本发明涉及一种袜子后整理生产工艺,特别涉及一种新型双层踝袜的生产工艺。
背景技术
袜子是一种直接穿在脚上的服饰,传统意义的袜子在着装上仅仅扮演演着保暖、护足的角色。随着生活水平的日益提高,袜子一改过去传统单一的品种模式,向功能性、时尚型款式转变。
20世纪90年代,随着健身运动的不断兴起,运动踝袜开始盛行,这种袜子穿上以后一般只到脚踝,主要用来搭配短裙或短裤,从而营造整体的视觉美感,能有效避免袜子对腿部的分割,现有市售的踝袜多为单层针筒袜,吸汗透气性差,内部圆弧对脚面皮肤会造成较大的摩擦,容易生成水泡,很难受到户外运动爱好者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种新型双层踝袜的生产工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案为:一种新型双层踝袜的生产工艺,具有如下步骤:
①、纱线的制备,将竹纤维和涤纶以4:6的重量比例混纺成纱线A,将羊毛纤维和涤纶以2:8的重量比例混纺成纱线B;
②、袜子的制备,将步骤①所述的纱线A和纱线B分别置入自动喷气织机,制成袜子的内层和外层,用18K涤纶对袜子内外层进行缝合;
③、袜子的染色,将袜子放入交联染色机进行染色处理,取出后风干或烘干;
④、袜子的定型处理,将步骤③得到的袜子进行熨烫定型,定型温度为110~130℃,定型时间为15~20min;
⑤、袜子的检验入库,对步骤④所得的成袜进行人工检验,检验合格后包装入库。
进一步的,所述纱线A和纱线B的密度分别为3~6dtex和2~5dtex。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计合理,袜子内层具有良好的透气性、吸水性和较强的耐磨性,同时又具有天然的抑菌、防臭功能;袜子外层具有超好的保暖性和弹性,穿着柔软舒适。

实施例1.
本实施例的一种新型双层踝袜的生产工艺,它包括如下步骤:
①、纱线的制备,将竹纤维和涤纶以4:6的重量比例混纺成纱线A,将羊毛纤维和涤纶以2:8的重量比例混纺成纱线B,所述纱线A和纱线B的密度分别为3~6dtex和2~5dtex;
②、袜子的制备,将步骤①所述的纱线A和纱线B分别置入自动喷气织机,制成袜子的内层和外层,用18K涤纶对袜子内外层进行缝合;
③、袜子的染色,将袜子放入交联染色机进行染色处理,取出后风干或烘干;
④、袜子的定型处理,将步骤③得到的袜子进行熨烫定型,定型温度为110℃,定型时间为20min;
⑤、袜子的检验入库,对步骤④所得的成袜进行人工检验,检验合格后包装入库。

①、纱线的制备,将竹纤维和涤纶以4:6的重量比例混纺成纱线A,将羊毛纤维和涤纶以2:8的重量比例混纺成纱线B;
②、袜子的制备,将步骤①所述的纱线A和纱线B分别置入自动喷气织机,制成袜子的内层和外层,用18K涤纶对袜子内外层进行缝合;
③、袜子的染色,将袜子放入交联染色机进行染色处理,取出后风干或烘干;
④、袜子的定型处理,将步骤③得到的袜子进行熨烫定型,定型温度为110~130℃,定型时间为15~20min;
⑤、袜子的检验入库,对步骤④所得的成袜进行人工检验,检验合格后包装入库。
