本发明公开一种施工用吊机,包括底座、支撑筒、套筒和吊臂,所述支撑筒设在底座上,所述支撑筒与底座可拆卸连接,所述套筒设在支撑筒上,所述套筒与支撑筒铰接,所述吊臂设在套筒内,所述套筒上设置有固定旋钮,所述吊臂上设置有通孔,所述固定旋钮与通孔连接,所述吊臂前端安装有滑轮,所述套筒末端安装有转盘,所述转盘上设置有钢丝绳,所述转盘通过钢丝绳与滑轮连接,所述支撑筒上设置有伸缩机构,所述伸缩机构分别与套筒和支撑筒铰接,该施工用吊机结构强度高,稳定性好,使用方便,容易安装拆卸。

一种施工用吊机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种施工用吊机。
背景技术
吊机的动力装置由电动机、减速器、离合器、制动器、绳筒及钢丝绳等组成。电动机为傍磁式单相电容电动机,设计有断电即制动的机构;电机还装有热敏开关,可防止电机过热而烧毁;减速机为两级齿轮减速,固连于电机;离合器、制动器与蝇筒装为一体,但离合器处于脱离状态时,可实现快速下降,操作制动器可控制下降速度以避免发生冲击。动力装置外壳正面所开的圆孔可用来安装吹风机,用户可根据需要配备吹风机进行强制冷却。支架部分由螺杆,千斤螺母及立杆构成的主杆和转动臂组成。转动臂可在主杆上转动360度,在臂端设有行程开关以防操作失误或按钮失灵而造成的起吊过位事故。操作按钮起动器实现电机正反转可将钢丝绳卷绕、放开,并通过支架部分滑轮起吊,下放物件来完成吊运作业。
目前现有的吊机结构复杂,安装不方便,不容易维护拆卸,结构强度不高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构强度高,稳定性好,使用方便,容易安装拆卸的施工用吊机。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种施工用吊机,包括底座、支撑筒、套筒和吊臂,所述支撑筒设在底座上,所述支撑筒与底座可拆卸连接,所述套筒设在支撑筒上,所述套筒与支撑筒铰接,所述吊臂设在套筒内,所述套筒上设置有固定旋钮,所述吊臂上设置有通孔,所述固定旋钮与通孔连接,所述吊臂前端安装有滑轮,所述套筒末端安装有转盘,所述转盘上设置有钢丝绳,所述转盘通过钢丝绳与滑轮连接,所述支撑筒上设置有伸缩机构,所述伸缩机构分别与套筒和支撑筒铰接。
作为优选,所述钢丝绳末端设置有吊钩。
作为优选,所述底座上设置有加强筋。
作为优选,所述加强筋与底座焊接。
作为优选,所述通孔呈等距分布。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的底座上有加强筋保持结构强度高,支撑筒与底座可拆卸连接保持安装方便;设置的伸缩机构方便调节套筒和支撑筒的角度,保持使用方便;设置的固定旋钮与通孔连接,方便调节吊臂的长度。

如图1所示,一种施工用吊机,包括底座1、支撑筒2、套筒3和吊臂4,所述支撑筒2设在底座1上,所述支撑筒2与底座1可拆卸连接,所述套筒3设在支撑筒2上,所述套筒3与支撑筒2铰接,所述吊臂4设在套筒3内,所述套筒3上设置有固定旋钮5,所述吊臂4上设置有通孔6,所述固定旋钮5与通孔6连接,所述吊臂4前端安装有滑轮7,所述套筒3末端安装有转盘8,所述转盘8上设置有钢丝绳9,所述转盘8通过钢丝绳9与滑轮7连接,所述支撑筒2上设置有伸缩机构10,所述伸缩机构10分别与套筒3和支撑筒2铰接。
所述钢丝绳9末端设置有吊钩11,吊钩11方便悬挂货物。
所述底座1上设置有加强筋12,保持结构强度高。
所述加强筋12与底座1焊接,使得结构稳定性好。
所述通孔6呈等距分布,通孔6与固定旋钮5配合方便调节吊臂4的长度。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的底座上有加强筋保持结构强度高,支撑筒与底座可拆卸连接保持安装方便;设置的伸缩机构方便调节套筒和支撑筒的角度,保持使用方便;设置的固定旋钮与通孔连接,方便调节吊臂的长度。

1.一种施工用吊机,其特征在于:包括底座、支撑筒、套筒和吊臂,所述支撑筒设在底座上,所述支撑筒与底座可拆卸连接,所述套筒设在支撑筒上,所述套筒与支撑筒铰接,所述吊臂设在套筒内,所述套筒上设置有固定旋钮,所述吊臂上设置有通孔,所述固定旋钮与通孔连接,所述吊臂前端安装有滑轮,所述套筒末端安装有转盘,所述转盘上设置有钢丝绳,所述转盘通过钢丝绳与滑轮连接,所述支撑筒上设置有伸缩机构,所述伸缩机构分别与套筒和支撑筒铰接。

3.根据权利要求2所述的施工用吊机,其特征在于:所述底座上设置有加强筋。
