Abstract
一种压缩机用滚动活塞,包括内圆柱、外圆柱、上盖和下盖,上盖和下盖分别固定在内圆柱和外圆柱的二端之间而由内圆柱、外圆柱、上盖和下盖之间形成一个空心柱体,上盖和/或下盖上设置通孔,由通孔将比重小于铁或钢的可由液态变成固态的物质填满空心柱体的空腔。由于压缩机用滚动活塞的上盖、下盖、内圆柱体和外圆柱体之间的填充物比重小于金属,因此减轻了整个活塞的重量,而且外圆柱体能够得到支撑而不易变形,从而确保产品性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种压缩机部件。
背景技术
旋转式制冷压缩机,又称滚动转子式压缩机,其利用活塞旋转对制冷剂气体进行压缩,投放市场已经很多年了,它是目前最常用的压缩机之一。
滚动活塞是旋转式制冷压缩机套的重要零件,其设置在压缩机的偏心轴的偏心拐上,制冷时沿着气缸壁滚动,滑片在弹簧力的作用下与滚动转子的外圆壁面紧接触,组成动密封,随着旋转式压缩机采用新型环保制冷剂、高效率和节能等日趋多样化,对能适用于高负荷、高功率、高温、高压等严酷条件下的滚动活塞提出了更高的要求。
长期以来,滚动活塞均为实心,因此其重量大。为驱动滚动活塞旋转,需要花费较多的能量。但由于滚动活塞需要具备较好的摩擦性能又要有较高的强度,因此到目前为止也没有找到一种节省能量的有效方法。
本申请人经过研究得到了空心柱体的滚动活塞,其虽能减轻重量,降低能耗,但由于空心柱体在使用过程中会变形,因此会影响其使用性能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种压缩机用滚动活塞,使其不仅能够减轻重量而且能确保使用性能。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
压缩机用滚动活塞,包括内圆柱、外圆柱、上盖和下盖,上盖和下盖分别固定在内圆柱和外圆柱的二端之间而由内圆柱、外圆柱、上盖和下盖之间形成一个空心柱体,上盖和/或下盖上设置通孔,由通孔将比重小于铁或钢的可由液态变成固态的物质填满空心柱体的空腔。
更好地,上述物质为树脂或塑料,温度高时呈液态,温度低时凝固,并且很方便注入。显然,上述物质也可为其他类似性质的物质。
更好地,上述物质为添加了固化剂的树脂,这样可以在常温下注射和凝固。
更好地,上述内圆柱的外表面的二端设置外止位,外圆柱的内表面的二端分别设置内止位,上盖和下盖分别压入内圆柱二端的外止位、外圆柱二端的内止位处,这样上盖和下盖能更好地定位,防止上盖和下盖压入过深。
更好地,上述上盖和下盖分别与内圆柱和外圆柱为过盈连接或焊接,这样固定更牢固,密封更好。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:由于压缩机用滚动活塞的上盖、下盖、内圆柱体和外圆柱体之间的填充物比重小于金属,因此减轻了整个活塞的重量,而且外圆柱体能够得到支撑而不易变形,从而确保产品性能。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1、图2所示,压缩机用滚动活塞,包括内圆柱2、外圆柱1、上盖3和下盖4,上盖3和下盖4分别压入内圆柱2和外圆柱1的二端面之间而由内圆柱、外圆柱、上盖和下盖之间形成一个密封的空心柱体。
上盖3上设置通孔31,由通孔31将树脂填满空心柱体的空腔中。
当然,也可在下盖4中设置通孔。
另一实施例中,内圆柱2的外表面二端上设置外止位21,外圆柱的内表面二端上设置内止位11,上盖3和下盖4分别压入内圆柱2和外圆柱1的二端面之间而由外止位21和内止位11限位,见图3、图4。
当然,也可在下盖4中设置通孔。
Claims (5)
1.一种压缩机用滚动活塞,其特征在于:包括内圆柱、外圆柱、上盖和下盖,上盖和下盖分别固定在内圆柱和外圆柱的二端之间而由内圆柱、外圆柱、上盖和下盖之间形成一个空心柱体,上盖和/或下盖上设置通孔,由通孔将比重小于铁或钢的可由液态变成固态的物质填满空心柱体的空腔。
2.如权利要求1所述的压缩机用滚动活塞,其特征在于:所述填充物质为树脂或塑料。
3.如权利要求2所述的压缩机用滚动活塞,其特征在于:所述物质为添加了固化剂的树脂。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的压缩机用滚动活塞,其特征在于:所述内圆柱的外表面的二端设置外止位,外圆柱的内表面的二端分别设置内止位,上盖和下盖分别压入内圆柱二端的外止位、外圆柱二端的内止位处。
5.如权利要求1或2或3所述的压缩机用滚动活塞,其特征在于:所述上盖和下盖分别与内圆柱和外圆柱为过盈连接或焊接。
