本发明公开了一种电动车用直流电充电插头,包括枪形插头外壳,插头外壳端部设有插头内芯组,插头内芯组外端套有盖子,盖子与插头内芯组之间垫有一号密封圈,插头内芯组底部与插头外壳之间设有二号密封圈,插头内芯组内端由连接杆活动连接微动开关,连接杆中部为U型,在U型区内设有转轴控制微动开关与连接杆的连接,微动开关另一端通过电插锁控制,连接杆通过插头外壳顶部的锁杆固定并控制,插头外壳底部通过尾架连接压板,所述插头外壳底部与尾架通过三号密封圈密封。本发明与传统技术相比,将外壳设计成一体化结构,元件及线路由外壳首尾两端排入,再通过密封圈进行密封,提高了整体强度而且有效的避免了渗水的情形。

技术领域
本发明属于电动车制造领域,具体涉及一种电动车用直流电充电插头。
背景技术
传统的电动车用充电插头外壳大多是由模具拉出,且为相同的两部分,先将电器元件级线路预埋在两外壳中,再通过螺栓使外壳连接紧密。这样的设计防水性能较差,遇上阴雨天不能进行户外充电,对于高层居住的群体来说很是麻烦;而且,两部分的外壳固定强度不够强,稍微跌摔可能影响使用性能。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种电动车用直流电充电插头。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是这样来实现的:一种电动车用直流电充电插头,包括枪形插头外壳,插头外壳端部设有插头内芯组,插头内芯组外端套有盖子,盖子与插头内芯组之间垫有一号密封圈,插头内芯组底部与插头外壳之间设有二号密封圈,插头内芯组内端由连接杆活动连接微动开关,连接杆中部为U型,在U型区内设有转轴控制微动开关与连接杆的连接,微动开关另一端通过电插锁控制,连接杆通过插头外壳顶部的锁杆固定并控制,插头外壳底部通过尾架连接压板,所述插头外壳底部与尾架通过三号密封圈密封。

如图1~2所示的一种电动车用直流电充电插头,包括枪形插头外壳1,插头外壳1端部设有插头内芯组2,插头内芯组2外端套有盖子3,盖子3与插头内芯组2之间垫有一号密封圈4,插头内芯组2底部与插头外壳1之间设有二号密封圈5,插头内芯组2内端由连接杆6活动连接微动开关7,连接杆6中部为U型,在U型区内设有转轴8控制微动开关7与连接杆6的连接,微动开关7另一端通过电插锁9控制,连接杆6通过插头外壳顶部的锁杆10固定并控制,插头外壳1底部通过尾架11连接压板12,所述插头外壳1底部与尾架11通过三号密封圈13密封。
