本发明公开了一种防爆型电气装备用电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由多根绝缘线芯绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处填充防火泥,且防火泥覆盖所有的线芯;在缆芯外以逆时针方向重叠绕包聚酯带,绕包搭盖率不低于30%,在聚酯带外以顺时针方向绕包铝塑复合带后在通过编织铜丝编织层进行扎紧,在铜丝编织层外绕包玻璃纤维带,在玻璃纤维带外编织Lyofil®金属丝编织屏蔽层,在Lyofil®金属丝编织屏蔽层外挤包阻燃聚烯烃外护套。本发明具有受爆炸波冲击,防火,阻燃,易区分的特点,在发生爆炸和火灾时,电缆能够正常工作,即使遇到火灾高温的情况,也不影响其工作。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,具体是一种防爆型电气装备用电缆。
背景技术
随着国民经济的不断发展,电气信息自动化程度越来越高,电气装备用电缆使用量将大幅度增加;目前安全生产是行业的重中之重,在一些容易发生爆炸和火灾的危险场所:加油站,化工厂以及需要作防爆处理场合,一旦发生火灾和爆炸,影响将极其的危害,通信线路火灾通电电路的断电,将影响消防应急事故处理;因此部分场合势必要使用防爆和防火的电气装备用电缆。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,提供了一种防爆型电气装备用电缆,具有受爆炸波冲击,防火,阻燃,易区分的特点,在发生爆炸和火灾时,电缆能够正常工作,即使遇到火灾高温的情况,也不影响其工作。
本发明所述的一种防爆型电气装备用电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由多根绝缘线芯绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处填充防火泥,且防火泥覆盖所有的线芯;在缆芯外以逆时针方向重叠绕包厚度为2-3mm的聚酯带,绕包搭盖率不低于30%,在聚酯带外以顺时针方向绕包铝塑复合带后在通过编织直径为0.2mm的铜丝编织层进行扎紧,铜丝编织密度为80%;在铜丝编织层外绕包玻璃纤维带,在玻璃纤维带外编织Lyofil®金属丝编织屏蔽层,编织密度不小于50%,在Lyofil®金属丝编织屏蔽层外挤包阻燃聚烯烃外护套。
进一步改进,所述的绝缘线芯包括铜导体,依次绕包在铜导体外的矿物质绝缘带以及包覆在矿物质绝缘带外的隔离层构成。
进一步改进,所述的矿物质绝缘带包括云母纸基材,在云母纸基材的一面或两面通过粘合剂粘贴玻璃布。
进一步改进,所述的隔离层包括交联聚乙烯内护套,在交联聚乙烯内护套的内表面涂覆防爆涂料层。
进一步改进,所述的铝塑复合带绕包层搭盖率为30%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
该电缆具有受爆炸波冲击,防火,阻燃,易区分的特点,在发生爆炸和火灾时,电缆能够正常工作,即使遇到火灾高温的情况,也不影响其工作;当发现电缆有部分置于火场及爆炸区域中,可以按施工图纸,找到电缆敷设路径,在电缆桥架或电缆沟中的若干根电缆中快速识别防爆型电气装备用电缆,当即调整线路,保证消防的应急事故处理。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示的一种防爆型电气装备用电缆,包括多根绝缘线芯,所述的绝缘线芯包括铜导体1,依次绕包在铜导体外的矿物质绝缘带2以及包覆在矿物质绝缘带外的隔离层3构成;所述的多根绝缘线芯绞合成缆芯,并在缆芯的空隙处填充防火泥4,且防火泥覆盖所有的线芯,防火泥主要以氢氧化镁为主要原料,加入防火油搅拌使之粘稠,挤包在缆芯上,并填实电缆中的空隙部分,在高温的情况下发硬,具有一定的耐高温和防火性能,并且致密性好;在缆芯外以逆时针方向重叠绕包厚度为2-3mm的聚酯带5,绕包