Abstract
本发明公开一种纸尿裤用多功能ES纤维。所述纤维表面均匀涂敷有相当于其基重0.3%‑0.6%的多功能纺丝油剂。所述纺丝油剂主要由如下组分混合而成:抗静电剂、乳化剂、聚醚硅油、抑菌剂、抑菌增效剂、调酸剂。所述纤维具有多次亲水、快速渗水、高效抑菌及弱酸、柔软、滑爽等多种功能,能有效预防尿布疹的发生。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种多功能ES纤维,特别是应用于纸尿裤的多功能ES纤维。
技术背景
ES 纤维之ES,原是英文“Ethylene-Propylene Side By Side”的缩写,即低熔点双组分复合纤维,由两种具有不同低熔点的切片通过双螺杆纺丝机挤出,采用复合纺丝方法而制成。ES纤维截面形式为“皮芯型”或“并列型”,具有广泛的加工适合性。采用ES纤维加工而成的非织造布(被称作ES纤维非织造布)具有良好的蓬松性、柔软性和湿弹性,被广泛应用于卫生用品之面层。ES 纤维之性能优劣与ES纤维纺丝油剂密切相关。
近年来,人们对生活品质和健康的关注度越来越高,妇女卫生巾、婴儿纸尿裤、成人纸尿裤和护理垫等一次性卫生用品的需求量逐年攀升,但其内在品质尚有诸多缺陷。以婴儿纸尿裤为例,其面层非织造布多为ES纤维加固而成,由于传统面层多次亲水性差,或尿液下渗速度缓慢,致使尿液长期滞留于人体皮肤与纸尿裤面层即表层之间,潮湿感重,使用舒适度差,且潮湿环境易滋生细菌。与此同时,尿液中游离尿氨挥发,呈碱性,刺激皮肤,多重弊端共同作用,导致婴儿尿布疹频发。
发明内容
为解决卫生用品领域尤其是纸尿裤存在的上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种能有效预防尿布疹的多功能ES纤维。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种多功能ES纤维,所述多功能ES纤维由皮芯双组份复合而成,其中皮层为PE组分,芯层为PET或PP组分,纤维粗细为1.5-6D,长度为30-60mm,纤维表面均匀涂敷有相当于其基重0.3%-0.6%的多功能纺丝油剂。
本发明所述多功能纺丝油剂由如下重量百分比组分混合而成:20-25%的抗静电剂,15-20%的乳化剂,6%的聚醚硅油,0.2%的抑菌剂,2%的抑菌增效剂,2%的调酸剂,去离子水加至100%。
本发明所述多功能纺丝油剂中的抗静电剂是脂肪醇聚醚磷酸酯钾盐(12C-8EO-pk),其中的脂肪醇烷基(-CH2-)数为12个,聚醚环氧乙烷(-CH2-O-或-EO-)加成数为8。
本发明所述多功能纺丝油剂中的乳化剂是月桂酸聚氧乙烯(4)酯(LAE-4)。
本发明所述多功能纺丝油剂中的抑菌剂是对氯间二甲苯酚(PCMX)。
本发明所述多功能纺丝油剂中的抑菌增效剂为苯氧基乙醇。
本发明所述多功能纺丝油剂中的调酸剂是柠檬酸。
本发明所述多功能纺丝油剂中的聚醚硅油的结构如下:
其中,n(无修饰硅氧烷聚合度)=120;m(侧链聚醚修饰硅氧烷聚合度)=40;x(环氧乙烷加成数)=17;y(环氧丙烷加成数)=20。
传统ES纤维纺丝油剂通常采用HLB(亲水亲油平衡值)为9~15的表面活性剂作为亲水组分,其亲水性良好,但其表面能与ES纤维皮层PE的表面能相差较大,吸附性较差,遇水后快速溶解,无法实现多次亲水。
本发明所述多功能纺丝油剂中的聚醚硅油,其主链上的聚硅氧烷链段的Si—O—Si 的键角较大,键长较长,非常容易旋转,使得聚硅氧烷分子链间作用力较小,当纤维遇水后,聚醚端能快速转向水界面,实现快速与水亲和;同时,疏水端Si—C与ES纤维皮层PE表面能相近,能够牢牢吸附于ES纤维表面,且耐水冲洗,从而可有效实现纤维的多次亲水性。其中,疏水端硅氧烷聚合度的大小及侧链聚醚中环氧丙烷加成数的多少与其吸附性成正比关系,与其亲水性成反比关系;相反,侧链聚醚中环氧乙烷加成数的多少与其吸附性成反比关系,与其亲水性成正比关系。本发明通过大量试验,筛选确定了所述聚醚硅油疏水端硅氧烷的聚合度及侧链聚醚中环氧丙烷、环氧乙烷的加成数,最终使其吸附性和亲水性达到了理想的平衡水平。此外,基于所述聚醚硅油的特殊结构,其应用于纤维纺丝油剂,可使所制备的纤维及其非织造布具有良好的柔软性和滑爽性。
