本发明公开了一种全自动锡渣分离机排气扇,包含一箱式本体,在所述的箱式本体下端设有一微型发动机,在所述的微型发动机上设有一三项电插片,在所述的箱式本体前端设有一排风口,在所述的箱式本体后端设有一紧固螺母;所述的箱式本体里设有若干等离子排气风扇;所述的紧固螺母外围设有防滑螺纹。由于本发明的全自动锡渣分离机排气扇利用自身本体带有的微型发动机,在连通电源后,自动给排气扇提供动力来源,带动箱式本体里的若干等离子排气风扇高速转动,迫使有毒的气体从设置的排风口输入到固定的毒气处理中心,从而大大改观了排气效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种排气扇,更确切地说,是一种全自动锡渣分离机排气扇。
背景技术
全自动锡渣分离机是一种在工业生产上使用比较普遍的工业设备,具有较为广阔的应用前景。但是,目前普遍使用的分离机排气扇排气效果欠佳。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种排气效果显著的全自动锡渣分离机排气扇。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种全自动锡渣分离机排气扇,包含一箱式本体,在所述的箱式本体下端设有一微型发动机,在所述的微型发动机上设有一三项电插片,在所述的箱式本体前端设有一排风口,在所述的箱式本体后端设有一紧固螺母。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的箱式本体里设有若干等离子排气风扇。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的紧固螺母外围设有防滑螺纹。
由于本发明的全自动锡渣分离机排气扇利用自身本体带有的微型发动机,在连通电源后,自动给排气扇提供动力来源,带动箱式本体里的若干等离子排气风扇高速转动,迫使有毒的气体从设置的排风口输入到固定的毒气处理中心,从而大大改观了排气效果。

本发明提供了一种排气效果显著的全自动锡渣分离机排气扇。
如图1、图2所示,一种全自动锡渣分离机排气扇1,包含一箱式本体2,在所述的箱式本体2下端设有一微型发动机3,在所述的微型发动机3上设有一三项电插片4,在所述的箱式本体2前端设有一排风口51,在所述的箱式本体2后端设有一紧固螺母52。
如图1、图2所示,所述的箱式本体2里设有若干等离子排气风扇。
如图1、图2所示,所述的紧固螺母52外围设有防滑螺纹。
该发明的全自动锡渣分离机排气扇利用自身本体带有的微型发动机,在连通电源后,自动给排气扇提供动力来源,带动箱式本体里的若干等离子排气风扇高速转动,迫使有毒的气体从设置的排风口输入到固定的毒气处理中心,从而大大改观了排气效果。
以上仅仅以一个实施方式来说明本发明的设计思路,在系统允许的情况下,本发明可以扩展为同时外接更多的功能模块,从而最大限度扩展其功能。

2.根据权利要求1所述的全自动锡渣分离机排气扇,其特征在于,所述的箱式本体(2)里设有等离子排气风扇。
3.根据权利要求2所述的全自动锡渣分离机排气扇,其特征在于,所述的紧固螺母(52)外围设有防滑螺纹。