搭盖率不低于30%,在聚酯带外以顺时针方向绕包铝塑复合带后6在通过编织直径为0.2mm的铜丝编织层7进行扎紧,铜丝编织密度为80%;在铜丝编织层外绕包玻璃纤维带8,在玻璃纤维带外编织Lyofil®金属丝编织屏蔽层9,编织密度不小于50%,该金属纤维基材使用全球最优异Zylon即PBO纤维,其强度是钢丝纤维的10倍以上,完全能够替代不锈钢丝;该材料对比传统屏蔽材料,强度更高,比重更轻,断裂强度更强,三层镀金属技术使导电性更强,金属附着力更强,可增加电缆强度,有效提高电缆的抗压性能;在Lyofil®金属丝编织屏蔽层外挤包蓝色的阻燃聚烯烃外护套10,当发现电缆有部分置于火场及爆炸区域中,可以按施工图纸,找到电缆敷设路径,在电缆桥架或电缆沟中的若干根电缆中快速识别防爆型电气装备用电缆,当即调整线路,保证消防的应急事故处理。
如图2-3所示,所述的矿物质绝缘带2,也称合成云母带,包括云母纸基材21,在云母纸基材的一面或两面通过粘合剂粘贴玻璃布22,通过云母带机制成的,将玻璃布粘贴在云母纸一面的叫做"单面带",两面都粘贴的叫"双面带",合成云母带除具有天然云母带的特性即:膨胀系数小、介电强度大、电阻率高和介电常数均匀以外,其主要特点是耐热等级高,可达到A级耐火水平(950一1000℃);
如图4所示,所述的隔离层3包括交联聚乙烯内护套31,在交联聚乙烯内护套的内表面涂覆防爆涂料层32,该防爆涂料层采用FBN-A型防爆胶泥,具有良好的柔软性、抗老化性,高温不流淌,低温不脆裂,有良好的附着力,并具有良好的气密性和不传爆能力;
电缆在发生爆炸的情况下,电缆会受到爆炸冲击波的影响,通过增加细钢丝编织层与Lyofil®金属丝编织屏蔽层,电缆不会被冲击断开;电缆遇到火灾的情况下,电缆防火泥发硬,外层钢丝编织层,铜丝编织层,铝塑带层紧紧的包住防火泥,而防止防火泥脱落,影响防火销货,导体外绕包的矿物质绝缘层,再承受1000℃的高温下,仍能保证绝缘性能,各方面的协同配合,电缆能够在爆炸及火灾的环境下正常工作。电缆的护套设置为蓝色护套,同其他电缆有所区别,易于识别,调整线路。
本发明具体应用途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种防爆型电气装备用电缆,其特征在于:包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由多根绝缘线芯绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处填充防火泥,且防火泥覆盖所有的线芯;在缆芯外以逆时针方向重叠绕包厚度为2-3mm的聚酯带,绕包搭盖率不低于30%,在聚酯带外以顺时针方向绕包铝塑复合带后在通过编织直径为0.2mm的铜丝编织层进行扎紧,铜丝编织密度为80%;在铜丝编织层外绕包玻璃纤维带,在玻璃纤维带外编织Lyofil®金属丝编织屏蔽层,编织密度不小于50%,在Lyofil®金属丝编织屏蔽层外挤包阻燃聚烯烃外护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防爆型电气装备用电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘线芯包括铜导体,依次绕包在铜导体外的矿物质绝缘带以及包覆在矿物质绝缘带外的隔离层构成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防爆型电气装备用电缆,其特征在于:所述的矿物质绝缘带包括云母纸基材,在云母纸基材的一面或两面通过粘合剂粘贴玻璃布。
4.根据权利要求2所述的防爆型电气装备用电缆,其特征在于:所述的隔离层包括交联聚乙烯内护套,在交联聚乙烯内护套的内表面涂覆防爆涂料层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防爆型电气装备用电缆,其特征在于:所述的铝塑复合带绕包层搭盖率为30%。