经大量试验,本发明选择月桂酸聚氧乙烯(4)酯(LAE-4)作为乳化剂,其HLB与所述聚醚硅油相近,协同抗静电剂,共同维持所述纺丝油剂各组分混合体系的稳定性。
对氯间二甲苯酚(PCMX)是公知的高效、安全杀菌剂,但其几乎不溶于水,经表面活性剂增溶后可溶于水,但因为被表面活性剂的胶束包覆,其在水相中的分布浓度极低,而菌类微生物主要存在于水相中,因此,被表面活性剂增溶后的PCMX的抗菌效能必然大幅降低。基于上述原因,经大量试验,本发明选择苯氧基乙醇作为PCMX的增效剂。苯氧基乙醇本身是一种广谱抗菌剂,其在水中的溶解度约为1wt%,同时,其对PCMX也有良好的溶解性。由于苯氧基乙醇这种特殊的溶解性能,可使PCMX在大量表面活性剂(比如本发明所述的抗静电剂、乳化剂、聚醚硅油)存在的体系中,能够不被表面活性剂的胶束完全包覆,其在水相中的分布比例较高,从而可使PCMX的抗菌效能得以较好发挥。
本发明提供的多功能纺丝油剂的制备方法如下:按所述重量百分比,将去离子水加至搅拌反应釜内,加热至75-80℃;启动搅拌,搅拌转速120-150转/分钟;依次加入抗静电剂、乳化剂、聚醚硅油,搅拌10-15分钟,使各组分溶解混合均匀;冷却降温至45-50℃;依次加入抑菌剂、抑菌增效剂、调酸剂,搅拌10-15分钟,使各组分溶解混合均匀;冷却至室温;卸料。
本发明提供的多功能ES纤维的制备方法:采用本发明所述的多功能纺丝油剂,参照本领域公知的ES纤维常规制备工艺执行,无特殊要求,不再赘述。
如前所述,本发明的目的在于提供一种能够有效预防尿布疹的多功能ES纤维。据研究,尿布疹的起因主要包括以下几个方面:1)皮肤与皮肤、皮肤与尿裤间的摩擦而导致皮肤角质层的损伤;2)局部湿热导致皮肤的过度水合;3)尿液或排泄物分解产生的氨气刺激;4)细菌感染。虽然尿布疹是由多方面因素所导致的,但是一般认为氨气刺激是诱导尿布疹的一个关键因素。氨气来自脲酶对尿液中尿素的分解,而脲酶主要来自尿液中菌类微生物。本发明的有益效果在于:采用所述纺丝油剂制备的ES纤维及其无纺布具有多次亲水、快速渗透、高效抑菌及弱酸(可中和尿氨)、柔软、滑爽等多种功能,应用于婴儿纸尿裤,能有效降低尿布疹的发生概率。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步详备说明,但本发明不限于以下实施例。
实施例1
本实施例的多功能纺丝油剂,其由如下的重量百分含量的组分混合而成:12C-8EO-pk,20%;LAE-4,20%;聚醚硅油,6%;PCMX,0.2%;苯氧基乙醇,2%;柠檬酸,2%;去离子水加至100%。
纺丝油剂的制备方法:按所述重量百分比,将去离子水加至搅拌反应釜内,加热至75℃;启动搅拌,搅拌转速120转/分钟;依次加入抗静电剂、乳化剂、聚醚硅油,搅拌10分钟,使各组分溶解混合均匀;冷却降温至45℃;依次加入抑菌剂、抑菌增效剂、调酸剂,搅拌10分钟,使各组分溶解混合均匀;冷却至室温;卸料。
ES纤维的制备方法:采用本实施例提供的多功能纺丝油剂,参照本领域公知的ES纤维常规制备工艺,制备ES纤维,其中:皮层为PE组分,芯层为PET组分,纤维粗细为1.5D,长度为30mm,纤维上油率为0.3%。
实施例2
本实施例的多功能纺丝油剂,其由如下的重量百分含量的组分混合而成:12C-8EO-pk,25%;LAE-4,15%;聚醚硅油,6%;PCMX,0.2%;苯氧基乙醇,2%;柠檬酸,2%;去离子水加至100%。
纺丝油剂的制备方法:按所述重量百分比,将去离子水加至搅拌反应釜内,加热至80℃;启动搅拌,搅拌转速150转/分钟;依次加入抗静电剂、乳化剂、聚醚硅油,搅拌15分钟,使各组分溶解混合均匀;冷却降温至50℃;依次加入抑菌剂、抑菌增效剂、调酸剂,搅拌15分钟,使各组分溶解混合均匀;冷却至室温;卸料。
