Abstract
本发明提供一种不锈卷管生产清洁装置，用于不锈钢管卷管生产使用的清洁器由四块条状侧板和一块底板组合构成一个敞开式盒体，在其中的两块对称设置的侧板上留有下凹的凹槽条。使用时，将两个盒体合拢，让凹槽条对拢形成可穿过钢带的孔槽条，并在盒体内装入浸泡乳化液的棉织物，即可将不锈钢带穿过孔槽条边擦涂杂污边进行卷管。

本发明涉及一种不锈钢管生产清洁装置，具体的说是一种不锈卷管生产清洁装置。
背景技术
在不锈钢卷管生产设备中，由于卷管时先要将不锈钢带通过辊轮输送并拉紧进行卷管，在辊轮输送过程中，很易让不锈钢带粘带杂物和污垢，为了确保卷管后的焊接质量，必须要对不锈钢带上粘带的杂污进行擦除，由于现有设备上缺乏专用的擦除装置，直接对不锈钢管的产品会造成影响。
发明内容
本发明提供一种不锈卷管生产清洁装置，可直接固定在设备上，随设备运行而擦除钢带上的污垢。
本发明包括底板和侧板，所采用的技术方案在于：用于不锈钢管卷管生产使用的清洁器由四块条状侧板和一块底板组合构成一个敞开式盒体，在其中的两块对称设置的侧板上留有下凹的凹槽条。
本发明的有益效果在于：通过上述技术方案，所构成的盒体可直接固定在不锈钢带运行位置，采用上下两个合拢为一体方式，并在盒体内装入含有乳化液的棉织物等物料，让不锈钢带由两个合拢后的凹槽条中穿过，即可让不锈钢带边牵伸运行边将粉沫得到擦除，由此可让不锈钢带在洁净的状况下进行卷管，解决了目前不锈钢卷管设备无法清擦带体脏污的问题，具有结构简单科学，安装后使用效果好，有利提高和稳定产品质量的特点。

具体实施方式
图1所示：用于不锈钢管卷管生产使用的清洁器由四块条状侧板1和一块底板2组合构成一个敞开式盒体，在其中的两块对称设置的侧板1上留有下凹的凹槽条3。
安装使用时，盒体内的含乳化液棉织物4应在合拢后能相互紧贴，由此可让穿过的不锈钢带能紧贴擦除污垢。

1.一种不锈卷管生产清洁装置，包括底板（2）和侧板（1），其特征在于：用于不锈钢管卷管生产使用的清洁器由四块条状侧板（1）和一块底板（2）组合构成一个敞开式盒体，在其中的两块对称设置的侧板（1）上留有下凹的凹槽条（3）。
