Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀装饰面板,包括涂料层、填充层和加强层,所述的加强层厚度为耐腐蚀装饰面板的20~40%,所述的填充层的厚度为耐腐蚀装饰面板的50~80%;所述加强层为金属板;所述的填充层为木塑材料,所述的涂料层为防腐涂料。本发明所得产品可充分发挥工程塑料尼龙的高强度特性,弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量等力学性能得到显著提升。同时,本发明所述建筑墙板由较薄的金属层与木塑材料层结合使用,具有较高的强度。同时采用了自制的涂料,可以有效的防腐、防虫蛀。

Description

一种耐腐蚀装饰面板
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,涉及一种耐腐蚀装饰面板。
背景技术
随着环境破坏日益严重,原木资源作为一种不可再生资源已变得越来越珍贵缺乏。为了减少人们对原木资源的依赖,将废旧家具木材、树枝枝桠材粉碎去杂后,热磨成纤维料,然后通过与胶粘剂混合后,对混合料进行铺装、热压成型,采用该生产方法制造的人造纤维复合板,在一定程度上减少了人们对原木资源的依赖,有利于改善生态环境,但是由于废旧家具木材、树枝枝桠中含有较多细菌,采用这些原材料制造的人造纤维复合板在使用过程中,很容易引发蛀虫,对复合板造成破坏。
为了防止虫蛀,已有学者进行了相应的研究,例如,公开号为CN101766165A的专利“安全防蛀剂”公开了一种安全防蛀剂,由三甲基降冰片、肉桂醇类物、溴氰菊酯、滑石粉混合组成。公开号为CN101532328B的专利“一种防蛀、防火的玻纤面石膏板及其制备方法”公开了一种防蛀、防火的玻纤面石膏板及其制备方法。包括以石膏胶凝材料构成的中间基层,在中间基层的外侧用玻纤网涂布形成的玻纤面,配料时各成分的含量分别为重量份数:半水石膏粉1000份;胶黏剂30-35份;玻璃纤维20-45份;玻璃纤维网格布75-90份;水730-850份。然后确没有一个简单有效的防虫蛀的解决方案。
工程塑料尼龙由于其高强度,一般可作为结构材料,可广泛应用于汽车、建筑、电子电器、航空航天等领域。传统的木塑复合材料使用PVC、PE、PP三大通用塑料作为基材,强度不高,只能应用于性能要求不高的场所,一般弯曲强度不超过50MPa,无法作为结构用材使用。
有不少研究者研究将尼龙作为基材生产木塑复合材料,但由于尼龙的熔点一般超过220℃,而木纤维中除含有耐高温的纤维素(热降解起始温度超过250℃),还含有热降解起始温度低于200℃的半纤维素、木质素,加工温度不匹配,降解严重,故一般将尼龙和纤维素或纳米纤维素等混合挤出或注塑,生产成本较高,并且制备纤维素或纳米纤维素需要消耗较多能源,污染环境。
而有相关文献指出用氯化锂改性尼龙6的熔点可降到200℃以下,但并未发现将改性后的低熔点尼龙作为基材生产木塑,本课题组利用金属卤化物改性的低熔点尼龙木塑其弯曲强度超过120MPa,可部分取代结构用材。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术中的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种耐腐蚀装饰面板。
技术方案:本发明提供了一种耐腐蚀装饰面板,包括涂料层、填充层和加强层,所述的加强层厚度为耐腐蚀装饰面板的20~40%,所述的填充层的厚度为耐腐蚀装饰面板的50~80%;所述加强层为金属板;所述的填充层为木塑材料,所述的涂料层为防腐涂料。
所述的防腐涂料其组成包括甲基丙烯酸甲酯24份、电木粉30份、乙酸乙酯18份、乙二醇单乙醚25份、柠檬烯15份、邻苯二甲酸酐8份、助剂1.5份、云母粉12份和颜料2份。
所述的助剂包括消泡剂0.5份、流平剂0.5份、湿润剂0.5份。
所述的木塑材料为低熔点尼龙木塑,包含如下组分且各组分的重量份数分别为:低熔点尼龙20-95份、木纤维5-80份、扩链剂1-10份、润滑剂1-8份、颜料1-6份。
所述的低熔点尼龙由尼龙和金属卤化物组成,两者的质量百分比为:尼龙50~98%,金属卤化物2~50%。
所述的尼龙为尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙12、尼龙610、尼龙1010的一种或几种。
所述的金属卤化物为氯化钙、氯化锂、氯化铁、氯化铜的一种或几种。
所述的扩链剂为异氰酸酯类、环氧树脂类。
所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸、金属皂类、脂肪酰胺类。
本发明的木塑材料较为特殊,使得本发明所述建筑墙板具有高强度,因此,还提供了上述低熔点尼龙木塑的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将低熔点尼龙、木纤维、扩链剂、润滑剂、颜料在混料机中混合并经造粒机造粒;将造粒料经注塑机注塑或挤出机挤出成型。
上述步骤中,所述低熔点尼龙的获得方法包括如下步骤:
将尼龙、金属卤化物分别在烘箱中烘干至含水率0.1%以下;再将尼龙、金属卤化物在混料机中混合,后在造粒机中造粒,温度设置为180-280℃。
进一步的,所述低熔点尼龙的获得方法包括如下步骤:将尼龙、金属卤化物分别在烘箱中烘干至含水率0.1%以下;将金属卤化物在球磨机中球磨后,过40目以上筛网备用;将尼龙、金属卤化物在密炼机中混合,温度设定210-280℃,混炼时间3-10分钟;混炼后的低熔点尼龙在破碎机中破碎。
本发明还提供了涂料的制备方法:将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、电木粉和乙酸乙酯加入反应釜中进行搅拌,搅拌过程中升温至120-150℃,再加入乙二醇单乙醚和柠檬烯,继续升温至230-240℃,保持30分钟;然后降温至90-120℃,加入邻苯二甲酸酐,在温度150-180℃范围内保持脂化,保温7~10小时后,再加入助剂、云母粉和颜料搅拌混匀,最后冷却至室温并静置1周后得到成品。
有益效果:本发明所得产品可充分发挥工程塑料尼龙的高强度特性,弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量等力学性能得到显著提升。同时,本发明所述建筑墙板由较薄的金属层与木塑材料层结合使用,具有较高的强度。同时采用了自制的涂料,可以有效的防腐、防虫蛀。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
1、将尼龙6、氯化锂分别在烘箱中烘干至含水率0.1%以下,将氯化锂在球磨机中球磨后,过100目筛网。以下组分的重量份数分别为:尼龙6:95份;氯化锂:5份,将两者在密炼机中混合5分钟,温度设定240℃,混炼后的低熔点尼龙6在破碎机中破碎。
2、以下组分的重量分数分别为:低熔点尼龙6:50份、木纤维:40份、异氰酸酯扩链剂:5份、硬脂酸:3份、氧化铁红:2份。将上述物料在混料机中混合并经造粒机造粒,造粒料挤出成型,得到木塑材料。
3、将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、电木粉和乙酸乙酯加入反应釜中进行搅拌,搅拌速度200转/分钟,搅拌过程中升温至150℃,再加入乙二醇单乙醚和柠檬烯,继续升温至230℃,保持30分钟;然后降温至100℃,加入邻苯二甲酸酐,在温度150℃范围内保持脂化,保温8小时后,再加入消泡剂、流平剂、湿润剂、云母粉、和颜料搅拌混匀,最后冷却至室温并静置1周后得到涂料。
4、以不锈钢板为基层,上下两侧填充步骤2所得到的木塑材料,最后涂上步骤3所得到的涂料,即得耐腐蚀装饰面板。
实施例2
1、将尼龙66、氯化钙分别在烘箱中烘干至含水率0.1%以下,将氯化钙在球磨机中球磨后,过100目筛网,以下组分的重量份数分别为:尼龙66:85份;氯化锂:15份,将两者在密炼机中混合6分钟,温度设定260℃,混炼后的低熔点尼龙66在破碎机中破碎。
2、以下组分的重量分数分别为:低熔点尼龙66:80份、木纤维:15份、硬脂酸锌:3份、氧化铁黄:2份。将上述物料在混料机中混合并经造粒机造粒,造粒料注塑成型。得到木塑材料。
3、将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、电木粉和乙酸乙酯加入反应釜中进行搅拌,搅拌速度200转/分钟,搅拌过程中升温至150℃,再加入乙二醇单乙醚和柠檬烯,继续升温至230℃,保持30分钟;然后降温至100℃,加入邻苯二甲酸酐,在温度150℃范围内保持脂化,保温8小时后,再加入消泡剂、流平剂、湿润剂、云母粉、和颜料搅拌混匀,最后冷却至室温并静置1周后得到涂料。
4、以不锈钢板为基层,上下两侧填充步骤2所得到的木塑材料,最后涂上步骤3所得到的涂料,即得耐腐蚀装饰面板。
应用例
取本发明上述各个实施例所制得的涂料。然后将其置入不同环境中,其结果见下表。
可以看出采用发明所提供的涂料可以有效防腐、防蛀,且防翘曲功能也是非常优秀。

