Abstract

本发明提出一种发汗面料及其制造方法,解决现有发汗服的发汗面料发汗效果差、容易导致皮肤过敏等皮肤病等问题。该面料包括中间的基层、涂覆于该基层正面的拒水层、涂覆于该基层反面的聚热层;所述拒水层的含量为面料总质量的5%‑30%,均匀涂覆在基层的正面;所述聚热层的含量为面料总质量的5%‑30%,均匀涂覆在基层的反面。本发明将PU胶和引发混合后均匀铺开制成的聚热层,不仅能够起到闷汗、加快出汗的效果,而且银粉连成一片后,形成一具有很强热反射能力的涂层,既能阻挡外界紫外线照射对皮肤的伤害,而且能反射皮肤表面散发的热量,使得热量聚集在聚热层与皮肤之间,提高聚热发汗的效果。

技术领域
本发明属于服装领域,尤其涉及了一种发汗纺织面料和生产工艺及其制成的发汗服。
背景技术
现代科技的发展使得社会从物质匮乏变成相对富足,各种食品的加工也更加美味、精致,而食品的高脂肪、高蛋白、高糖份使得现代人患肥胖症成为普遍现象,肥胖是导致心脏病、高血压、糖尿病等心脑血管疾病的主要诱因之一,已成为健康的头号杀手。据有关数据统计,肥胖越来越低龄化,因肥胖引起的疾病的平均年龄也在低龄化,对于减肥,主要方法有药物、抽脂手术、控制饮食以及体育锻炼等方法,其中以体育锻炼效果最佳,但是由于现代生活节奏快,高昂的物价、房价等让年轻人没有富余的时间进行体育运动,而短时间的运动出汗少、体温升高有限,无法燃烧掉多余的热量的脂肪,使得人们对于运动减肥心有余而力不足。
在现在社会中,各种废弃排放超标,人体内的有毒物质主要来源于两个途径:一是大气与水源中的污染物,通过呼吸及进餐侵入人体内,铅、铝、汞等重金属就是其代表;另一个是食物在体内代谢后的废物。据了解,皮肤是排泄毒素的主要途径,主要通过出汗的方式,让毒素随汗液排出体外。
为了给过于肥胖又不方便运动的人们及时排出体内多余的热量和脂肪,人们发明了桑拿房,通过高温增强刺激人体体肤,能够促进血液循环、增加排汗、缓解压力、放松神经,对健康很有好处。据了解,桑拿时,人全身裸体置身于恒定的高热雾气之中,通过大量的排汗散热,肌肤毛细血管充分扩张,血液循环加快,体内的组织细胞得到更多的氧气和营养,淤积于体内的过多脂肪废物和乳酸等也被迅速排出体外。因此,蒸桑拿具有疏通血脉、松弛神经、驱除疲劳,改善浮肿和肩部酸痛等健身功效,同时它还能加速皮肤新陈代谢,增加皮肤的弹性和光洁度。
但是桑拿需要特定的环境,一般家庭里面并没有桑拿房,因此,申请人在早些时候研发了一种发汗减肥服,通过闷汗、热反射等方式使得人们在短时间慢跑等运动中产生大量汗水,起到桑拿的效果,而且更加有利健康。市面上目前有一些发汗服,采用一些不环保材料,虽然能够起到发汗效果,但是由于发汗服与人体皮肤直接接触,也导致了一些皮肤病等问题的产生。
发明内容
本发明提出一种发汗面料及其制造方法,解决现有发汗服的发汗面料发汗效果差、容易导致皮肤过敏等皮肤病等问题。
本发明技术方案如下:
一种发汗面料,该面料包括中间的基层、涂覆于该基层正面的拒水层、涂覆于该基层反面的聚热层;
所述拒水层的含量为面料总质量的5%-30%,均匀涂覆在基层的正面;所述聚热层的含量为面料总质量的5%-30%,均匀涂覆在基层的反面。
进一步的,所述基层为纺织材料经过针织、梭织组成的纺织面料。
再进一步的,所述基层为采用100%含量的涤纶50D/72F梭织而成的春亚纺面料。
进一步的,所述聚热层的聚热浆料主要由PU胶和银粉按比例混合搅拌均匀构成。
进一步的,所述拒水层的拒水浆料主要由纳米氟构成。
一种制作上述的发汗面料的方法,包括以下步骤:
一、整理基层:将作为基层的纺织面料经过漂洗、单面染色、定型工艺处理后备用;
二、制作聚热层转印纸:将PU胶和银粉按比例混合搅拌均匀制成聚热浆料,然后将配置好的聚热浆料均匀涂覆到转印纸上,制成聚热浆层转印纸备用;
三、在转印纸的聚热浆面添加凝胶剂然后将转印纸贴在纺织面料的反面,然后进行烘干,等待居然浆层凝固定型后撕下转印纸;
四、将光触媒均匀喷洒在聚热层上,然后经过紫外线照射24小时以上,去除纺织面料上的甲醛、苯等污染物,并进行清洗、烘干,烘干温度在110-150℃;
五、在步骤四得到的面料的正面均匀喷涂纳米氟防水剂;经过干燥工艺后,再经过150℃以上高温定型。
进一步的,所述聚热浆料中银粉的重量比含量为50%-90%。
进一步的,所述纳米氟防水剂的喷涂和干燥工艺包括先将纳米氟防水剂在静电机进行静电处理,然后再喷涂到面料的正面上,接着将喷涂有纳米氟防水剂的面料进行低温处理,温度为-10℃-0℃;最后在真空环境下对低温的面料进行热辐射,并用冷凝器将升华的液体排出。
通过以上描述可知,本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明具有如下优点:
本发明的发汗面料的聚热层采用PU胶和银粉按比例混合构成,PU胶具有无毒、无谓、环保和密封的特点,银粉具有抗菌的功能,将PU胶和引发混合后均匀铺开制成的聚热层,不仅能够起到闷汗、加快出汗的效果,而且银粉连成一片后,形成一具有很强热反射能力的涂层,既能阻挡外界紫外线照射对皮肤的伤害,而且能反射皮肤表面散发的热量,使得热量聚集在聚热层与皮肤之间,提高聚热发汗的效果。

三、在转印纸的聚热浆面添加凝胶剂然后将转印纸贴在纺织面料的反面,然后进行烘干,等待居然浆层凝固定型后撕下转印纸;
四、将光触媒均匀喷洒在聚热层上,然后经过紫外线照射24小时以上,去除纺织面料上的甲醛、苯等污染物,并进行清洗、烘干,烘干温度在110-150℃;
五、在步骤四得到的面料的正面均匀喷涂纳米氟防水剂;经过干燥工艺后,再经过150℃以上高温定型。
本发明中,所述纳米氟防水剂的喷涂和干燥工艺包括先将纳米氟防水剂在静电机进行静电处理,然后再喷涂到面料的正面上,接着将喷涂有纳米氟防水剂的面料进行低温处理,温度为-10℃-0℃;最后在真空环境下对低温的面料进行热辐射,并用冷凝器将升华的液体排出。

3.如权利要求2所述的一种发汗面料,其特征在于:所述基层为采用100%含量的涤纶50D/72F梭织而成的春亚纺面料。