ES纤维的制备方法:采用本实施例提供的多功能纺丝油剂,参照本领域公知的ES纤维常规制备工艺,制备ES纤维,其中:皮层为PE组分,芯层为PP组分,纤维粗细为6D,长度为60mm,纤维上油率为0.6%。
实施例3
本实施例的多功能纺丝油剂,其由如下的重量百分含量的组分混合而成:12C-8EO-pk,22%;LAE-4,18%;聚醚硅油,6%;PCMX,0.2%;苯氧基乙醇,2%;柠檬酸,2%;去离子水加至100%。
纺丝油剂的制备方法:参照实施例2。
ES纤维的制备方法:采用本实施例提供的多功能纺丝油剂,参照本领域公知的ES纤维常规制备工艺,制备ES纤维,其中:皮层为PE组分,芯层为PP组分,纤维粗细为2.5D,长度为45mm,纤维上油率为0.45%。
做为参考,下表列出使用上述三种油剂生产纤维、并进一步加固成非织造布之后对所得非织造布进行测试的结果。该表中,成品1、成品2、成品3分别为实施例1、实施例2、实施例3制造的ES纤维加固而成的非织造布;参照样为市售的多次亲水ES纤维非织造布。

测试方法:
ES纤维非织造布的多次渗透时间测试方法参考WSP70.7《standard test method fornon-woven cover-stock multiple liquid strike-through time using simulatedurine》。
抑菌率的测试方法参考GB15979《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》。
上述仅为本发明的几个具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行的非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
Claims (11)
1.一种多功能ES纤维,其特征在于:所述多功能ES纤维由皮芯双组份复合而成,其中皮层为PE组分,芯层为PET或PP组分,纤维粗细为1.5-6D,长度为30-60mm,纤维表面均匀涂敷有相当于其基重0.3%-0.6%的多功能纺丝油剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能ES纤维,其特征在于:所述多功能纺丝油剂,其由如下的重量百分含量的组分混合而成:20-25%的抗静电剂,15-20%的乳化剂,6%的聚醚硅油,0.2%的抑菌剂,2%的抑菌增效剂,2%的调酸剂,去离子水加至100%。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的多功能纺丝油剂,其特征在于所述抗静电剂是脂肪醇聚醚磷酸酯钾盐。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的多功能纺丝油剂,其特征在于所述脂肪醇聚醚磷酸酯钾盐的脂肪醇烷基数为12个。
5.根据权利要求1-3所述的多功能纺丝油剂,其特征在于所述脂肪醇聚醚磷酸酯钾盐的聚醚环氧乙烷加成数为8。
6.根据权利要求1-2所述的多功能纺丝油剂,其特征在于所述乳化剂是月桂酸聚氧乙烯(4)酯。
7.根据权利要求1-2所述的多功能纺丝油剂,其特征在于所述聚醚硅油的无修饰硅氧烷聚合度为120,侧链聚醚修饰硅氧烷聚合度为40;侧链聚醚中,环氧乙烷加成数为17,环氧丙烷加成数为20。
8.根据权利要求1-2所述的多功能纺丝油剂,其特征在于所述抑菌剂是对氯间二甲苯酚。
9.根据权利要求1-2所述的多功能纺丝油剂,其特征在于所述抑菌增效剂是苯氧基乙醇。
10.根据权利要求1-2所述的多功能纺丝油剂,其特征在于所述调酸剂是柠檬酸。
11.根据权利要求1-10所述的多功能纺丝油剂,其制备方法如下:按所述重量百分比,将去离子水加至反应釜内,加热至75-80℃;启动搅拌,搅拌转速120-150转/分钟;依次加入抗静电剂、乳化剂、聚醚硅油,搅拌10-15分钟,使各组分溶解混合均匀;冷却降温至45-50℃;依次加入抑菌剂、抑菌增效剂、调酸剂,搅拌10-15分钟,使各组分溶解混合均匀;冷却至室温;卸料。
