Abstract

本发明提供一种背光单元及其安装支架,该包括导光板、灯条以及安装支架,其中灯条设于所述导光板侧边;安装支架用于以侧插方式安装所述灯条并用于夹持所述导光板的侧边,所述安装支架上设有隔离件,所述隔离件用于在允许光通过的前提下实现所述导光板与所述灯条的隔离。本发明提供的背光单元及其安装支架结构简单可靠,由于设置有隔离件,能够很好的间隔导光板和灯条,并使得灯条不易损坏且易于安装和更换。

背光单元及其安装支架
技术领域
本发明涉及显示器技术领域,特别涉及一种背光单元及其安装支架。
背景技术
液晶显示器作为人与信息的沟通界面,是当前主流的显示方式。它具有高空间利用率、低功耗、无辐射以及低电磁干扰等优越特性,在电视、手机、平板电脑等信息沟通工具中广泛使用。
随着液晶显示器的应用领域进一步加大,显示器的维修需求也不断增加。
影响显示器使用寿命,或者说导致显示器出现无法显示的问题经常出现在光源中,即灯条中。
然而,现有技术中,背光单元中的灯条大多安装结构复杂、不易更换。
发明内容
本发明提供一种背光单元及其安装支架,以解决现有技术中背光单元的灯条不易更换的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种背光单元,包括:
导光板;
灯条,设于所述导光板侧边;
安装支架,用于以侧插方式安装所述灯条并用于夹持所述导光板的侧边,所述安装支架上设有隔离件,所述隔离件用于在允许光通过的前提下实现所述导光板与所述灯条的隔离。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述安装支架包括:
上支架板;
下支架板,与所述上支架板平行间隔设置;
中间支架,将所述上支架板和所述下支架板垂直连接;
其中,所述隔离件自所述上支架板和所述下支架板相向延伸,所述隔离件与所述上支架板、所述中间支架以及所述下支架板构成灯条安装插槽,所述隔离件与所述上支架板、所述下支架板构成导光板夹持插槽。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述灯条包括电路板和设于所述电路板上的LED灯,所述电路板的宽度大于所述LED灯的宽度,所述电路板容置于所述灯条安装插槽内,所述LED凸伸于所述隔离件之间。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述灯条包括电路板和设于所述电路板上的LED灯,所述电路板的宽度和所述LED灯的宽度相同,一起容置于所述灯条安装插槽内。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述下支架板上凸伸有凸柱,所述上支架板上设有沉孔及穿设所述沉孔与所述凸柱连接的第一螺钉,所述导光板侧边设有插槽,所述导光板插入所述导光板夹持插槽内时进一步由所述凸柱和所述第一螺钉限位。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述下支架板上设有穿设于所述下支架板的定位柱,所述上支架板上设有沉孔及穿设所述沉孔与所述定位柱连接的第一螺钉,所述导光板侧边设有插槽,所述导光板插入所述导光板夹持插槽内时进一步由所述定位柱和所述第一螺钉限位。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述背光单元还包括:
背板,通过第二螺钉与所述下支架板紧固;
反射片,设于所述导光板的背面和所述背板之间;
光学膜,设于所述导光板上表面;
前框,呈L型,所述前框的一侧边通过第三螺钉与所述中间支架紧固;
其中,所述上支架板的前端进一步延伸有间隔片,所述间隔片压盖于所述光学膜的侧边,用于间隔所述光学膜和显示面板,所述前框的另一侧边压盖所述显示面板。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种安装支架,所述用于以侧插方式安装灯条并用于夹持导光板的侧边,所述安装支架上设有隔离件,所述隔离件用于在允许光通过的前提下实现所述导光板与所述灯条的隔离。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明提供的背光单元及其安装支架结构简单可靠,由于设置有隔离件,能够很好的间隔导光板和灯条,并使得灯条不易损坏且易于安装和更换。

请一并参阅图1和图2,其中,图1是本发明一优选实施例的背光单元的截面结构示意图;图2是本发明另一优选实施例的背光单元的截面结构示意图。
图1所示的背光单元10适用于小尺寸的液晶显示器,其导光板110如图4a所示,侧边无需做特殊的限位固定结构。
