basis of an inventory shuttle vehicle; the inventory system is used for realizing the comprehensive management of the inventory shuttle vehicle;
the access control management system, the vehicle-mounted RFID management system, the code disc system and the disc warehouse system are respectively connected with a warehouse management system service platform; the main control module is respectively connected with the production management module, the goods receiving and dispatching module, the task management module, the implementation supervision module, the data query module, the basic maintenance module, the advanced maintenance module, the system setting module and the user management module.

The intelligent warehouse management system of claim 1 wherein the warehouse access control device comprises: the entrance guard terminal is respectively connected with the display and the first voice prompt device; the entrance guard terminal is respectively connected with the alarm device and the data converter through the switch; the data converter is connected with a first card reader; the display comprises an LED display screen, and the LED display screen comprises an LED lamp, an LED controller and an LED power supply; the LED power supply supplies power to the LED lamp and the LED controller; the LED controller controls the LED lamp; the first card reader comprises a first RFID reader-writer and a first RFID antenna, the first RFID antenna is installed on two sides of a warehouse door, and the first RFID reader-writer is installed in a warehouse; the data converter comprises a serial port protocol converter and a serial port server, the number of the serial port protocol converter is even, and the serial port protocol converter is respectively connected with the RFID reader-writer and the serial port server; the serial server is used for converting the RS232 signal into a TCP/IP signal; the alarm device comprises an alarm and a remote I/O controller, and the alarm is connected with the remote I/O controller; the first voice prompt device comprises a power amplifier and a sound post, and the power amplifier is connected with the sound post.

The intelligent warehouse management system as claimed in claim 1 wherein the code wheel device comprises a code wheel terminal, the code wheel terminal being connected to a third card reader; the third card reader comprises a third RFID reader-writer, a third RFID antenna and a radio frequency cable; the third RFID reader-writer is connected with a third RFID antenna through a radio frequency cable; and the third RFID antenna and the third RFID reader-writer are both arranged on a production line.
4. The intelligent warehouse management system of claim 1 wherein the pallet means comprises forklift plastic pallets and RFID radio frequency tags; respectively installing an RFID radio frequency tag at the center of each of the four side surfaces of the plastic pallet of the forklift; the RFID radio frequency label is made of plastic materials, the back face of the RFID radio frequency label is provided with a 3M double faced adhesive tape, and the outer edge of the RFID radio frequency label is provided with four screw holes.
5. The intelligent warehouse management system according to claim 1, wherein the fourth card reader comprises a fourth RFID reader and a fourth RFID antenna, the fourth RFID reader is connected to the fourth RFID antenna through a radio frequency cable, and the fourth RFID reader is mounted on a shuttle car.
6. The intelligent warehouse management system of claim 1 wherein the controller comprises a control chip, a switch, and an indicator light; the control chip is connected with the fourth card reader, and the control chip is respectively connected with the switch and the indicating lamp.
7. The intelligent warehouse management system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the video monitoring device comprises a network high definition camera, a network NVR, a hard disk and a monitoring host; the network high-definition camera, the network NVR, the hard disk and the monitoring host are respectively connected with the switch; the hard disk is installed inside a network NVR.

The intelligent warehouse management system as claimed in claim 1 wherein the communication network is a wireless communication network, the wireless communication network comprising a wireless AP host, a wireless AP antenna, a POE switch, and a network power supply; the wireless AP antenna and the POE switch are respectively connected with a wireless AP host; the POE switch is connected with a network power supply; the warehouse management and control device comprises a management and control server, monitoring equipment, a management and control terminal and network equipment; the monitoring equipment is connected with the control server through network equipment; and the control terminal is connected with the control server through network equipment.

The intelligent warehouse management system of claim 1 wherein the production management module comprises a production management unit, a production supervision unit, a production tally unit; the goods receiving and dispatching module comprises a goods receiving and dispatching management unit, a goods receiving management unit and a goods receiving and dispatching supervision unit; the task management module comprises a task management unit, an operation tallying unit, an operation execution unit, a code disc management unit and a tail disc management unit; the implementation supervision module comprises a flow management unit, a strategy management unit, a parameter management unit, a remote supervision unit and a forklift task unit; the data query module comprises a product tracing unit, a tray following unit, a batch counting unit, a roadway counting unit, a product counting unit, a report counting unit, a form browser unit and a form designer unit; the basic maintenance module comprises a product management unit, a variety management unit, a damage management unit, a product position unit, a product type unit, a product attribute unit and a tray management unit; the advanced maintenance module comprises an RFID label management unit, an IC card management unit, a forklift management unit, an operation log management unit and a manual inventory unit; the user management module comprises a user management unit, a role management unit, a permission management unit, a department management unit and a password modification unit; the system setting module comprises a warehouse management unit, an area management unit, a roadway management unit, a position management unit, an equipment management unit and a goods location management unit.
