本发明涉及机械制造领域,尤其涉及一种具有自动抬起和覆盖的导轨地沟防护盖板系统包括盖板链、驱动系统安装架、主驱动辊、驱动电机、盖板托辊和盖板压辊,盖板链用于覆盖导轨地沟,主驱动辊安装在驱动系统安装架的下方,盖板托辊用于支撑盖板链,盖板托辊用于压平盖板链,主驱动辊通过换向齿轮同步带动盖板托辊转动将盖板链抬起。本发明结构简单、使用方便,盖板链自动覆盖导轨地沟,无须提供额外的动力,同步性好;导轨地沟被覆盖后不外露,地面平整美观,通行安全,同时盖板链采用特制的链板,防锈耐磨,盖板链本身的零部件不会掉落在导轨地沟中,盖板链两端的张力机构可以弥补误差,保证覆盖面平整可靠,而且省时省力。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械制造领域,尤其涉及一种具有自动抬起和覆盖的导轨地沟防护盖板系统。
背景技术
大型工作平台在装配工厂内运行中多采用导轨支撑和滚轮驱动其移动,其中导轨地沟是不可缺少的附属设施,地沟本身的环境是否洁净、无垃圾、坠落物件等对平台运行的平稳性、安全性起着关键的作用,同时,地面上导轨地沟的存在破坏了整个厂区地面的平整,不利于清扫,对其它设施和人员通行都会造成不便,且存在安全隐患。主要为以下几点:
1)导轨地沟下陷,不便于清洁、保养;
2)导轨地沟所处的环境容易堆积垃圾和坠落物件,对运行有隐患;
3)导轨地沟对厂区平面平整美观影响很大,也不便于通过。
当前主要通过人工使用一些材料进行覆盖,安装效率低,自动化程度低,费时费力。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种无需提供额外动力具有自动抬起和覆盖的导轨地沟防护盖板系统。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种具有自动抬起和覆盖的导轨地沟防护盖板系统,包括盖板链、驱动系统安装架、主驱动辊、驱动电机、盖板托辊和盖板压辊,盖板链用于覆盖导轨地沟,主驱动辊安装在驱动系统安装架的下方,驱动电机驱动主驱动辊转动,盖板托辊设置在主驱动辊上方的左右两侧,盖板托辊用于支撑盖板链,盖板压辊安装在驱动系统安装架的前后两端,盖板托辊用于压平盖板链,主驱动辊通过换向齿轮同步带动盖板托辊转动将盖板链抬起。
作为本发明的优化方案,盖板链两端安装有盖板链张力机构。
作为本发明的优化方案,盖板链张力机构为弹簧。
作为本发明的优化方案,主驱动辊前方设置有清扫装置。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明结构简单、使用方便,盖板链自动覆盖导轨地沟,无须提供额外的动力,同步性好;导轨地沟被覆盖后不外露,地面平整美观,通行安全,同时盖板链采用特制的链板,防锈耐磨,盖板链本身的零部件不会掉落在导轨地沟中,盖板链两端的张力机构可以弥补误差,保证覆盖面平整可靠,而且省时省力。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示,本发明公开了一种具有自动抬起和覆盖的导轨地沟防护盖板系统,包括盖板链1、驱动系统安装架2、主驱动辊3、驱动电机4、盖板托辊5和盖板压辊6,盖板链1用于覆盖导轨地沟,主驱动辊3安装在驱动系统安装架2的下方,驱动电机4驱动主驱动辊3转动,盖板托辊5设置在主驱动辊3上方的左右两侧,盖板托辊5用于支撑盖板链1,盖板压辊6安装在驱动系统安装架2的前后两端,盖板托辊5用于压平盖板链1,主驱动辊3通过换向齿轮同步带动盖板托辊5转动将盖板链1抬起。其中,盖板链1采用特制的链板,形状如同平时常见的百叶窗,盖板链1可以平整的覆盖在导轨地沟上,与地面相平。主驱动辊3运行在地面轨道上,地面轨道上有地面轨道托板8,压平后的盖板链1覆盖在了地面轨道托板8上。
盖板链1两端安装有盖板链张力机构7。由于盖板链1为链状结构,为了保证盖板链1的平整性,在盖板链1两端安装有盖板链张力机构7,为了配合盖板链张力机构7的放置,事先需要在导轨地沟的两端设置检修地坑9。盖板链张力机构7为弹簧,使用弹簧作为张力机构,可根据实际情况进行调节,确保盖板链1可以平整的覆盖在导轨地沟上。检修地坑9是用来装配盖板链1两端张力机构7,以弹簧力来补偿盖板链1有可能打滑带来的长度方向误差。
主驱动辊3前方设置有清扫装置,主驱动辊3运动的过程中,可以对导轨地沟做清理工作,防止导轨地沟中有障碍物妨碍覆盖的平整性,同时可以起到很好的清理作用。
工作时,驱动电机4提供动力驱动主驱动辊3转动,推动具有自动抬起和覆盖的导轨地沟防护盖板系统在地面轨道上移动的同时通过换向齿轮同步带动运动方向前方的盖板托辊5,盖板托辊5的线速度与整个系统移动速度一致,将盖板链1提升离开导轨地沟,盖板链1从主驱动辊3的上方通过,此时运行方向反方向的盖板托辊5反转,起到将盖板链1放下的作用,靠近地面部位的两个盖板压辊6利用重力将盖板链1压平,保证盖板链1平整落在地面轨道托板8上。

1.一种具有自动抬起和覆盖的导轨地沟防护盖板系统,其特征在于:包括盖板链(1)、驱动系统安装架(2)、主驱动辊(3)、驱动电机(4)、盖板托辊(5)和盖板压辊(6),所述的盖板链(1)用于覆盖导轨地沟,所述主驱动辊(3)安装在驱动系统安装架(2)的下方,所述的驱动电机(4)驱动主驱动辊(3)转动,所述的盖板托辊(5)设置在主驱动辊(3)上方的左右两侧,所述的盖板托辊(5)用于支撑盖板链(1),所述的盖板压辊(6)安装在驱动系统安装架(2)的前后两端,所述的盖板托辊(5)用于压平盖板链(1),所述的主驱动辊(3)通过换向齿轮同步带动盖板托辊(5)转动将盖板链(1)抬起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自动抬起和覆盖的导轨地沟防护盖板系统,其特征在于:所述的盖板链(1)两端安装有盖板链张力机构(7)。
