Abstract
本发明涉及汽车车灯照明领域,特别涉及LED近光灯配光装置,包括LED光源、反射镜和散热器,所述散热器前端设有水平悬伸的光源安装板,所述LED光源为两个且分置于光源安装板的上下两侧,所述反射镜为凹面反射镜,反射镜中部设有供光源安装板穿过的条形孔。本发明的两组光源安装在同一部件上,且两组配光反射镜为一体式结构,能够大大减小两组光源的装配误差,提高两组光源的重合度精度。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车车灯照明领域,特别涉及LED近光灯配光装置。
背景技术
LED近光灯为了方便解决散热问题,多采用一个以上的光源和分别一一对应配光单元,将热源分散,更有利于热管理。但是用这种配光方式存在以下缺陷:近光光型由多个配光单元的光型重合而成,由于灯组间加工、配合存在误差,导致明暗截止线不完全重合,存在多层明暗截止线。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够减小光源间相对误差,提高光源重合度的LED近光灯配光装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:一种LED近光灯配光装置,包括LED光源、反射镜和散热器,所述散热器前端设有水平悬伸的光源安装板,所述LED光源为两个且分置于光源安装板的上下两侧,所述反射镜为凹面反射镜,反射镜中部设有供光源安装板穿过的条形孔,光源安装板上方的LED光源经上半部反射镜反射后,形成第一光照区域,所述第一光照区域上方的明暗截止线为水平线,光源安装板下方的LED光源经下半部反射镜反射后,形成第二光照区域,所述第二光照区域上方的明暗截止线包括水平段和斜向上延伸的斜线段,且该水平段明暗截止线对应的光照区域与第一光照区域重合。
本发明的技术效果在于:本发明的两组光源安装在同一部件上,且两组配光反射镜为一体式结构,能够大大减小两组光源的装配误差,提高两组光源的重合度精度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种LED近光灯配光装置,包括LED光源30、反射镜20和散热器10,所述散热器10前端设有水平悬伸的光源安装板11,所述LED光源30为两个且分置于光源安装板11的上下两侧,所述反射镜20为凹面反射镜,反射镜20中部设有供光源安装板11穿过的条形孔23,光源安装板11上方的LED光源30经上半部反射镜20反射后,形成第一光照区域,所述第一光照区域上方的明暗截止线为水平线,光源安装板11下方的LED光源30经下半部反射镜20反射后,形成第二光照区域,所述第二光照区域上方的明暗截止线包括水平段和斜向上延伸的斜线段,且该水平段明暗截止线对应的光照区域与第一光照区域重合。本发明的两组光源安装在同一部件上,且两组配光反射镜为一体式结构,能够大大减小两组光源的装配误差,提高两组光源的重合度精度。
优选的,如图2所示,所述光源安装板11的上下两侧中心位置处均设有凹槽,所述LED光源30置于凹槽内,以避免LED光源对反射光造成干扰。
优选的,如图3所示,所述反射镜20的边缘连接在一筒状壳体22的内壁上,所述筒状壳体22连接在所述散热器10的前端。所述筒状壳体22能够限制光束过度发散,进一步提高光照强度。
优选的,所述反射镜20的反射面由多个条形反射面组合而成,且各条形反射面的交接处设有台阶过渡部。每一块条形反射镜的弧度和相对角度都可以在造型时进行单独设计,各条形反射镜相互配合以形成预定的光照区域。
优选的,所述散热器10为翅板式散热器。
进一步的,所述反射镜20背面设有三个支脚21,且三个支脚21呈三角形分布,所述支脚21抵靠在所述散热器10的端面上,以提高反射镜20的稳固性。
优选的,所述LED光源30的接电线路位于光源安装板11内部,并从散热器10后方引出。
本发明的进一步具体实施例如下:
所述反射镜20的上半部分由左右两部分组成UL、UR,反射镜20左上部分UL形成近光水平部分的右部分光型,在25m配光屏幕上的光型分布,照度2.5lx时,向右扩散25°,在配光屏幕上H-H线下0.57°向下扩散至5°左右。上部分反射镜的右半部分UR,形成近光光型水平部分的左部分光型,在25m配光屏幕上,照度2.5lx时,向左扩散25°左右,水平在H-H线下0.57°向下扩散至5°左右。
下半部分反光镜由左右两部分组成DL、DR,其中左下部分DL自由曲面用于形成25m配光屏幕上近光光型的15°斜直线,向左分布至8°-12°。所述下半部分反光镜的右下部分DR用于增加近光中心光强及部分水平线,在25m配光屏幕上,其光型分布范围向左扩散5°-8°左右,向右扩散2°-3°左右,水平在H-H线下0.57°向下扩散至5°-10°。
Claims (7)
1.一种LED近光灯配光装置,其特征在于:包括LED光源(30)、反射镜(20)和散热器(10),所述散热器(10)前端设有水平悬伸的光源安装板(11),所述LED光源(30)为两个且分置于光源安装板(11)的上下两侧,所述反射镜(20)为凹面反射镜,反射镜(20)中部设有供光源安装板(11)穿过的条形孔(23),光源安装板(11)上方的LED光源(30)经上半部反射镜(20)反射后,形成第一光照区域,所述第一光照区域上方的明暗截止线为水平线,光源安装板(11)下方的LED光源(30)经下半部反射镜(20)反射后,形成第二光照区域,所述第二光照区域上方的明暗截止线包括水平段和斜向上延伸的斜线段,且该水平段明暗截止线对应的光照区域与第一光照区域重合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED近光灯配光装置,其特征在于:所述光源安装板(11)的上下两侧中心位置处均设有凹槽,所述LED光源(30)置于凹槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED近光灯配光装置,其特征在于:所述反射镜(20)的边缘连接在一筒状壳体(22)的内壁上,所述筒状壳体(22)连接在所述散热器(10)的前端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED近光灯配光装置,其特征在于:所述反射镜(20)的反射面由多个条形反射面组合而成,且各条形反射面的交接处设有台阶过渡部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LED近光灯配光装置,其特征在于:所述散热器(10)为翅板式散热器。
6.根据权利要求3所述的LED近光灯配光装置,其特征在于:所述反射镜(20)背面设有三个支脚(21),且三个支脚(21)呈三角形分布,所述支脚(21)抵靠在所述散热器(10)的端面上。
7.根据权利要求5所述的LED近光灯配光装置,其特征在于:所述LED光源(30)的接电线路位于光源安装板(11)内部,并从散热器(10)后方引出。
