Abstract
一种螺旋式救生滑梯,包括中空的滑梯和支撑架,滑梯的顶端开口处安装可拆卸的阻燃救生通道,阻燃救生通道上设有通道门;支撑架包括底盘和安装在底盘上的支柱,支柱上连接有多个支撑分叉,每个支撑分叉的末端设置有一个固定圈;滑梯穿过所有固定圈放置在支柱上。本发明结构简单,使用方便,安全高效,实用性强,能够更好地保护消防员与受灾者的人身安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种消防救生领域,特别是一种螺旋式救生滑梯。
背景技术
消防安全是目前社会关注的热点。消防安全已经涉及到各行各业、深入到千家万户,与经济发展、社会稳定和人民的生活密切相关。在高层处发生火灾的紧急情况下,疏散通道往往非常拥挤,经常会出现踩踏事件,被困人员难以自救。而且消防员难以很快的进入较高楼层进行救援。
发明内容
本发明提供一种螺旋式救生滑梯,能够有效帮助在火灾中被困在高楼上的受灾者快速脱困,以及消防员能够快速达到受灾楼层进行救援。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种螺旋式救生滑梯,包括中空的滑梯和支撑架,所述滑梯的顶端开口处安装可拆卸的阻燃救生通道,所述阻燃救生通道上设有通道门;所述支撑架包括底盘和安装在所述底盘上的支柱,所述支柱上连接有多个支撑分叉,每个所述支撑分叉的末端设置有一个固定圈;所述滑梯穿过所有固定圈放置在所述支柱上。
所述阻燃救生通道的壁层从外到内依次分为阻燃层、阻气层、缓冲层、隔热层、基底层和平滑层。所述阻燃层由氧化锌、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝和三聚氰胺经混合搅拌后,添加树脂粘合制成;所述阻气层由热塑性树脂构成;所述缓冲层由高密度泡沫构成;所述隔热层由亚麻纤维、聚氯乙烯纤维、玉石纤维、海藻纤维和羊毛混纺制成;所述基底层由聚酯纤维构成;所述平滑层由热塑性弹性体构成。
发明的有益效果是:结构简单,使用方便,安全高效,实用性强,能够更好地保护消防员与受灾者的人身安全。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的技术方案更加清楚明白,下面结合附图具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-3所示,一种螺旋式救生滑梯,包括中空的滑梯1和支撑架2,滑梯1的顶端开口处安装有可拆卸的阻燃救生通道10,阻燃救生通道上10设有通道门101;支撑架2包括底盘21和安装在底盘21上的支柱22,支柱22上连接有多个支撑分叉23,每个支撑分叉23的末端设置有一个固定圈24;滑梯1穿过所有固定圈24放置在支柱22上。
如图4所示,阻燃救生通道10的侧壁的壁层3从外到内依次分为阻燃层31、阻气层32、缓冲层33、隔热层34、基底层35和平滑层36。其中,阻燃层31由氧化锌、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、三聚氰胺经混合搅拌后,添加树脂粘合制成,具有较高的抗火能力,能够避免火灾烧毁滑梯1。阻气层32由热塑性树脂构成,能够阻止火灾产生的烟雾进入滑梯1的通道。缓冲层33由高密度泡沫构成,能够降低滑梯1所受的外部冲击力,起到防震的效果。隔热层34由亚麻纤维、聚氯乙烯纤维、玉石纤维、海藻纤维和羊毛混纺制成,能够隔绝火灾产生高温高热,避免滑梯1过热以致人被烫伤。基底层35由聚酯纤维构成,具有较强的硬度,是整个滑梯1的骨架部分。平滑层36由热塑性弹性体构成,其表面平滑结实,使人能够安全顺利地滑下。
该螺旋式救生滑梯适用于消防队救援高楼火灾,平时可以拆卸掉阻燃救生通道并进行存储,节省空间;需要使用时现在滑梯的上端口装上阻燃救生通道,设置滑梯一直延伸到需要救援的受灾者的窗口或者可以达到的地方,受灾者可以打开通道门,通过阻燃救生通道,进入滑梯内部,顺着滑梯直接滑下,如果受灾者行动不便,消防员也可以沿滑梯到达受灾者所在的地方进行接应。本发明结构简单,使用方便,安全高效,实用性强,能够更好地保护消防员与受灾者的人身安全。

Claims (9)
1.一种螺旋式救生滑梯,包括中空的滑梯(1)和支撑架(2),其特征在于:所述滑梯(1)的顶端开口处安装可拆卸的阻燃救生通道(10);所述支撑架(2)包括底盘(21)和安装在所述底盘(21)上的支柱(22),所述支柱(22)上连接有多个支撑分叉(23),每个所述支撑分叉(23)的末端设置有一个固定圈(24);所述滑梯(1)穿过所有固定圈(24)放置在所述支柱(22)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺旋式救生滑梯,其特征在于:所述阻燃救生通道(10)上设有通道门(101)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种螺旋式救生滑梯,其特征在于:阻燃救生通道(10)的侧壁的壁层(3)从外到内依次为阻燃层(31)、阻气层(32)、缓冲层(33)、隔热层(34)、基底层(35)和平滑层(36)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种螺旋式救生滑梯,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(31)由氧化锌、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝和三聚氰胺经混合搅拌后,添加树脂粘合制成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种螺旋式救生滑梯,其特征在于:所述阻气层(32)由热塑性树脂构成。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种螺旋式救生滑梯,其特征在于:所述缓冲层(33)由高密度泡沫构成。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种螺旋式救生滑梯,其特征在于:所述隔热层(34)由亚麻纤维、聚氯乙烯纤维、玉石纤维、海藻纤维和羊毛混纺制成。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种螺旋式救生滑梯,其特征在于:所述基底层(35)由聚酯纤维构成。
9.根据权利要求3所述的一种螺旋式救生滑梯,其特征在于:所述平滑层(36)由热塑性弹性体构成。
