Abstract
一种阻燃组合式救生滑梯,包括中空的阻燃组合滑梯和支撑架,阻燃组合滑梯由多个单段滑梯顺次连接组成;支撑架包括底盘和安装在底盘上的组合支柱,组合支柱由多个单段支柱连接组成,每个单段支柱上连接有多个支撑分叉,每个支撑分叉的末端设置有一个固定圈;每个单段滑梯均穿过多个固定圈放置在一个单段支柱上。本发明结构简单,使用方便,安全高效,实用性强,能够更好地保护消防员与受灾者的人身安全。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种消防救生领域,特别是一种阻燃组合式救生滑梯。
背景技术
消防安全是目前社会关注的热点。消防安全已经涉及到各行各业、深入到千家万户,与经济发展、社会稳定和人民的生活密切相关。在高层处发生火灾的紧急情况下,疏散通道往往非常拥挤,经常会出现踩踏事件,被困人员难以自救。而且消防员难以很快的进入较高楼层进行救援。
发明内容
本发明提供一种阻燃组合式救生滑梯,能够有效帮助在火灾中被困在高楼上的受灾者快速脱困,以及消防员能够快速达到受灾楼层进行救援。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种阻燃组合式救生滑梯,包括中空的阻燃组合滑梯和支撑架,所述阻燃组合滑梯由多个单段滑梯顺次连接组成;所述支撑架包括底盘和安装在所述底盘上的组合支柱,所述组合支柱由多个单段支柱连接组成,每个所述单段支柱上连接有多个支撑分叉,每个所述支撑分叉的末端设置有一个固定圈;每个所述单段滑梯均穿过多个所述固定圈放置在一个所述单段支柱上。
每个所述单段滑梯的两端都具有端口,相邻的两个所述单段滑梯的端口之间采用一个滑梯连接套筒进行连接;相邻的两个所述单段支柱之间采用一个支柱连接套筒进行连接。
所述阻燃组合滑梯的侧壁的壁层从外到内依次分为阻燃层、阻气层、缓冲层、隔热层、基底层和平滑层。所述阻燃层由氧化锌、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝和三聚氰胺经混合搅拌后,添加树脂粘合制成;所述阻气层由热塑性树脂构成;所述缓冲层由高密度泡沫构成;所述隔热层由亚麻纤维、聚氯乙烯纤维、玉石纤维、海藻纤维和羊毛混纺制成;所述基底层由聚酯纤维构成;所述平滑层由热塑性弹性体构成。
发明的有益效果是:结构简单,使用方便,安全高效,实用性强,能够更好地保护消防员与受灾者的人身安全。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的技术方案更加清楚明白,下面结合附图具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-3所示,一种阻燃组合式救生滑梯,包括中空的阻燃组合滑梯1和支撑架2,阻燃组合滑梯1由多个单段滑梯11顺次连接组成;支撑架2包括底盘21和安装在底盘21上的组合支柱22,组合支柱22由多个单段支柱221连接组成,每个单段支柱221上连接有多个支撑分叉23,每个支撑分叉23的末端设置有一个固定圈24;每个单段滑梯11均穿过多个固定圈24放置在一个单段支柱221上。
如图4-5所示,每个单段滑梯11的两端都具有端口12,相邻的两个单段滑梯11的端口12之间采用一个滑梯连接套筒13进行连接;相邻的两个单段支柱221之间采用一个支柱连接套筒222进行连接。
如图6所示,阻燃组合滑梯1的侧壁的壁层3从外到内依次分为阻燃层31、阻气层32、缓冲层33、隔热层34、基底层35和平滑层36。阻燃层31由氧化锌、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、三聚氰胺经混合搅拌后,添加树脂粘合制成,具有较高的抗火能力,能够避免火灾烧毁阻燃组合滑梯1。阻气层32由热塑性树脂构成,能够阻止火灾产生的烟雾进入阻燃组合滑梯1的通道。缓冲层33由高密度泡沫构成,能够降低阻燃组合滑梯1所受的外部冲击力,起到防震的效果。隔热层34由亚麻纤维、聚氯乙烯纤维、玉石纤维、海藻纤维和羊毛混纺制成,能够隔绝火灾产生高温高热,避免阻燃组合滑梯1过热以致人被烫伤。基底层35由聚酯纤维构成,具有较强的硬度,是整个阻燃组合滑梯1的骨架部分。平滑层36由热塑性弹性体构成,其表面平滑结实,使人能够安全顺利地滑下。
该阻燃组合式救生滑梯适用于消防队救援高楼火灾,平时可以拆卸成单段滑梯和单段支柱并进行存储,节省空间;需要使用时则取出足够数量的段组装起来,一直延伸到需要救援的受灾者的窗口或者可以达到的地方,受灾者可以进入滑梯内部,顺着滑梯直接滑下,如果受灾者行动不便,消防员也可以沿滑梯到达受灾者所在的地方进行接应。本发明结构简单,使用方便,安全高效,实用性强,能够更好地保护消防员与受灾者的人身安全。

Claims (9)
1.一种阻燃组合式救生滑梯,包括中空的阻燃组合滑梯(1)和支撑架(2),其特征在于:所述阻燃组合滑梯(1)由多个单段滑梯(11)顺次连接组成;所述支撑架(2)包括底盘(21)和安装在所述底盘(21)上的组合支柱(22),所述组合支柱(22)由多个单段支柱(221)连接组成,每个所述单段支柱(221)上连接有多个支撑分叉(23),每个所述支撑分叉(23)的末端设置有一个固定圈(24);每个所述单段滑梯(11)均穿过所述多个固定圈(24)放置在一个所述单段支柱(221)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃组合式救生滑梯,其特征在于:每个所述单段滑梯(11)的两端都具有端口(12),相邻的两个所述单段滑梯(11)的端口(12)之间采用一个滑梯连接套筒(13)进行连接;相邻的两个所述单段支柱(221)之间采用一个支柱连接套筒(222)进行连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种阻燃组合式救生滑梯,其特征在于:所述阻燃组合滑梯(1)的侧壁的壁层(3)从外到内依次为阻燃层(31)、阻气层(32)、缓冲层(33)、隔热层(34)、基底层(35)和平滑层(36)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃组合式救生滑梯,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(31)由氧化锌、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝和三聚氰胺经混合搅拌后,添加树脂粘合制成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃组合式救生滑梯,其特征在于:所述阻气层(32)由热塑性树脂构成。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃组合式救生滑梯,其特征在于:所述缓冲层(33)由高密度泡沫构成。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃组合式救生滑梯,其特征在于:所述隔热层(34)由亚麻纤维、聚氯乙烯纤维、玉石纤维、海藻纤维和羊毛混纺制成。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃组合式救生滑梯,其特征在于:所述基底层(35)由聚酯纤维构成。
9.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃组合式救生滑梯,其特征在于:所述平滑层(36)由热塑性弹性体构成。
