本发明公开了一种阻燃耐火铜合金电缆,包括由铜合金丝绞合紧压而成的铜合金导体,所述铜合金导体的外壁包裹有耐火云母带,所述耐火云母带的外壁包裹有铜丝层,所述铜丝层的外壁包裹有阻燃交联聚乙烯绝缘层,所述铜合金导体之间还填充有阻燃玻璃纤维填充层,所述阻燃玻璃纤维填充层的外壁包裹有屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层的外壁包裹有外阻燃层,所述外阻燃层包括纳米级氢氧化镁阻燃剂层,所述纳米级氢氧化镁阻燃剂层的上表面紧压粘接有PVC阻燃剂层,所述PVC阻燃剂层的上表面喷涂有水性涂料阻燃剂层,所述外阻燃层的外壁还包裹有护套。该阻燃耐火铜合金电缆结构简单,通过加入阻燃材料可有效的提高该电缆的阻燃性能。

一种阻燃耐火铜合金电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及铜合金电缆技术领域,具体为一种阻燃耐火铜合金电缆。
背景技术
随着科技的发展、经济水平的提高,各种各样的电缆也都相继问世。在国内,铜芯电缆是最为人们所熟知的,它几乎占据了电缆市场的大半江山。铜芯电缆具有强度高、载流量大的特点,因此被广泛应用。目前广泛应用于发电机、、石油、化工、冶金等高温场所及污水处理等行业所使用的电缆均为缆芯以及包裹缆芯外的护套构成,这种电缆的防火性差,而一旦发生火灾将会给各个单位及家庭带来巨大的损失,然而,传统的防火铜合金电缆其耐火材料大多含有有害物质,使用时间长后,经暴晒氧化后,经常会散发出一些有害物质,给空气等带来巨大的危害,不利于环保。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃耐火铜合金电缆,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种阻燃耐火铜合金电缆,包括由铜合金丝绞合紧压而成的铜合金导体,所述铜合金导体的外壁包裹有耐火云母带,所述耐火云母带的外壁包裹有铜丝层,所述铜丝层的外壁包裹有阻燃交联聚乙烯绝缘层,所述铜合金导体之间还填充有阻燃玻璃纤维填充层,所述阻燃玻璃纤维填充层的外壁包裹有屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层的外壁包裹有外阻燃层,所述外阻燃层包括纳米级氢氧化镁阻燃剂层,所述纳米级氢氧化镁阻燃剂层的上表面紧压粘接有PVC阻燃剂层,所述PVC阻燃剂层的上表面喷涂有水性涂料阻燃剂层,所述外阻燃层的外壁还包裹有护套。
优选的,所述屏蔽层是由铜铝合金丝编织而成,且铜铝合金丝呈网状编织排列。
优选的,所述铜丝层由不少于十组精细铜丝编织而成去,且精细铜丝呈网状排列。
优选的,所述PVC阻燃剂层由PVC阻燃剂与PVC橡胶颗粒混合挤压而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该阻燃耐火铜合金电缆结构简单,通过在铜合金内导体的外壁包裹有耐火云母带和阻燃交联聚乙烯绝缘层,并且在铜合金内导体之间填充有阻燃玻璃纤维填充层可有效的增加该铜合金的耐火性能,防止火灾等给电缆带来的危害,减少损失;并且阻燃玻璃纤维填充层的外壁包裹有外阻燃层,并且外阻燃层由纳米级氢氧化镁阻燃剂层、PVC阻燃剂层与水性涂料阻燃剂层组成,采用此类环保材料,不仅能够有效的起到防火的作用,而且还很环保,减少危害物质的产生。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种阻燃耐火铜合金电缆,包括由铜合金丝绞合紧压而成的铜合金内导体1,铜合金内导体1的外壁包裹有耐火云母带2,耐火云母带2的外壁包裹有铜丝层3,铜丝层3由不少于十组精细铜丝编织而成去,且精细铜丝呈网状排列,增加铜丝层3的结构可有效的对铜合金内导体1起到保护作用,铜丝层3的外壁包裹有阻燃交联聚乙烯绝缘层4,铜合金内导体1之间还填充有阻燃玻璃纤维填充层5,通过在铜合金内导体1的外壁包裹有耐火云母带2和阻燃交联聚乙烯绝缘层4,并且在铜合金内导体之间填充有阻燃玻璃纤维填充层5可有效的增加该铜合金的耐火性能,防止火灾等给电缆带来的危害,减少损失,阻燃玻璃纤维填充层5的外壁包裹有屏蔽层6,屏蔽层6是由铜铝合金丝编织而成,且铜铝合金丝呈网状编织排列,屏蔽层6的外壁包裹有外阻燃层7,外阻燃层7包括纳米级氢氧化镁阻燃剂层71,纳米级氢氧化镁阻燃剂层71的上表面紧压粘接有PVC阻燃剂层72,PVC阻燃剂层72由PVC阻燃剂与PVC橡胶颗粒混合挤压而成,PVC阻燃剂层72的上表面喷涂有水性涂料阻燃剂层73,并且外阻燃层73由纳米级氢氧化镁阻燃剂层71、PVC阻燃剂层72与水性涂料阻燃剂层73组成,采用此类环保材料,不仅能够有效的起到防火的作用,而且还很环保,减少危害物质的产生,外阻燃层7的外壁还包裹有护套8。

1.一种阻燃耐火铜合金电缆,包括由铜合金丝绞合紧压而成的铜合金导体(1),其特征在于:所述铜合金导体(1)的外壁包裹有耐火云母带(2),所述耐火云母带(2)的外壁包裹有铜丝层(3),所述铜丝层(3)的外壁包裹有阻燃交联聚乙烯绝缘层(4),所述铜合金导体(1)之间还填充有阻燃玻璃纤维填充层(5),所述阻燃玻璃纤维填充层(5)的外壁包裹有屏蔽层(6),所述屏蔽层(6)的外壁包裹有外阻燃层(7),所述外阻燃层(7)包括纳米级氢氧化镁阻燃剂层(71),所述纳米级氢氧化镁阻燃剂层(71)的上表面紧压粘接有PVC阻燃剂层(72),所述PVC阻燃剂层(72)的上表面喷涂有水性涂料阻燃剂层(73),所述外阻燃层(7)的外壁还包裹有护套(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃耐火铜合金电缆,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层(6)是由铜铝合金丝编织而成,且铜铝合金丝呈网状编织排列。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃耐火铜合金电缆,其特征在于:所述铜丝层(3)由不少于十组精细铜丝编织而成去,且精细铜丝呈网状排列。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃耐火铜合金电缆,其特征在于:所述PVC阻燃剂层(72)由PVC阻燃剂与PVC橡胶颗粒混合挤压而成。
