本发明公开了一种充气力度可调式汽车用安全气囊,包括汽车方向盘和充气发生装置外壳,所述充气发生装置外壳的左侧设置有滚轴机电开关式重力传感器,所述滚轴机电开关式重力传感器的右侧设置有点火控制电路板,所述点火控制电路板的内部设置有线圈矽钢片式点火器,所述过滤器的外部设置有气体发生剂,所述气体发生剂的上方设置有干燥装置。该充气力度可调式汽车用安全气囊,能够对填充在充气发生装置外壳内部的气体发生剂起到干燥作用,避免气体发生剂长时间处于车室内受潮发生变质的问题,保障了安全气囊在遇紧急情况时顺利弹出,使用安全方便;避免了安全气囊压力过大,对使用者造成伤害的问题。

一种充气力度可调式汽车用安全气囊
技术领域
本发明属于安全气囊技术领域,具体涉及一种充气力度可调式汽车用安全气囊。
背景技术
安全气囊是指撞车时在乘员产生二次碰撞前,使气囊膨胀保护乘员的装置。安全气囊作为座椅安全带的乘员约束装置的辅助装置,被称为安全气囊系统。安全气囊系统是由气囊与充气机构(气体发生器)组成整体式安全气囊模块、感知碰撞并向安全气囊模块发出展开指令的碰撞传感器系统以及传送由传感器发出的信号的线束构成。在汽车发生冲撞时,安全气囊系统对保护驾乘人员的安全十分有效。目前安全气囊系统一般为转向盘单气囊系统,或者双气囊系统。安装有双气囊和安全带预紧器系统的车辆在发生冲撞时,不管速度高低,气囊和安全带预紧器同时动作,因此造成低速冲撞时气囊的浪费,使维修费用增加很多。两次动作的双安全气囊系统,在汽车发生冲撞时,能根据汽车的速度和加速度的大小,自动地选择只使用安全带预紧器动作,还是安全带预紧器和双气囊同时工作。
但是目前市场上的安全气囊不仅结构复杂,而且功能单一,没有设置干燥装置,填充在充气发生装置外壳内部的气体发生剂长时间内可能受潮发生变质,遇紧急情况时不能将安全气囊弹出,使用不安全;没有设置充气力度控制阀,不能根据汽车的减速度相应调节安全气囊的充气力度,安全气囊内过大的气压会对使用者造成伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种充气力度可调式汽车用安全气囊,以解决上述背景技术中提出的填充在充气发生装置外壳内部的气体发生剂容易受潮而变质,影响紧急情况时安全气囊顺利弹出和不能根据汽车的减速度调节安全气囊的充气力度,安全气囊的气压容易对使用者造成较大伤害的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种充气力度可调式汽车用安全气囊,包括汽车方向盘和充气发生装置外壳,所述充气发生装置外壳的左侧设置有滚轴机电开关式重力传感器,所述滚轴机电开关式重力传感器的右侧设置有点火控制电路板,所述点火控制电路板的内部设置有线圈矽钢片式点火器,且点火控制电路板的右侧设置有过滤器,所述过滤器的外部设置有气体发生剂,所述气体发生剂的上方设置有干燥装置,且过滤器的右侧设置有气体发生剂质量检测装置,所述气体发生剂质量检测装置的内部设置有充气力度控制阀,所述汽车方向盘安装在充气发生装置外壳的右侧,且汽车方向盘的右侧设置有安全气囊,所述滚轴机电开关式重力传感器、线圈矽钢片式点火器、气体发生剂质量检测装置、充气力度控制阀和点火控制电路板均与汽车电源电性连接。
优选的,所述汽车方向盘为圆环形结构。
优选的,所述干燥装置共设置有两个,且两个干燥装置均匀安装在充气发生装置外壳的内部。
优选的,所述充气发生装置外壳为圆柱形结构。
优选的,所述汽车方向盘与充气发生装置外壳通过固定装置固定连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该充气力度可调式汽车用安全气囊结构科学合理,操作安全方便,设置了干燥装置,能够对填充在充气发生装置外壳内部的气体发生剂起到干燥作用,避免气体发生剂长时间处于车室内受潮发生变质的问题,保障了安全气囊在遇紧急情况时顺利弹出,使用安全方便;设置了充气力度控制阀,能够根据不同的汽车减速度相应调节安全气囊的充气力度,避免了安全气囊压力过大,对使用者造成伤害的问题。

请参阅图1和图2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种充气力度可调式汽车用安全气囊,包括汽车方向盘5和充气发生装置外壳8,充气发生装置外壳8的左侧设置有滚轴机电开关式重力传感器1,滚轴机电开关式重力传感器1的右侧设置有点火控制电路板11,点火控制电路板11的内部设置有线圈矽钢片式点火器2,且点火控制电路板11的右侧设置有过滤器10,过滤器10的外部设置有气体发生剂3,气体发生剂3的上方设置有干燥装置4,且过滤器10的右侧设置有气体发生剂质量检测装置7,气体发生剂质量检测装置7的内部设置有充气力度控制阀9,汽车方向盘5安装在充气发生装置外壳8的右侧,且汽车方向盘5的右侧设置有安全气囊6,所述滚轴机电开关式重力传感器1、线圈矽钢片式点火器2、气体发生剂质量检测装置7、充气力度控制阀9和点火控制电路板11均与汽车电源电性连接。
汽车方向盘5为圆环形结构;干燥装置4共设置有两个,且两个干燥装置4均匀安装在充气发生装置外壳8的内部;充气发生装置外壳8为圆柱形结;汽车方向盘5与充气发生装置外壳8通过固定装置固定连接。
工作原理:本发明安装好过后,当汽车发生正面碰撞事故时,通过滚轴机电开关式重力传感器1检测到冲击力,若冲击力达到或者超过设定值时,滚轴机电开关式重力传感器1立即触发线圈矽钢片式点火器2点燃气体发生剂3产生大量气体,在短暂时间内将安全气囊6充气,使安全气囊6急剧膨胀,冲破汽车方向盘5,鼓向驾驶员和乘员,使驾驶员和乘员的头部和胸部压在充满气体的安全气囊6上,缓冲对驾驶员和乘员的冲击,随后将气囊中的气体放出。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种充气力度可调式汽车用安全气囊,包括汽车方向盘(5)和充气发生装置外壳(8),其特征在于:所述充气发生装置外壳(8)的左侧设置有滚轴机电开关式重力传感器(1),所述滚轴机电开关式重力传感器(1)的右侧设置有点火控制电路板(11),所述点火控制电路板(11)的内部设置有线圈矽钢片式点火器(2),且点火控制电路板(11)的右侧设置有过滤器(10),所述过滤器(10)的外部设置有气体发生剂(3),所述气体发生剂(3)的上方设置有干燥装置(4),且过滤器(10)的右侧设置有气体发生剂质量检测装置(7),所述气体发生剂质量检测装置(7)的内部设置有充气力度控制阀(9),所述汽车方向盘(5)安装在充气发生装置外壳(8)的右侧,且汽车方向盘(5)的右侧设置有安全气囊(6),所述滚轴机电开关式重力传感器(1)、线圈矽钢片式点火器(2)、气体发生剂质量检测装置(7)、充气力度控制阀(9)和点火控制电路板(11)均与汽车电源电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气力度可调式汽车用安全气囊,其特征在于:所述汽车方向盘(5)为圆环形结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气力度可调式汽车用安全气囊,其特征在于:所述干燥装置(4)共设置有两个,且两个干燥装置(4)均匀安装在充气发生装置外壳(8)的内部。
