Abstract

一种新型清洁刮刀,其基本结构由聚氨酯刀片、L型金属刀架、清洁海绵条或清洁毛刷三部分组成。所述聚氨酯刀片与L型金属刀架加工在一起,聚氨酯刀片的刀口与感光鼓接触,所述清洁海绵条或毛刷粘贴在L型金属刀架的一侧,紧靠充电辊,并在充电辊的压力下稍微变形。工作时充电辊与清洁海绵条或耐磨损毛刷同样产生滑动摩擦,将充电辊上粘附的杂质或碳粉清洁掉。可以在保证对感光鼓的清洁作用不变的前提下实现对充电辊的清洁,结构简单,工作可靠。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种激光硒鼓组件,特别涉及一种新型清洁刮刀。 
背景技术
目前,公知的激光硒鼓一般由感光鼓、充电辊、清洁刮刀、出粉刀、磁辊和注塑件等组件组成。其中清洁刮刀与感光鼓配合,激光硒鼓工作时清洁刮刀起到对感光鼓的清洁作用,被显影到感光鼓上的碳粉经过向纸张转印后会残留一部分在感光鼓上,为了使感光鼓进入下一个工作循环就需要清洁刮刀将感光鼓上的残留碳粉清洁干净。硒鼓在工作过程中有时会有少量碳粉飘出,飘出的碳粉一部分会粘在充电辊的外表面上,造成充电辊工作故障,现存的清洁刮刀结构无法实现对充电辊的清洁,从而影响到激光硒鼓的正常工作,降低了激光硒鼓的打印质量。 
发明内容
因黑色化学粉和彩色碳粉颗粒比较小,外形比较圆,所以在实际中清洁刮刀无法100%清洁感光鼓表面的碳粉,且现有清洁刮刀不能清洁充电辊的不足,本实用新型提供一种新型清洁刮刀,通过在新型清洁刮刀上设计条状海绵条或清洁毛刷实现,实现了在保证原有清洁刮刀对感光鼓清洁能力不变的前提下对充电辊进行清洁的目的。结构上,清洁刮刀与感光鼓紧密接触,对感光鼓进行清洁,充电辊在感光鼓的内侧与感光鼓紧密接触。 
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种清洁刮刀,由L型金属刀架、聚氨酯刀片、清洁海绵条或清洁毛刷三部分组成。所述L型金属刀架的两端设计有定位卡槽和螺钉孔,定位卡槽和螺钉孔用来固定整个清洁刮刀。 
所述聚氨酯刀片与L型金属刀架加工在一起,聚氨酯刀片的形状为扁平长条状,材料为聚氨酯,横截面形状呈现单边梯形。工作时,聚氨酯刀片的刀口与感光鼓接触,通过滑动摩擦将感光鼓上的残留碳粉清洁掉。 
所述清洁海绵条或毛刷粘贴在L型金属刀架的一侧,清洁海绵条选用通孔海绵加工而成,形状为长条状,横截面为矩形,清洁毛刷为两层结构,下层是具有弹性的海绵,上层是耐磨损的毛绒。清洁海绵条或清洁毛刷紧靠充电辊,并在充电辊的压力下稍微变形,通过滑动摩擦,将充电辊上粘附的杂质或碳粉清洁干净。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,可以在保证清洁刮刀对感光鼓的清洁作用不变的前提下实现对充电辊的清洁,结构简单,工作可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,该新型清洁刮刀由L型金属刀架(4)、聚氨酯刀片(1)、清洁海绵条(2)三部分组成,聚氨酯刀片(1)与L型金属刀架(4)加工在一起。聚氨酯刀片(1)扁平呈长条状,材料为聚氨酯,横截面形状呈现单边梯形。清洁海绵条(2)形状为长条状,横截面为矩形,清洁海绵条(2)粘贴在L型金 属刀架(4)的一侧。 
如图2所示,该新型清洁刮刀由聚氨酯刀片(1)、L型金属刀架(4)、清洁毛刷(3)三部分组成。清洁毛刷(3)固定在L型金属刀架(4)的夹角处,清洁毛刷(3)由耐磨损毛绒(10)和弹性密实海绵(7)两部分组成。 
如图3所示,在L型金属刀架(4)的两端设计有定位卡槽(9)和螺钉孔(8),用来固定所述清洁刮刀。 
如图4所示,工作时,聚氨酯刀片(1)的刀口与感光鼓(6)接触,通过滑动摩擦将感光鼓(6)上的残留碳粉清洁掉;清洁海绵条(2)位于L型金属刀架(4)上靠近充电辊(5)的一侧,清洁海绵条(2)的上部与充电辊(5)接触,并在充电辊(5)的压力下产生一定的变形。工作时,充电辊(5)与清洁海绵条(2)同样产生滑动摩擦,将充电辊(5)上粘附的杂质或碳粉清洁掉。 
如图5所示,清洁毛刷(3)粘结在L型金属刀架(4)上,清洁毛刷(3)与充电辊(5)接触,并在充电辊(5)的压力下产生一定的变形。工作时,充电辊(5)与清洁毛刷(3)同样产生滑动摩擦,将充电辊(5)上粘附的杂质或碳粉清洁掉。

1.一种新型清洁刮刀,其特征是:所述由聚氨酯刀片、L型金属刀架、清洁海绵条或清洁毛刷三部分组成,所述聚氨酯刀片与L型金属刀架加工在一起,聚氨酯刀片的刀口与感光鼓接触,所述清洁海绵条或毛刷粘贴在L型金属刀架的一侧,紧靠充电辊,并在充电辊的压力下稍微变形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型清洁刮刀,其特征是:清洁海绵条选用通孔海绵加工而成,形状为长条状,横截面为矩形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型清洁刮刀,其特征是:清洁毛刷由耐磨损毛刷和弹性密实海绵两部分组成,清洁毛刷固定在L型金属刀架夹角处。
