Abstract

本发明公开了一种可重涂弹性手感油漆及其制备方法,所述油漆由下列重量配比的原料制成:醋酸丁酸纤维素2‑6份,醋酸丁酯15‑25份,弹性聚酯树脂20‑30份,醋酸乙酯25‑30份,环己酮20‑25份,气相二氧化硅5‑8份,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.2份,改性聚硅氧烷1‑2份,异氰酸酯固化剂10份。其制备方法包括以下步骤:按一定比例将醋酸丁酸纤维素、醋酸丁酯搅拌至溶解,再加入弹性聚酯、树脂、醋酸乙酯,环己酮,气相二氧化硅,二月桂酸二丁基锡,改性聚硅氧烷,搅拌均匀即可。本发明的油漆在不影响漆膜手感的情况下可以解决油漆涂装不良后的重涂附着力问题,不会掉漆,油漆涂膜不但有橡胶般柔软手感,而且涂膜还可以重涂。

一种可重涂弹性手感油漆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种油漆,特别涉及一种可重涂弹性手感油漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
弹性手感油漆是一种以弹性聚酯树脂、助剂、溶剂、异氰酸酯固化剂为主成膜物质的功能性涂料。
现有市场上供应的弹性手感漆,喷涂在产品上(如鼠标、门把手、水杯盖)后如果产品表面出现涂装不良(如产品表面有灰尘颗粒,油漆涂喷厚薄不匀等)再重新喷涂弹性手感漆就会出现漆掉现象。
旧的弹性手感油漆由下列重量配比的原料制成:弹性聚酯树脂30份,醋酸丁酯20份,醋酸乙酯22份,环己酮20份,气相二氧化硅6份,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.2份,改性聚硅氧烷1.8份,异氰酸酯固化剂10份,目前市面上急需一种能重涂的弹性手感油漆。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,现提供一种可重涂弹性手感油漆及其制备方法,在不影响漆膜手感的情况下可以解决油漆涂装不良后的重涂附着力问题,不会掉漆。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种可重涂弹性手感油漆,由下列重量配比的原料制成: 醋酸丁酸纤维素2-6份,醋酸丁酯15-25份,弹性聚酯树脂20-30份,醋酸乙酯25-30份,环己酮20-25份,气相二氧化硅5-8份,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.2份,改性聚硅氧烷1-2份,异氰酸酯固化剂10份。
优选地,所述可重涂弹性手感油漆由下列重量配比的原料制成:醋酸丁酸纤维素4份,醋酸丁酯20份,弹性聚酯树脂20份,醋酸乙酯28份,环己酮20份,气相二氧化硅6份,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.2份,改性聚硅氧烷1.8份,异氰酸酯固化剂10份。
优选地,所述可重涂弹性手感油漆由下列重量配比的原料制成:醋酸丁酸纤维素2份,醋酸丁酯15份,弹性聚酯树脂25份,醋酸乙酯28份,环己酮20份,气相二氧化硅6份,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.2份,改性聚硅氧烷1.8份,异氰酸酯固化剂10份。
所述可重涂弹性手感油漆的制备方法如下:
包括以下步骤:按一定比例将醋酸丁酸纤维素、醋酸丁酯搅拌至溶解,再加入弹性聚酯、树脂、醋酸乙酯,环己酮,气相二氧化硅,二月桂酸二丁基锡,改性聚硅氧烷,搅拌均匀即可,制造出来的油漆手感弹性好,重涂后附着力好。
醋酸丁酸纤维素是为热塑性树脂,可以增加涂层与涂层之间的附着力,从而达到可重涂的效果。
弹性聚酯树脂,异氰酸固化剂通过化学反应可以为涂膜提供橡胶般柔软手感。
醋酸丁酯、醋酸乙酯、环己酮为挥发性材料,可以尽快挥发掉,从而达到涂膜快速边干的效果。
气相二氧化硅为消光剂,可以让油漆达到哑光效果。
改性聚硅氧烷为手感剂,可以增加涂膜柔软手感。
二月桂酸二丁基锡为涂料催化剂,可以让油漆更快干燥。
漆膜干透后性能:耐99.5%酒精(500克力):来回500次,漆膜无露底,耐RCA纸带耐磨测试(175克力):100次不露底,附着力(百格浅):100%。漆膜柔韧性(QTX漆膜弹性试验器):1mm。重涂附着力(百格法)100%。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
在不影响漆膜手感的情况下可以解决油漆涂装不良后的重涂附着力问题,不会掉漆,油漆涂膜不但有橡胶般柔软手感,而且涂膜还可以重涂。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步补充,但不以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1:
所述可重涂弹性手感油漆由下列重量配比的原料制成:醋酸丁酸纤维素4kg,醋酸丁酯20kg,弹性聚酯树脂20kg,醋酸乙酯28kg,环己酮20kg,气相二氧化硅6kg,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.2kg,改性聚硅氧烷1.8kg,异氰酸酯固化剂10kg。
所述可重涂弹性手感油漆的制备方法如下:
包括以下步骤:按上述比例将醋酸丁酸纤维素、醋酸丁酯搅拌至溶解,再加入弹性聚酯、树脂、醋酸乙酯,环己酮,气相二氧化硅,二月桂酸二丁基锡,改性聚硅氧烷,搅拌均匀即可,制造出来的油漆手感弹性好,重涂后附着力好。
实施例2:
所述可重涂弹性手感油漆由下列重量配比的原料制成:醋酸丁酸纤维素2kg,醋酸丁酯15kg,弹性聚酯树脂25kg,醋酸乙酯28kg,环己酮20kg,气相二氧化硅6kg,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.2kg,改性聚硅氧烷1.8kg,异氰酸酯固化剂10kg。
所述可重涂弹性手感油漆的制备方法如下:
包括以下步骤:按上述比例将醋酸丁酸纤维素、醋酸丁酯搅拌至溶解,再加入弹性聚酯、树脂、醋酸乙酯,环己酮,气相二氧化硅,二月桂酸二丁基锡,改性聚硅氧烷,搅拌均匀即可,制造出来的油漆手感弹性好,重涂后附着力好。

1.一种可重涂弹性手感油漆,其特征在于:由下列重量配比的原料制成: 醋酸丁酸纤维素2-6份,醋酸丁酯15-25份,弹性聚酯树脂20-30份,醋酸乙酯25-30份,环己酮20-25份,气相二氧化硅5-8份,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.2份,改性聚硅氧烷1-2份,异氰酸酯固化剂10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可重涂弹性手感油漆,其特征在于:所述可重涂弹性手感油漆由下列重量配比的原料制成:醋酸丁酸纤维素4份,醋酸丁酯20份,弹性聚酯树脂20份,醋酸乙酯28份,环己酮20份,气相二氧化硅6份,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.2份,改性聚硅氧烷1.8份,异氰酸酯固化剂10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可重涂弹性手感油漆,其特征在于:所述可重涂弹性手感油漆由下列重量配比的原料制成:醋酸丁酸纤维素2份,醋酸丁酯15份,弹性聚酯树脂25份,醋酸乙酯28份,环己酮20份,气相二氧化硅6份,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.2份,改性聚硅氧烷1.8份,异氰酸酯固化剂10份。
4.权利要求1或2或3所述的可重涂弹性手感油漆的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:按一定比例将醋酸丁酸纤维素、醋酸丁酯搅拌至溶解,再加入弹性聚酯、树脂、醋酸乙酯,环己酮,气相二氧化硅,二月桂酸二丁基锡,改性聚硅氧烷,搅拌均匀即可。