Claims (9)

1.一种耐腐蚀装饰面板,其特征在于包括涂料层、填充层和加强层,所述的加强层厚度为耐腐蚀装饰面板的20~40%,所述的填充层的厚度为耐腐蚀装饰面板的50~80%;所述加强层为金属板;所述的填充层为木塑材料,所述的涂料层为防腐涂料。
2.如权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀装饰面板,其特征在于所述的防腐涂料其组成包括甲基丙烯酸甲酯24份、电木粉30份、乙酸乙酯18份、乙二醇单乙醚25份、柠檬烯15份、邻苯二甲酸酐8份、助剂1.5份、云母粉12份和颜料2份。
3.如权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀装饰面板,其特征在于所述的助剂包括消泡剂0.5份、流平剂0.5份、湿润剂0.5份。
4.如权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀装饰面板,其特征在于,所述的木塑材料为低熔点尼龙木塑,包含如下组分且各组分的重量份数分别为:低熔点尼龙20-95份、木纤维5-80份、扩链剂1-10份、润滑剂1-8份、颜料1-6份。
5.如权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀装饰面板,其特征在于所述的低熔点尼龙由尼龙和金属卤化物组成,两者的质量百分比为:尼龙50~98%,金属卤化物2~50%。
6.如权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀装饰面板,其特征在于所述的尼龙为尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙12、尼龙610、尼龙1010的一种或几种。
7.如权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀装饰面板,其特征在于所述的金属卤化物为氯化钙、氯化锂、氯化铁、氯化铜的一种或几种。
8.如权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀装饰面板,其特征在于所述的扩链剂为异氰酸酯类、环氧树脂类。
9.如权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀装饰面板,其特征在于所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸、金属皂类、脂肪酰胺类。
