本发明公开了一种环保高适印性负离子熔喷非织造布墙纸基纸,将纳米二氧化硅有机改性后复合到电气石粉中,活化改性后添加到原料中,可提高纤维平均细度,纤网结构稀疏,平均孔径增加,透气性变大;同时以改玉米淀粉作为粘接剂,既起到纤维间的粘结作用又可作为植物纤维改善了非织造布的断裂伸长率和抗拉伸性能,再将其与纤维素浆反应,形成致密的三维网状结构,具有较强的隔水性能,利用本发明制得的非织造布墙纸基纸抗静电、抗紫外线性能优及高适印性,其吸墨均匀,展色力强,具有较低的伸缩性和较高的柔软度,适印性好,且经济环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及造纸技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保高适印性负离子熔喷非织造布墙纸基纸及其制作方法。
背景技术
墙纸,是以纸、非织造布或织造布为基材,加上装饰涂层,广泛用于一些墙面或壁面的装饰。虽然墙纸对建筑的装饰作用并不是必不可少的,但是它已经是营造室内风格、氛围和色彩的重要手段。尤其是以非织造布(无纺布)为基材的墙纸,无论从产品性能还是环保要求上备受人们的青睐。
非织造布墙纸是用天然纤维与合成纤维的混合物来制备的,也有人称它们为长纤维纸,是可以擦洗、可以呼吸的。它消除了气塞现象,能防止发霉,也可以用于厨房和卫生间。该类墙纸是当今市场上最受使用者亲睐和环境友好的产品,具有尺寸稳定性好、装裱方便、抗撕扯等优点。尽管该类墙纸价格稍高于普通墙纸,但未来的消费主体是80后、90后,他们的消费观不同于以往的消费者,更加注重品质、健康,中国经济的增速也完全能够提供支撑,因此中高档的非织造布墙纸更具市场潜力。而随着人们的保健意识的增强,新型环保健康型墙纸愈发收到青睐,尤其是近年来,随着研究人员的探索,发现电气石具有产生负离子、辐射远红外线、抗菌、除臭等功能。因而开发一种添加电气石的能释放负离子的非织造布墙纸迫在眉睫!
《聚丙烯负离子熔喷非织造布的制备与性能研究》一文将不同比例的负离子母粒与聚丙烯切片共混,制备了聚丙烯负离子熔喷非织造布,并研究了负离子母粒含量对非织造布性能的影响。结果表明:随着负离子母粒含量的增加,熔喷非织造布的厚度、面密度和抗静电性能变化不大,透气性和力学性能下降,抗紫外性能提高。
文中通过添加负离子母粒后降低了透气性和力学性能,制得的非织造布用作墙纸基纸存在易积尘积垢、透气性差、易发霉、遇水即湿、隔音效果差、功能单一等缺陷,因此,本发明改进现有生产工艺和配方,添加纳米二氧化硅加以改性以提高透气性,并配伍其他有效添加剂制备出功能多样的负离子熔喷非织造布墙纸基纸。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种环保高适印性负离子熔喷非织造布墙纸基纸及其制作方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种环保高适印性负离子熔喷非织造布墙纸基纸,由下列重量份的原料制成:等规聚丙烯59-61、电气石12-14、纳米二氧化硅0.6-0.7、岩棉纤维8-10、谷朊粉9-11、桃胶粉3-4、白菜根12-13、艾叶7-9、羟乙基尿素6-8、玉米淀粉5-7、紫苏籽油3-5。
所述的一种环保高适印性负离子熔喷非织造布墙纸基纸的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在氮气保护下将羟乙基尿素加热煮沸,加入纳米二氧化硅保持温度磁力搅拌1-2小时,过滤、洗涤干燥,加入电气石和熔融状态的桃胶粉研磨30-40分钟,得改性电气石粉;
(2)将玉米淀粉加热水烫熟搅拌成糊,喷洒浓度为1-2mol/L的盐酸溶液搅拌混匀,于60-80℃恒温水浴中连续磁力搅拌2-3小时,喷雾干燥,加入紫苏籽油、岩棉纤维在55-75℃下超声研磨1-3小时,得改性玉米淀粉;
(3)将白菜根、艾叶搅拌混匀,加水打成浆,加适量质量浓度为1-2%的氢氧化钠水溶液蒸煮5-8小时,保持温度加入谷朊粉、步骤(2)物料研磨30-40分钟,冷却用流水漂洗干净,烘干;
(4)将等规聚丙烯加热至熔融状态,加入步骤(1)、步骤(3)物料搅拌混匀,通过喷嘴喷丝,出料。

所述的一种环保高适印性负离子熔喷非织造布墙纸基纸的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在氮气保护下将羟乙基尿素加热煮沸,加入纳米二氧化硅保持温度磁力搅拌1-2小时,过滤、洗涤干燥,加入电气石和熔融状态的桃胶粉研磨30-40分钟,得改性电气石粉;
(2)将玉米淀粉加热水烫熟搅拌成糊,喷洒浓度为1-2mol/L的盐酸溶液搅拌混匀,于60-80℃恒温水浴中连续磁力搅拌2-3小时,喷雾干燥,加入紫苏籽油、岩棉纤维在55-75℃下超声研磨1-3小时,得改性玉米淀粉;

利用本发明制得的非织造布墙纸基纸具有如下技术指标:
透气率/(mm·s-1):1918;
断裂强力/N:33.8;
断裂伸长率/%:23.8。

Claims (2)

1.一种环保高适印性负离子熔喷非织造布墙纸基纸,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:等规聚丙烯59-61、电气石12-14、纳米二氧化硅0.6-0.7、岩棉纤维8-10、谷朊粉9-11、桃胶粉3-4、白菜根12-13、艾叶7-9、羟乙基尿素6-8、玉米淀粉5-7、紫苏籽油3-5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保高适印性负离子熔喷非织造布墙纸基纸的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)在氮气保护下将羟乙基尿素加热煮沸,加入纳米二氧化硅保持温度磁力搅拌1-2小时,过滤、洗涤干燥,加入电气石和熔融状态的桃胶粉研磨30-40分钟,得改性电气石粉;
(2)将玉米淀粉加热水烫熟搅拌成糊,喷洒浓度为1-2mol/L的盐酸溶液搅拌混匀,于60-80℃恒温水浴中连续磁力搅拌2-3小时,喷雾干燥,加入紫苏籽油、岩棉纤维在55-75℃下超声研磨1-3小时,得改性玉米淀粉;
(3)将白菜根、艾叶搅拌混匀,加水打成浆,加适量质量浓度为1-2%的氢氧化钠水溶液蒸煮5-8小时,保持温度加入谷朊粉、步骤(2)物料研磨30-40分钟,冷却用流水漂洗干净,烘干;