图2所示的背光单元20适用于大尺寸的液晶显示器,其导光板110如图4b所示,侧边设计有特殊的插槽111以作为限位固定结构。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种背光单元10,该背光单元10包括导光板110、灯条120、安装支架130、背板140、反射片150、光学膜160以及前框170,该背光单元10用于提供背光给显示面板190。
具体而言,灯条120设于导光板110侧边;安装支架130用于以侧插方式安装灯条120并用于夹持导光板110的侧边,安装支架130上设有隔离件131,隔离件131用于在允许光通过的前提下实现导光板110与灯条120的隔离,以防止导光板110碰撞灯条120进而损坏灯条120。
其中,安装支架130包括上支架板132、下支架板133以及中间支架134。下支架板133与上支架板132平行间隔设置;中间支架134将上支架板132和下支架板133垂直连接;其中,隔离件131自上支架板132和下支架板133相向延伸,隔离件131与上支架板132、中间支架134以及下支架板133构成灯条安装插槽135,为灯条120的安装构建出独立空间,该空间能够实现在不影响其他结构件的前提下,方便的进行灯条120的拆装,灯条安装插槽135的两端可以设置塑胶封口件,以进一步保护灯条120;隔离件131与上支架板132、下支架板133构成导光板夹持插槽136,隔离件131对于导光板110撞击具有较好的隔离保护作用。在优选实施例中,隔离件131的宽度可为0.4至2.5毫米。
请一并参阅图3a,在本发明的一优选实施例中,灯条120包括电路板121和设于电路板121上的LED灯122,电路板121的宽度在满足走线的前提下大于LED灯122的宽度,电路板121容置于灯条安装插槽135内,LED凸伸于隔离件131之间,以减小耦光距离,从而提高光效。
请一并参阅图3b,在本发明的另一优选实施例中,灯条120包括电路板121和设于电路板121上的LED灯122,电路板121的宽度和LED灯122的宽度相同或相近,电路板121的宽度满足最小走线即可,一起容置于灯条安装插槽135内,该结构简单便于安装。
请一并参阅图2、图3c以及图4b,在本发明的一优选实施例中,下支架板133上凸伸有凸柱137,上支架板132上设有沉孔138及穿设沉孔138与凸柱137连接的第一螺钉139,导光板110侧边对应于凸柱137设有插槽111,凸柱137和插槽111的数量不作限定,导光板110插入导光板夹持插槽136内时进一步由凸柱137和第一螺钉139限位,凸柱137和第一螺钉139可进一步辅助加强隔离件131的隔离强度,防止导光板110过大的活动。
请一并参阅图2、图3d和图4b,在本发明的另一优选实施例中,下支架板133上设有穿设于下支架板133的定位柱137′,上支架板132上设有沉孔138及穿设沉孔138与定位柱137′连接的第一螺钉139,导光板110侧边对应于定位柱137′设有插槽111,定位柱137′和插槽111的数量不作限定,导光板110插入导光板夹持插槽136内时进一步由定位柱137′和第一螺钉139限位,定位柱137和第一螺钉139可进一步辅助加强隔离件131的隔离强度,防止导光板110过大的活动。
在图3c和图3d所示的实施例中,凸柱137定位柱137′的设计主要用于应对超大尺寸(例如55寸及以上)的设计,此时导光板110的重量及膨胀空间需求较大,增加凸柱137定位柱137′可以有效地保证耦光结构的强度。
请继续参阅图1和图2,背板140通过第二螺钉171与下支架板133紧固,优选采用图中所示的台阶式配合方式;反射片150设于导光板110的背面和背板140之间;光学膜160设于导光板110上表面;前框170,呈L型前框170的一侧边171通过第三螺钉141与中间支架134紧固。当然,背板140与下支架板133及前框170与中间支架134也可采用卡扣或胶带方式进行固定。
本发明实施例中,上支架板132的前端进一步延伸有间隔片180,间隔片180压盖于光学膜160的侧边,用于间隔光学膜160和显示面板190,前框170的另一侧边172压盖显示面板190。
请一并参阅图1至图4b,本发明还提供一种安装支架130,该安装支架130用于以侧插方式安装灯条120并用于夹持导光板110的侧边,安装支架130上设有隔离件131,隔离件131用于在允许光通过的前提下实现导光板110与灯条120的隔离。
