Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有蓄热保健功能的纤维织物由纤维织物、蓄热保健溶液由:三羟基乙烷、十水硼酸钠、十水碳酸钠、太赫兹波活性水、蒸馏水组成,后整理工艺:A):将纤维织物用蒸馏水蒸煮,蒸煮后用蒸馏水洗净,然后进行烘干处理;B):将所述的纤维织物放入所述的蓄热保健剂溶液中浸渍;然后取出所述的纤维织物进行烘干,等织物凉至室温后用太赫兹波活性水喷洒一次,晾干即可。使用本发明织物蓄热效果更佳,相变温度稳定,产品增加温度大于5‑8度,除了具有常规的蓄热功能外,更有促进人体末梢血管的扩张,促进组织机能的恢复,改善血液微循环,去除乳酸等疲劳物质改善新陈代谢,缓解肌肉疼痛,使神经系统得到松弛。特别是自律性神经细胞的运动机能改善,缓和身体的关节、腰等部位疼痛等保健功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及具有蓄热保健功能的织物,特别涉及具有蓄热保健功能的纤维织物,属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术:
目前市面上的保暖织物很多,主要有用远红外线或蓄热剂处理的;经过处理的服装具有增加保暖的功能,但也存在一些缺点,如用蓄热剂处理织物主要是通过固-固相变蓄热,固-固蓄热剂主要含有有机-或无机相变化合物,使用后具有保暖性能好,重量轻等特点,但存在相变保温不稳定,传导性差等缺点。
太赫兹波是上个世纪80年代中后期,才被正式命名,是指频率在0.1THz到10THz范围,波长在0.03到3mm范围的太阳光波。近年已成世界许多发达国家的研究热点。2004年美国政府把太赫兹波技术评为“改变未来世界的十大技术”之四;日本于2005年将其列为“国家支柱十大重点战略目标”之首。太赫兹人体活性水跟现有的远红外线治疗身体全然不同的全新技术。织物使用太赫兹波处理后,通过其吸收并辐射的太赫兹波能促进人体末梢血管的扩张,促进组织机能的恢复,改善血液微循环,增加人体代谢热量,同时能去除乳酸等疲劳物质改善新陈代谢,缓解肌肉疼痛,使神经系统得到松弛。特别是自律性神经细胞的运动机能改善,缓和身体的关节、腰等部位疼痛,具有很强的保健功能,有人称太核慈波为“生命之光”。
本发明提供了一种蓄热保健功能的纤维织物,使用本专利织物蓄热效果更佳,相变温度稳定,实测产品比同类产品增加温度大于5-8度以上,即除了具有常规的蓄热功能外,更有促进人体末梢血管的扩张,促进组织机能的恢复,改善血液微循环,去除乳酸等疲劳物质改善新陈代谢,缓解肌肉疼痛,使神经系统得到松弛。特别是自律性神经细胞的运动机能改善,缓和身体的关节、腰等部位疼痛等保健功能。
发明内容
本发明提供一种蓄热性能的纤维织物,由纤维织物、蓄热保健溶液组成,所述的纤维是指动物纤维,包含羊绒纤维、羊毛纤维;植物纤维特指棉纤维,麻纤维;化学纤维特指晴纶纤维、涤纶纤维、氨纶纤维;所述的织物是指针织织物和梭织织物;所述的蓄热保健溶液由三羟基乙烷(C5H12O3)、十水硼酸钠(Na3B4o7.10H2O)、十水碳酸钠(Na2Co3.10H2O)、太赫兹波活性水(为日本SantaMineral生产的A-20A-CA)组成;所述的太赫慈波活性水是经频率在0.1THz到10THz范围,波长在0.03到3mm范围的太核慈波处理的活性水,其特征是这种水能辐射出波长4-16mm,法向发射率80%-90%的太核慈波,具有促进人体末梢血管的扩张,促进组织机能的恢复,改善血液微循环,去除乳酸等疲劳物质改善新陈代谢,缓解肌肉疼痛,使神经系统得到松弛,缓和身体的关节、腰等部位疼痛,具有很强的保健功能;蓄热保健溶液配制:其按重量比配方为:三羟基乙烷23-35%、十水硼酸钠13-18%、十水碳酸钠8-16%、太赫兹波活性水2-10%、蒸馏水35-50%;工艺:将三羟基乙烷加入蒸馏水、搅拌,待其彻底溶解后逐步加入十水硼酸钠、十水碳酸钠、搅拌,待其彻底溶解,静置30分钟,然后在不断搅拌下缓慢滴加太赫兹波活性水,在20℃~25℃下持续搅拌至少15-30分钟直至得到蓄热保健剂溶液备用;后整理工艺:A):将纤维织物用75℃~105℃的蒸馏水蒸煮至少05-1小时,蒸煮后用蒸馏水洗净,然后进行烘干处理,烘干温度范围为45℃~65℃;B):将所述的纤维织物放入所述的蓄热保健剂溶液中,浴比为1∶25~35,浸渍时间至少1小时;然后取出所述的纤维织物进行烘干处理,烘干温度范围为45℃~75℃,等织物凉至室温后用太赫兹波活性水喷洒一次,用量2-10ml/M2,晾干即可。
本发明的有益效果:一种蓄热保健功能的羊绒织物,使用本专利织物蓄热效果更佳,相变温度稳定,实测产品比同类产品增加温度大于6度以上,即除了具有常规的蓄热功能外,更有促进人体末梢血管的扩张,促进组织机能的恢复,改善血液微循环,去除乳酸等疲劳物质改善新陈代谢,缓解肌肉疼痛,使神经系统得到松弛。特别是自律性神经细胞的运动机能改善,缓和身体的关节、腰等部位疼痛等保健功能。
具体实施方式
具有蓄热保健功能的纤维织物由纤维织物、蓄热保健溶液组成,蓄热保健溶液配制:其按重量比配方为:三羟基乙烷之3-35%、十水硼酸钠13-18%、十水碳酸钠8-16%、太赫兹波活性水2-10%、蒸馏水35-50%;工艺:将三羟基乙烷加入蒸馏水、搅拌,待其彻底溶解后逐步加入十水硼酸钠、十水碳酸钠、搅拌,待其彻底溶解,静置30分钟,然后在不断搅拌下缓慢滴加太赫兹波活性水,在20℃~25℃下持续搅拌至少15-30分钟直至得到蓄热保健剂溶液备用;后整理工艺:A):将纤维织物用75℃~105℃的蒸馏水蒸煮至少05-1小时,蒸煮后用蒸馏水洗净,然后进行烘干处理,烘干温度范围为45℃~65℃;B):将所述的纤维织物放入所述的蓄热保健剂溶液中,浴比为1∶25~35,浸渍时间至少1小时;然后取出所述的纤维织物进行烘干处理,烘干温度范围为45℃~75℃,等织物凉至室温后用太赫兹波活性水喷洒一次,用量2-10ml/M2,晾干即可。
Claims (1)
