Abstract
本发明公开了一种萘二酸铜配合物及其制备方法。其化学式为[Cu(32AA)(H2O)],其中32AA为3‑(羧甲氧基)‑2萘甲酸。本发明提供的铜配合物为二价铜与3‑(羧甲氧基)‑2萘甲酸通过溶剂热法得到。本发明的配合物是经过分子自组装而成的单晶配合物。所述配合物合成原料易得,成本低,纯度大,且该配合物易制备,高产率,高稳定性及高结晶度。另外,该配合物在磁学领域具有非常好的潜在应用价值。

本发明属于配位化学领域,具体涉及萘二酸铜配合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
配合物不仅有着新颖多样的结构,更重要的是它们的性质在气体吸附与存储、药物运输、磁性、铁电、催化、传感等方面具有潜在的应用价值(L. H. Cao, Y. L. Wei, Y.Yang, H. Xu, S. Q. Zang, H. W. Hou, T. C. W. Mak, Cryst. Growth Des. 2014,14, 1827-1838; N. B. Li, J. Y. Zhang, Dalton Trans. 2015, 44, 1800-1804)。进入新世纪,随着科技和社会的快速发展,能源短缺,环境污染等问题日益引起人类的关注,研究和开发新型功能材料显得日益重要,因此也激发了科学家们对配合物功能性研究的热潮。
羧酸类配体因其灵活多变的配位模式而广泛应用于构筑功能配合物。羧基带一个负电荷,并且有两个可与金属离子配位的氧原子;能与金属离子鳌合,形成稳定的呈电中性的配位聚合物网络骨架。另外羧酸还可以根据去质子化或配位程度的不同,提供氢键的给体或受体。有时同一个多羧酸配体可以部分去质子,同时提供氢键的给体和受体,进行配位键和氢键驱动的超分子的自组装。因此本发明提供了一种3-(羧甲氧基)-2萘甲酸为有机配体与铜配位得到了一种新型的具有一维(ID)结构的配位聚合物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种萘二酸铜配合物及其制备方法。
本发明提供一种萘二酸铜配合物,分子式为:C13H10CuO6,化学式为[Cu(32AA)(H2O)],其中32AA为3-(羧甲氧基)-2萘甲酸,32AA分子式如图1。
本发明提供的萘二酸铜配合物主要采取以下技术方案:
将3-(羧甲氧基)-2萘甲酸(32AA)有机配体、二价的铜金属盐和碱(碱土)金属氢氧化物以一定比例的物质的量溶于水中,并加入一定量的有机溶剂,然后将混合液置于四氟乙烯的反应釜中。最后,将反应釜转移到电热鼓风干燥箱中加热一段时间后,缓慢降至室温,冷却析出颗粒状晶体。
然后将得到的晶体产品进行单晶X射线衍射在PC机上用SHELXXTL程序包解析确定其晶体结构(图2-图5)。并检测了此配合物的红外光谱图如图6。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例作详细的说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
本发明的目的在于提供一种萘二酸铜配合物及其制备方法,其分子式为:C13H10CuO6,化学式为[Cu(32AA)(H2O)],其中32AA为3-(羧甲氧基)-2萘甲酸。
为实现上述目的,将(0.074 g, 0.3 mmol ) 3-(羧甲氧基)-2萘甲酸(32AA)有机配体、(0.037 g, 0.3 mmol) 高氯酸铜和 (0.024 g, 0.6 mmol) 氢氧化钠分别加入聚四氟乙烯的反应釜中,并加入4毫升蒸馏水和6毫升的甲醇溶液。最后,将反应釜转移到电热鼓风干燥箱中加热160度,加热三天后缓慢降至室温,冷却析出颗粒状晶体。然后将得到的晶体产品进行单晶X射线衍射在PC机上用SHELXXTL程序包解析确定其晶体结构。最后得到的此配合物的晶体学参数见表1。

图2是由单晶衍射法得到的萘二酸铜配合物中以铜为中心的晶体配位结构图。在不对称单元中有一个铜原子,两个32AA配体和一个自由水分子。其中二价铜离子是六配位的稍微倾斜的八面体构型与两个32AA配体的五个氧原子和一个配位水中的氧原子配位。
图3是铜配合物中沿晶体轴b轴向外延伸的一维链状结构图。如图所示,每一个相邻的铜通过32AA配体中的羧基氧原子首尾相连形成的沿晶体轴b轴向外延伸的一维链状结构图。
Claims (7)
1.一种萘二酸铜配合物,分子式为:C13H10CuO6,化学式为[Cu(32AA)(H2O)],其中32AA为3-(羧甲氧基)-2萘甲酸,其特征在于合成步骤为:将一定比例的3-(羧甲氧基)-2萘甲酸(32AA)有机配体、二价的铜金属盐和碱(碱土)金属氢氧化物溶于一定量的水和有机溶剂中,然后将反应混合液转移到反应釜中加热完成后缓慢降至室温、过滤、静置、析出目标产物并确定其晶体结构。
2.根据权利要求书 1 所述的一种萘二酸铜配合物的制备方法,其特征在于所选的二价的铜金属盐为氯化铜,硫酸铜,高氯酸铜,硝酸铜中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求书 1 所述的一种萘二酸铜配合物的制备方法,其特征在于所使用的3-(羧甲氧基)-2萘甲酸(32AA)有机配体、二价的铜金属盐和氢氧化钠的比例为 0.1~3.5 :0.1~3.5 : 0.1~3.5 : 0.1~3.5。
4.根据权利要求书 1 所述的一种萘二酸铜配合物的制备方法,其特征在于所选的温度范围从室温到 200 摄氏度。
5.根据权利要求书 1 所述的一种萘二酸铜配合物的制备方法,其特征在于所需要的反应时间范围从 0.4 小时到 168 小时。
6.根据权利要求书 1 所述的一种萘二酸铜配合物的制备方法,其特征在于所选的有机溶剂为含碳原子数为 1-10 的单醇、双醇、三醇或多羟基醇、丙酮、 乙酸乙酯、二甲基亚砜、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、硝基甲烷、四氢呋喃、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、石油醚、苯、甲苯的单一溶剂或混合溶剂。
7.根据权利要求书 1 所述的一种萘二酸铜配合物的制备方法,其特征在于所选的碱(碱土)金属氢氧化物为氢氧化锂,氢氧化钠,氢氧化钾,氢氧化铷,氢氧化銫,氢氧化镁,氢氧化钙,氢氧化锶,氢氧化钡的单一氢氧化物或混合氢氧化物。