其中,安装支架130包括上支架板132、下支架板133以及中间支架134。下支架板133与上支架板132平行间隔设置;中间支架134将上支架板132和下支架板133垂直连接;其中,隔离件131自上支架板132和下支架板133相向延伸,隔离件131与上支架板132、中间支架134以及下支架板133构成灯条安装插槽135,隔离件131与上支架板132、下支架板133构成导光板夹持插槽136。
在图3c所示的一种实施例中,下支架板133上凸伸有凸柱137,上支架板132上设有沉孔138及穿设沉孔138与凸柱137连接的第一螺钉139,如图4b所示,与之相对应,导光板110侧边设有插槽111,导光板110插入导光板夹持插槽136内时进一步由凸柱137和第一螺钉139限位。
在图3d所示的另一种实施例中,下支架板133上设有穿设于下支架板133的定位柱137′,上支架板132上设有沉孔138及穿设沉孔138与定位柱137′连接的第一螺钉139,如图4b所示,与之相对应,导光板110侧边设有插槽111,导光板110插入导光板夹持插槽136内时进一步由定位柱137′和第一螺钉139限位。
综上所述,本领域技术人员容理解,本发明提供的背光单元10及其安装支架130结构简单可靠,由于设置有隔离件131,能够很好的间隔导光板110和灯条120,并使得灯条120不易损坏且易于安装和更换。

1.一种背光单元,其特征在于,包括:
导光板;
灯条,设于所述导光板侧边;
安装支架,用于以侧插方式安装所述灯条并用于夹持所述导光板的侧边,所述安装支架上设有隔离件,所述隔离件用于在允许光通过的前提下实现所述导光板与所述灯条的隔离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光单元,其特征在于,所述安装支架包括:
上支架板;
下支架板,与所述上支架板平行间隔设置;
中间支架,将所述上支架板和所述下支架板垂直连接;
其中,所述隔离件自所述上支架板和所述下支架板相向延伸,所述隔离件与所述上支架板、所述中间支架以及所述下支架板构成灯条安装插槽,所述隔离件与所述上支架板、所述下支架板构成导光板夹持插槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的背光单元,其特征在于,所述灯条包括电路板和设于所述电路板上的LED灯,所述电路板的宽度大于所述LED灯的宽度,所述电路板容置于所述灯条安装插槽内,所述LED凸伸于所述隔离件之间。
4.根据权利要求2所述的背光单元,其特征在于,所述灯条包括电路板和设于所述电路板上的LED灯,所述电路板的宽度和所述LED灯的宽度相同,一起容置于所述灯条安装插槽内。
5.根据权利要求2所述的背光单元,其特征在于,所述下支架板上凸伸有凸柱,所述上支架板上设有沉孔及穿设所述沉孔与所述凸柱连接的第一螺钉,所述导光板侧边设有插槽,所述导光板插入所述导光板夹持插槽内时进一步由所述凸柱和所述第一螺钉限位。
6.根据权利要求2所述的背光单元,其特征在于,所述下支架板上设有穿设于所述下支架板的定位柱,所述上支架板上设有沉孔及穿设所述沉孔与所述定位柱连接的第一螺钉,所述导光板侧边设有插槽,所述导光板插入所述导光板夹持插槽内时进一步由所述定位柱和所述第一螺钉限位。
7.根据权利要求2所述的背光单元,其特征在于,所述背光单元还包括:
背板,通过第二螺钉与所述下支架板紧固;
反射片,设于所述导光板的背面和所述背板之间;
光学膜,设于所述导光板上表面;
前框,呈L型,所述前框的一侧边通过第三螺钉与所述中间支架紧固;
其中,所述上支架板的前端进一步延伸有间隔片,所述间隔片压盖于所述光学膜的侧边,用于间隔所述光学膜和显示面板,所述前框的另一侧边压盖所述显示面板。
8.一种安装支架,其特征在于,所述用于以侧插方式安装灯条并用于夹持导光板的侧边,所述安装支架上设有隔离件,所述隔离件用于在允许光通过的前提下实现所述导光板与所述灯条的隔离。
9.根据权利要求8所述的安装支架,其特征在于,所述安装支架包括:
上支架板;
下支架板,与所述上支架板平行间隔设置;
中间支架,将所述上支架板和所述下支架板垂直连接;
其中,所述隔离件自所述上支架板和所述下支架板相向延伸,所述隔离件与所述上支架板、所述中间支架以及所述下支架板构成灯条安装插槽,所述隔离件与所述上支架板、所述下支架板构成导光板夹持插槽。
10.根据权利要求8所述的安装支架,其特征在于,所述下支架板上凸伸有凸柱,所述上支架板上设有沉孔及穿设所述沉孔与所述凸柱连接的第一螺钉,所述导光板侧边设有插槽,所述导光板插入所述导光板夹持插槽内时进一步由所述凸柱和所述第一螺钉限位;或者
所述下支架板上设有穿设于所述下支架板的定位柱,所述上支架板上设有沉孔及穿设所述沉孔与所述定位柱连接的第一螺钉,所述导光板侧边设有插槽,所述导光板插入所述导光板夹持插槽内时进一步由所述定位柱和所述第一螺钉限位。
